Hi Cheryl, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We were happy to have you and are so grateful for your response. Our apologies that we were not aware of the situation. We would have offered other rental areas like the Eastern Shores area, a straight walk-out to the beach, or recommended Santa Claira Beach access that is ADA regulated that provides a ramp and restrooms as well as parking. We work hard every day to bring our guests the best vacation possible, please if you choose to stay with us again just give us a call so we may better assist you with areas that would be more suitable for your needs. We do hope to see you again and make it a complete 5-star experience for you. Sincerely, Benchmark Management

This property doesn't sleep 3-4 comfortably. The fold out couch was awful. Bars and springs coming through. Called and was upset. Brought an air mattress. Terrible communication. The first night there were no sheets available for the fold out couch. I didn't sleep at all due to the terrible bed and 0 sheets. Didn't offer and money back and basically didn't care. I will NEVER stay here again. Very outdated as well.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it must have been to encounter issues with the sleeper sofa and the missing linens on your first night. While our team delivered an air mattress as an alternative, we're sorry that this solution did not provide the level of comfort you expected. We appreciate your comments regarding the property's furnishings and our communication, as they help us identify areas where we can improve. Beautiful spacious rental at a great price

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've been travelling to 30A for 8 years now and this area is the best - although things have definitely changed and the private beach scenario makes it very difficult to rent umbrellas and chairs even at a public access. It's great to be in walking distance to a number of restaurants and the space itself was clean and comfortable. The balcony was a large size and parking was easy. The wifi information was incorrect but they were quick to sort out the confusion.
Respuesta de VrboOwner, el 3 nov. 2023
Crystal, we greatly appreciate your review and your loyal visits to 30A over the past 8 years! It's wonderful to hear that, despite the changes, you still consider this area your favorite. Your concerns about beach access impacting umbrella and chair rentals have been noted, and we will use your feedback to improve our services. We're glad you enjoyed the convenience of nearby restaurants and the cleanliness and comfort of your accommodations. The balcony and parking meeting your expectations are also satisfying to hear. We apologize for any Wi-Fi information inconvenience, but we're relieved that we promptly resolved the issue. Your feedback is highly valuable to us, and we are committed to enhancing your experience during your future visits. We eagerly await your return to 30A for more delightful stays! Regards, Benchmark Management.

Great Location!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We typically stay a couple of blocks down the road but decided to give Beachwood Villas a shot. So glad we did! This is a great location with 2 pools (1 heated), tennis courts, and more. Even during Spring Break, it was fairly quiet and right across from the beach. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. Beach access was across the street but situated between two “private” beaches. If you walk 200 feet down, there is is a public beach. We went to the state park beaches in the mornings, pool in the afternoon, and across the street access for sunsets. Would definitely stay here again!

The unit itself is clean and equipped with anything you may need. The bed is comfortable. The courtyard is quiet and blocks roadnoise. We rode our bikes into Seaside everyday for lunch. It’s less than a 2 mile ride. Walmart is close enough that we did a grocery pick up our first night and had groceries for the weekend very easily too.Highly recommend this for couples! I wouldn’t bring my kids just because there is a lot of walking if you head down to the beach, not to mention stairs.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an absolutely amazing trip! The unit was exactly like the pictures showed. Everything was perfect. My only “complaint” would be that it had a coffee pot and not a Kuerig, but that’s on me because I don’t know how to make coffee. We brought our bikes and locked them up at the little shelter outside our unit. We never took our car anywhere once we arrived. We biked into Seaside for lunch each day. It was 1.64 miles. We loved having the Tom Thumb next door as well. They have a little bit of everything you may have forgot. We never used the $30 credit for rental equipment, but we did stop in a talk to the girls there. They were so sweet. We redeemed our Publix gift card on our way out. So smooth. We are already planning our next visit at this same unit.Side note, we were traveling without children. We decided it would not have been fun for our kids because of the stairs to the beach access and all the walking. But for older kids it would be no big deal.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was immaculate, nicely stocked with essentials, bed was very comfortable. Beachwood Villa is a wonderfulProperty and well maintained.A wonderful vacation in a less crowded, more laid back area in Florida. Will be back!

Barbara, Thank you so much for taking the time to submit your review! Beachwood Villas in Seagrove are a great condo complex that offers a great location, two community pools to choose from, and beach access just across the street. We will share that feedback about the lights for the tennis court with the proper team. We would love to see you again for another vacation that makes you feel right at home with us. Sincerely, Benchmark Management
