Beautiful well maintained cottage. Nice location close to downtown but walking there difficult due to lack of sidewalks. Nice property and host was very responsive!

We had a lovely stay at the cottage! It was perfect for our family of four. Our two young boys (ages 6 and 9) loved exploring the tiny trail around the cottage. The home is clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Location was great for exploring for both Cashiers and Highlands. Our boys have already asked when are we going back!

our stay was very nice, very clean and neat. Easy walk to downtown restaurants and shops. Bed was very comfortable and we will book again.

This is a real home away from home. Quiet, convenient to hiking, stores, etc. A well stocked kitchen -- stainless steel pans, good knives -- we were only there for a weekend wedding but it would be very easy to have an extended stay at the cottage. There was a lovely long balcony with a swing and rocking chairs. The bed was comfortable. We were close to the road but with the trees and landscaping it was very quiet. I have nothing to complain about -- we'd definitely stay here again. There was a keypad at the door and you need to press both the code and the lock button. We were tired when we got in from our drive, didn't press the lock button and contacted the owner who immediately got back to us. It was our bad. I highly recommend this cottage.

The cottage is precious! Very tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings! The king bed has a great mattress with cozy linens. Perfectly stocked kitchen. Even the chairs, swing and rockers on the large porch were comfortable! There is not one thing left undone!The cottages are located in a great proximity to Cashiers and surrounding areas. We loved our stay here and will look forward to returning!!

Everything exceeded expectations. The cottage was beautiful and very well appointed. Perfect for the two of us. Location to main Cashiers was convenient. Transitioning onto 107 was a bit scary at times. Most drivers were not going 25 miles an hour! We managed fine and had some nice morning walks. Loved the cottage’s decor, kitchen, bathroom and master. Would definitely recommend and consider being a returning renter. Thank you so much, Ginny and Jim

What a lovely little cottage. The decor was so mountain chic. Great toiletries and soaps were included that smelled so good nice towels and linens. Great convenient location exactly as described would definitely recommend.

This home was perfect for our family of four with two young kids (primary closet was plenty big for a pack n play). The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a four night stay. You can’t beat the location and proximity to restaurants and shops. We hope to be back soon!

I loved my stay here at cottage 35 so very much. The cottage is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The location was just perfect for me. I stayed for 10 days and seriously didn’tWant to leave! I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again for my next visit to Cashiers.
