Come stay at Petite Retreat! Our contemporary-style one-bedroom condo on the north side of county road 30-A is only steps away from the new county beach access and 1.2 miles from world-famous Seaside.

The new county beach access features paved parking, restrooms, and a wide ramp to the beach in addition to stairs.

And our Beachwood Villas community is getting a facelift this year! All of our three-story buildings now have new exteriors, windows and paint, and that part of the restoration project was completed by late April. Work is now paused until the fall, when all of the two-story buildings, including ours, will be done.

The two-story phase is scheduled to begin in mid-September. Our property manager Benchmark will include a waiver of liability form as part of the rental agreement. Construction will begin on the three buildings farthest away from our condo, so you may hear occasional construction noise. Please be careful during your stay. Petite Retreat will be unavailable for bookings beginning in mid-October until late February.

Until then, we still have nights available in September and October at attractive prices, and we hope you'll choose Petite Retreat for your beach vacation. It's painted a soothing light blue, to put you in that beach mood as soon as you walk in the door. The completely remodeled, fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare a feast if you don't feel like going out.

The updated bedroom has a contemporary look with a cozy feel. We've added a 32-inch widescreen smart TV so you can stream your favorite shows and videos.

We offer a 5% discount off daily/weekly rental rates for returning guests, and a discount for all rentals of a week or more. Sorry, no monthly or other long-term rentals.

Several restaurants, including the highly-rated Café 30A, are within easy walking distance, as are bike and beach rental shops.

Our unit is professionally cleaned by one of the largest property management firms in the area. Benchmark says it has instituted enhanced cleaning procedures, including disinfecting all high-touch areas. We urge guests to bring hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes to use during their stay.

Condo features queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, 50-inch Samsung Smart HDTV and free, fast Wi-Fi up to 2GB. There's also a Samsung Blu-ray player.

This second-floor unit has a spacious balcony with a table and four chairs.

Three-night minimum rentals preferred; a limited number of two-night rentals accepted, depending on availability. Minimum age to rent is 25.

We've relaxed our cancellation policy. You get a full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before arrival, and a 50% refund if you cancel 14 to 30 days before arrival. There's a $150 service fee for cancellations less than 30 days before arrival. No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days before arrival.
