Fun at the Beach

We were very pleased with the location and access to both the beach and the pool. Plus all the other attractions of the Thomas Drive area were very close. We had a GREAT week.

Great Owners

The owners are great! Our air was messed up and they drove down with portable units and the unit was fixed ASAP the next day. Great place and will for sure stay again!

Great place!

Condo was very nice. We really enjoyed ourselves. We left early because of the uncertainty of Hurricane Helena. Beach was great, check-in process was easy. Very close to everything. We will definitely come back again. Thank you Christy for being such a fabulous host!

Great Location

Great place! Everything you need is either within walking distance, or a quick drive. Private gated parking!! Beach was nice. Pool and pool house was great. The grill area was perfect.

The owner was super nice and replied quickly to any question I had! We had a wonderful time in an awesome location! Plenty of space for everyone and we had everything we needed. We will be back!

More room than a condo and no elevators!

Enjoyed our stay at this location, close to the beach. Loved the pond and feeding the fish with grandson and having the grill area and pool. Unit was very nice with comfortable beds and a nice kitchen.

Sugar sand beaches are definitely the highlight of this wonderful condo complex.

We had a great stay. Became like a second home to us. The only thing was the spring breakers were very loud at night in the area but, we knew this coming in. Our hosts were wonderful!

Great family friendly condo

Perfect place for a great family vacation. Short walk to the beach, no waiting for elevators! Loved parking right outside the condo. Watching the fish and turtles from the balcony was so relaxing. Owners are fantastic to rent from!

Family Vacation

I really enjoyed my stay in Panama City. The property was everything that the listing said that it would be. It was great for our family and it was close enough to the beach that the kids could go everyday! The host was great, I had plenty of questions and she didn’t mind answering them. It was a great location, close to everything we wanted to do. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place to stay

I would definitely recommend this house. Everything was spot on. We had a glitch with the lock on the front door ( it was my fault I put the wrong code in to many times) She stepped out of church and walked me through it. We definitely will be back

Beyond Expectation

This was the first trip to the beach for our girls and it couldn’t have been better. Christy was great to rent from. She was very responsive and accommodating. The unit was very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. It felt like we were home. We will definitely be bringing our girls back here for years to come.

Loved our Stay

Our last minute end of summer trip was a success! Our party of 8 slept comfortably in this roomy condo. The adults loved the balcony and it was one of our favorite places to relax. The kids loved the pool. As a tropical storm moved in, the owner was very accommodating and responsive. Flights were being canceled and she was going to allow us to stay another night. Since this isn’t a high rise, we didn’t have to fight any crowds at an elevator or a crowded beach! We will definitely try to stay here when we come back to PCB!

We love this property

Conveniently located just off the strip. Easy beach access in a not so crowded area of PCB. The owners always check on us while we are there to make sure everything is going well. The condo is fully stocked and has little extras like spices, salt, pepper, etc (assuming from previous guest). There was laundry detergent and Bounce sheets. We adore the size of this complex. The pool is never crowded, nor is the grilling area or club house where we played ping pong.

Family Getaway

The location is great. Short walk to the beach and close to every amenity. The property is clean and cozy. We did have a couple of hiccups at the beginning. Our first night, we got in late and went to the store. Upon returning, the property gates were closed and we were not given the gate codes at check in. Luckily, someone pulled in behind us and let us in. We had a small dog with us and had paid the pet fee. After check in we were told that we had to register the pet with the office. This was an additional 150.00. We also needed the pet's vet records. Just a heads up. Overall, it was a nice stay, despite the hiccups.

Sugar beach condos

Nice place. Well stocked with what we needed to cook and take showers. The sofa and love seat were not comfortable to sit on. Downstairs bed is way too firm, slept terrible. The upstairs beds were comfy. The area is a bit noisy since it is the Panama City Beach strip. Had fun feeding the turtles and the fish in the little pond. The pool on property was lovely, and being right on the beach is great. Checking in was confusing, access to the property was confusing. It would help to get the access info a week ahead of check in so I could print it and read it over. If the owner sent it the same day I traveled, I never got it. I never did find the email from the owner that gave me the code to the front door to get in to condo or how to use the access panel. Fees were excessive by VRBO and the pet fee was excessive by the Sugar Beach condo complex. I thought the cost and the fees were too high, then if you cancel, there is a cancel fee. Too expensive to stay there again.

Sat-Sat stay.

Our group of six people were all quite comfortable. We were able to bring our 2 dogs at this particular facility which was a major selling point. There is plenty of places to walk your dogs; however, they cannot be on the beach or in the pool area, but this was stated up front and not a problem. I can recommend the facility and the owners of the property without reservation..

I can't say enough good things about this unit! I was so impressed with the cleanliness and the furnishings! We are hard to please and very picky about where we stay and this is the best unit we have stayed in at PCB. We will be back!

My parents and I bought this property together in 2013. We love the beach and try to get down to the Gulf as often as possible. We are only a few hours drive from Panama City and love to take last minute trips to just 'get away.' My family and I love staying at Sugar Beach. We have rented condominiums on this property for years and enjoy the quiet, family atmosphere. We want our guests to feel just as 'at home' as we do when we are there!

Since we just closed on this property in August of this year, we are still in the process of upgrading, decorating, and adding our own touches. Please visit our site often so that you can view our progress. We hope to make this unit a place that you will enjoy, feel at home, and escape your hectic, everyday life!!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Our favorite thing about this condo is that you literally park your car right outside the front door. No stinky elevators or pesky flights of stairs! We also love that we can simply walk to several different restaurants, the convenience store, an amusement park and a variety of bars and nightclubs.
