Steps to the beach 1 bedroom condo in Seagrove Beach which is home to a wonderfully diverse assortment of restaurants, shops and other local businesses, all of which just a short stroll or bike ride away. This condo is situated 1 mile east of the seaside community and just a bike ride away from several other neighboring communities.

This charming condo has a private bedroom with a queen bed, TV and a view of the Gulf. Also, included is a sleeper sofa in the living room, a TV, cable, WIFI, and a hideaway bunk in the den. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave and coffee maker. Dining room table for those family gatherings and a covered porch to have your morning coffee and enjoy the gulf view. There is parking for 2 vehicles. The community offers 2 pools, one heated, two tennis courts, shuffleboard, clubhouse, outdoor BBQs and a laundry facility and lush landscape grounds throughout.

Beachwood Villas are perfect for the family or a couples retreat anytime of the year! Our condo is a little paradise nestled along 30A which is made up of unique beach communities for that laid back lifestyle and local vibe.

It was a good stay. Only negatives were small stuff. The cabinets could use some updating. One was missing doors and the one under the kitchen sink was all crooked and had to be shut together with the way they were hanging crooked. There were a couple really loose door knobs. Overall it was a good stay. Just some small stuff that would have made it feel nicer.

It was ok for the price. I couldn’t tell how clean it was because everything was so stained and just generally worn out. There were only 2 towels and one washcloth, the “extra” towels under the sink looked like someone had washed their cars with them. I couldn’t see through one of the windows because the screen was completely shredded. The cabinets in the kitchen are either gone or literally falling off the hinges. This place needs a LOT of TLC. The overall condo complex and balcony was nice.

There is a saying that you get what you pay for and that is very accurate at this property. It’s pretty worn out, needs some paint and repairs. But you can’t beat the location for the money. The complex is very nice. It’s well taken care of and pool is very nice. The walk to beach is directly behind it so that just can’t be beat unless you are ON the beach. The laundry facility very nice and very clean. There was always a breeze on the deck so like I said, for the money you couldn’t expect more!

Overall, this condo is in a great location and has everything you need and the communication is good. However, the pictures in the listing are not exactly what it looks like. They either are very old pictures or have serious filters on them. The fridge is rusted or stain on the whole front and very unappealing. Curtains were stained. There was popcorn under the couch (never ate popcorn) and a dead roach under the bed. One of the lights was fixing to fall out of the ceiling. It’s just overall a lot of cosmetic things that they should fix to make people’s stay better, because i wouldn’t have booked this condo if the pictures in the listing showed the fridge how it looks in person. It’s hard to tell what is clean. I’ve stayed at different condos at the beachwood villas for years and never had this problem so it was disappointing. If you don’t care about stuff like that, it’s a great location (right across from beach access) and the booking and check in was very easy.

This is a great location but the unit is in need of updating. The host communication was excellent and he was easy to work with. The unit needed some cleaning when we arrived. The kitchen and bathroom are acceptable but it is not modern in any way. Two of the cabinets had doors removed. Heating and AIr Conditioning worked fine, the water heater worked without incident and the property was a very good value for the time of year we were there.

Great condo at an unbeatable location! This condo is perfect if your priority is easy beach access. The public access point is just steps away, and we did not encounter the overcrowding beach issues seen in other parts of 30A (our stay was in early August). We would happily return to this property.

We loved our stay!

We felt right at home at this cute and cozy condo. It was perfect accommodations for our little family! Beach access right across the road made it convenient for us with small children. Close enough for Panama City Beach stores without having to stay there. We prefer less noisy beach stays and this was a wonderful option.

The Best Cozy Condo Stay!

We had the best time staying at this condo! We were so impressed with the cleanliness and how adorable the place itself was. Outside of that, the walk to beach access was about two minutes which was absolutely AMAZING! We had such an amazing time and will definitely be back. Host was communicative and kind and gave us just an overall great experience.

Year end Beach vacation

We always try to come to Florida at least once a year with our kids and grandkids. This year our stay at Beachwood villas was perfect. We were only 10 minutes from where they stayed. So being able to spend more time with them versus driving 1hr or so was perfect.

Great location!

Located right across from the entrance to Seagrove beach access. Condo met all basic needs. Great amenities. Bring quarters and laundry soap if you plan to do laundry. Towels are limited so you might want to bring extra.

Nice quiet place

We enjoyed our stay here. Location was great! Cute clean and quiet place to stay. Having the beach access across the street was great as well. Only complaint we have is the limited number of towels (bath and hand) for a three night stay and the towels had a weird oder to them. (Like they had sat in washer wet to long)
