This romantic Mountain Home can be totally enjoyed without leaving the grounds. The view of Whiteside Mountain is a staple on the must-see-stops along the beautiful US Hwy 64. Enjoy this highly sought after perspective from the comforts of your kitchen, couch and master bed! This home comes equip with all the best appliances, including a Wolf Range stovetop/oven nestled in a spacious marble countertop island. The open floor plan allows for entertaining dinners accompanied by a full frontal view of the landscape. A highlight of this home is the 4 person hot tub and calming water feature. The LG HD 86" TV with SONOS surround sound bar is perfect for the ultimate movie nights next to the real wood burning fireplace. During the cool summer months, you can peel back the large 16 ft pocket door\windows that are located in front of house to get the full open feel of the mountains. The Master bedroom also provides a direct view of Whiteside Mountain. The second master suite is located on opposite side of the house up a staircase for maximum privacy. Both bedrooms have direct access to their full bathrooms. This home is conveniently located right between the two main towns, Highlands and Cashiers, and you are less than ten minutes from both! Relaxing and cozy getaway

We had a wonderful time in this cozy mountain home. Hailey was wonderful and gave us plenty of recommendations. The house was clean and well stocked. The fireplace was wonderful and having all the chopped wood available was very convenient. We had a very nice Valentines vacation.

Perfect

Went 3 nights with my wife. House and pictures just as described. Communication with owners was outstanding. Beautiful property with every you need. Loved relaxing in the jacuzzi while it was snowing! Directly in the middle of Highlands and Cashiers. Plenty of food, fun, and waterfalls. 5 stars all the way.

Forever Views of Fall Foliage!

We loved our stay at White Mountain cabin! Everything was perfect! Can’t say enough about the view, it was hard to leave! The Fall Foliage was beautiful! The location between Cashiers & Highlands was great. Thank you Hailey for all your information on things to do and your special touches to make our stay more special! We will be back next year!!!

Amazing Mountain House

The most beautiful house with an amazing view! The hostess went out of her way to make our stay extra special. The house was very clean, comfortable beds, and well stocked home with everything you would need for a few days.

Fabulous getaway

Beautiful and charming cottage decorated in an old farmhouse style. Views are amazing, home is centrally located between Cashiers and Highlands. Highly recommend!

Luxury with an amazing view

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend getaway and we loved it. The house is beautiful, luxurious, clean and very well appointed. Woke up every morning to the most incredible mountain view from the bedroom and living room. There are waterfalls, hiking trails and restaurants/shopping within short driving distance. Perfect romantic getaway!

A hidden gem

Fantastic views. Beautifully decorated throughout. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunrises from the bed. Bed is super comfy! No detail was left behind. We will return.

Magical Place

Wow! Where do I begin? I booked this cabin for a long weekend to celebrate my friend’s 40th birthday. I reached out to Hailey for bakery recommendations and not only did she send them, she offered to pick the cake up and have it in the cabin upon check in! She left a bottle of wine for us and a birthday balloon as well. The view is spectacular, the house is beyond cozy and beautiful, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is dreamy. We lucked out with snow and enjoyed the wood burning fireplace with views of snow in the mountains. This was our second time at the cabin, while it was the other couple’s first time. We all agreed this will be an annual tradition for the 4 of us. I can’t sing its praises enough!

Mountain treasure

This place is amazing! We were extremely pleased with this property. Super clean, comfortable, awesome views and the best host! Hailey our host was super friendly, helpful, and always available by phone for any questions. From the fresh cut flowers to the bottle of wine her welcoming touches were very heartfelt. White side Mountain cabin

The cabin was amazing…lots of neat luxuries that made our stay great! The porch area is great other than the loud traffic down below passing by however the cabin made up for that. Every small detail in the decorating inside and outside was well thought out and easy to use. The last day we stayed solely at the cabin to soak up the views and the hot tub, enjoying every bit of r&r we could possibly squeeze out of the moment! Thank you for everything Hailey and family! We had a wonderful time!

Honeymoon visit

Our host couldn’t have been more attentive during the entire process and visit. Incredible views and house had everything you could wish for. It would be perfect for two couples with two totally private separate master suites. Great location between Cashiers and Highlands. With Very enticing outdoor living spaces. The proximity of Hiway 64 did cause some traffic noise at times, but quiet in the evenings. Owner has compensated with large water water feauture which adds to magnificent views. Spa was perfect. Highly recommend.

Mountain Retreat

First off-pictures and rental details were great, but upon arrival we were blown away! Of course the views are absolutely incredible, but the home is soooo luxurious and comfortable. Hailey has thought of everything to make your stay a 5 star experience! The grounds were neat and tidy, the kitchen has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal or not cook. We loved using both the inside wood burning fireplace, and the firepit. I am not a hot tub fan, but w/ temp outside at 32 degrees and our beanies on-my hubby & I loved it-so much fun, and it was super clean. Hailey has an instructional video that helps you find all the little light switches, tv instructions etc-super handy and smart.. And, the location is perfect - b/w Highlands and Cashiers. Go explore both! We love to hike and we come to the Highlands area at least once a year, so it was nice trying out new trails in the Cashiers/Sapphire area. Definitely one of our favorite rentals. Thank you for the relaxation, great pics I got of the views, and just chilling watching movies....your place is truly special.

WOW is an understatement

Our choice of a home for our 3 night stay in the Highlands/Cashiers area was nothing short of AMAZING. It all starts with our first email from the property manager Hailey. She laid out in great detail everything you would want to know about the check in process and the amenities. Upon arrival all we can say is Spectacular !! the views are something we only dreamed about. The home is stocked with plenty of firestarters, firewood and all that is needed to enjoy the indoor and outdoor wood fireplaces. The bathrooms have everything you would get in a 5 star hotel. There were snacks and complimentary drinks in the refrigerator. We had a small freezing rain event and Hailey called to inform us she would be out to salt the driveway. We also asked for an additional firelog, she brought 3!!!. To say that the owners have hospitality and customer service down to a science would not due them justice. The home is unbelievable both in and out with anything you would want in a VRBO. Do not hesitate to book the Whiteside Mountain Home, if you think about it, someone else will grab it.
