The house was incredibly clean, beautiful, and extremely spacious. It’s in an absolute amazing spot considering how close it is to everything. 10/10 recommend this host and home!

Tn Family + pups

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 5 + 2 pups had a great time . We were hesitant about staying across from the beach but in some ways it was quicker than waiting in line at a high rise for the elevator. The house was nice and convenient to all things Panama City and most of all close to the dog beach, which was the main reason we stayed here. The only draw back were the stairs. The kids and pups didn't mind but if you are older this could be a problem. The house was beautiful and well well maintained. The staff at Blue Swell were amazing. They told us we could probably check in early and they stuck their word. If renting here just know there is no beach service at the beach. We rented a wagon and chairs from The Beach Wagon. They delivered to the condo for us to take to and from the beach. This was was a great service. We noticed when we got to the house there were several chairs and even an umbrella that the owners had in a storage box. We were not sure if we could use it so the rental from The Beach Wagon came in handy. I would highly recommend staying here. The views and location were GREAT! Thank you Blue Swell and owners of the condo for allowing our family to stay here with our pups. We will be back in the future!

We had the best few days in this house. It was beautifully decorated and the view was wonderful. Great communication with host and being in walking distance to Pier Park was a plus. Hope to return again soon!

Excellent Accomondations!

This property was excellent! The location was perfect, we loved being near Pier Park as well as Pier Park Plaza. We will definitely book this again on our next visit.

Great location for the beach and Pier Park!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and view. Clean home and super cute. Only negative was the guy next store was very rude to us as we brought our trash out and our house and ones next to us def need pressure washed, nasty green mold all over house sides.

Perfect location

Perfect location - was great to not have to deal with elevators. Beach access right across the street - pool was a plus!

Another great stay!

Second time to stay here. It had been updated since my last stay and looked great! Excellent location, and great host. This is my go to place for PCB!

Great Location

The location was great. Close to Pier Park and the dog beach. Sunsets and fireworks were beautiful from the top floor

Great Location for stay with pet

Nice to be right across street from dog beach and close to Pier Park for shopping, dining, etc. Plenty of room and kitchen was well equipped. Nice to have several balconies!

Perfect location

We had a great trip. Location couldn’t have been better. Close to Dusty’s, Pier Park - most importantly steps from the beach. Highly recommend.

Super nice vacation rental

The property was beautiful and conveniently located. We were happy to find the house nicely furnished, clean, and well stocked with linens, towels, dishes, and cookware. All that we had hoped for and more!
