Welcome To Pier Fun!
This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms private home is located in the desirable Summertowne right by Pier Park! With the ease of parking, and walking location to the beach, this will be your new favorite beach home! This dog-friendly home is steps from the beach and will be perfect for your next beach vacation!

This home is newly renovated with features for you to enjoy! Each bedroom features a private full bathroom, and upstairs you can enjoy balcony views of the Gulf! The living room features plenty of seating space for everyone to relax after a long beach day, and a flat-screen TV for entertainment, along with a sleeper sofa. The kitchen features all-white cabinets and appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. There is seating for three at the kitchen bar and seating for six at the dining room table. There is also a half bathroom for guests near these common areas. The master bedroom features a Queen bed, closet, TV, full bathroom, and access to the balcony. The guest bedroom features a Queen bed, dresser, TV, and full bathroom as well. The kiddos will love the bunk room with a full-on the bottom, twin on top, and TV.

Awesome House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great place for our Christmas getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a nice time. The house was beautiful and in good condition. It shows a little wear as you would expect from a rental house. But everything is well maintained. We had one small issue which the management company took care of within 30 minutes of texting even though it wasn’t an emergency. Be cautious about this house if you have mobility issues as there are three flights of stairs to the top where the main living area is. But it’s well worth it for the views from the balcony. Living area was nice with comfy furniture, plenty of seating and a nice kitchen. We had our family come over and 10 of us were able to be together very comfortably. Overall a very nice place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great spot very close to pier park and dog beach, great views from top floor. Very clean and great living room area. Few suggestions would be to be clear that parking is for two small or maybe average size cars. Wish there was beach chairs or somewhere to store beach stuff.
