Great place and host
I would highly recommend this property. It was clean and had many amenities with a walk to the beach. The communication with the owner was fluid and they made the process simple. You would enjoy the stay here.

Fun at the Beach
We were very pleased with the location and access to both the beach and the pool. Plus all the other attractions of the Thomas Drive area were very close. We had a GREAT week.

Great place! Everything you need is either within walking distance, or a quick drive. Private gated parking!! Beach was nice. Pool and pool house was great. The grill area was perfect.

Great stay!
The owner was super nice and replied quickly to any question I had! We had a wonderful time in an awesome location! Plenty of space for everyone and we had everything we needed. We will be back!

Great Owners
The owners are great! Our air was messed up and they drove down with portable units and the unit was fixed ASAP the next day. Great place and will for sure stay again!

Sugar sand beaches are definitely the highlight of this wonderful condo complex.
It was great. Perfect size. Very near the beach and other attractions. Owners were very accommodating. Highly recommended!!

Great Property - Great Time
We stayed here for a long weekend for Ironman Florida as a group of 6 adults. We had plenty of room to spread out, yet all be together. The property was great and just as described. The location was perfect for us, and absolutely no complaints at all!

More room than a condo and no elevators!
Enjoyed our stay at this location, close to the beach. Loved the pond and feeding the fish with grandson and having the grill area and pool. Unit was very nice with comfortable beds and a nice kitchen.

Great family friendly condo
Perfect place for a great family vacation. Short walk to the beach, no waiting for elevators! Loved parking right outside the condo. Watching the fish and turtles from the balcony was so relaxing. Owners are fantastic to rent from!

Great place!
Condo was very nice. We really enjoyed ourselves. We left early because of the uncertainty of Hurricane Helena. Beach was great, check-in process was easy. Very close to everything. We will definitely come back again. Thank you Christy for being such a fabulous host!

Family Vacation
I really enjoyed my stay in Panama City. The property was everything that the listing said that it would be. It was great for our family and it was close enough to the beach that the kids could go everyday! The host was great, I had plenty of questions and she didn’t mind answering them. It was a great location, close to everything we wanted to do. I would definitely stay here again!

I can't say enough good things about this unit! I was so impressed with the cleanliness and the furnishings! We are hard to please and very picky about where we stay and this is the best unit we have stayed in at PCB. We will be back!

Amazing place to stay
I would definitely recommend this house. Everything was spot on. We had a glitch with the lock on the front door ( it was my fault I put the wrong code in to many times) She stepped out of church and walked me through it.

We are only a few hours drive from Panama City and love to take last minute trips to just 'get away.' My family and I love staying at Sugar Beach. Our favorite thing about this condo is that you literally park your car right outside the front door. No stinky elevators or pesky flights of stairs! We also love that we can simply walk to several different restaurants, the convenience store, an amusement park and a variety of bars and nightclubs.
