BeachCrest 102 offers the ultimate in convenience and comfort, with no elevator needed! Both bathrooms have been tastefully updated, and each bedroom boasts a luxurious king bed and a TV for added relaxation. Whether you're here to lounge by the pool, stroll along the beach, or simply recharge, this condo has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation.

This well-kept 12-story building offers Gulf-front accommodations with one of the best views across all of 30A. Some of the many amenities include natural gas grills, picnic tables, a grassy play area, and Gulf-front pool that is heated seasonally.

Your stay at BeachCrest 102 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Wonderful beach front property

Nice property and great location. Nicely stocked kitchen and just steps to the beach. We didn’t use the pool but it’s always nice to have one especially if you have young children. We rented kayaks and that was a blast.

Perfect location!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was the most convenient beach trip I’ve ever taken, especially considering we had to one-year-olds with us. I wish the kitchen had been a little more stocked, But other than that we were very comfortable. Would still definitely recommend.

Lovely location

Convenient for social distancing with easy access to beach and amenities. Nice outdoor area with furniture— grassy areas and views. Condo was mostly quiet even with ground floor location. Kitchen is well equipped but needs newer coffee maker.

Convenient

Being on the first floor was very convenient and easy especially having two small children with us. The grassy area outside the patio door was great for play too!

The location can't be beat with kids - we had our toddler napping in the room with our older son swimming in the pool, and we could sit on the patio and see both. The property was clean, but it could be updated slightly - there are some signs of wear and tear. We couldn't hear the people above us, which was nice. Overall really enjoyed our stay!

Fabulous location, lovely condo, best beach ever, perfect vacation.

Truly enjoyable. Wish I had known what type of coffee filter was needed for the unit beforehand. Only thing I would change. 2 king beds were great. Very easy access to pool and beach. No beach view or perhaps just barely but that is what I wanted because I didn't want to deal with the elevators with Covid and all. Lovely....

The location was nice because you are on the beach so you get private access. There is a small pool which is nice. The building is old. They definitely tried to update the condo. When you walk in it is nice. But the floors are so dirty. We all wear sandals or flip flops but my almost 2 year old was barefoot and his feet looked like they were covered in soot. I liked being on the ground level and so close to the beach. But we also had quite a few bugs in the bathroom. Those little millipede looking bugs. One last thing, the washer and dryer are tiny. I washed constantly. Maybe 3 towels fit well. It's not bad but there are better out there.

Seagrove

Manager was terrible. My sons checked in before we got there and all went good and easy for that. My boys are 18 and 16 and we were at the grocery store getting food and drinks and they were unloading and listening to music and whoever was next to them told them he was gonna get us kicked out and gonna fight them. Rented it for 5 nights and got kicked out in 1 night with no refund. Again it’s the manager of that place everything else was good about it. We got a place in Watersound and had a great time anyway with 0 problems.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We appreciate hearing back from each guest about their experiences with Benchmark Management. During your stay, we had multiple guest complaints about very loud music and guest being very rowdy. We reached out to you to discuss the matter at hand, and we were not able to reach you. Therefore, we sent out the property managers to speak with you regarding the matter. The 30 A Community follows very strict Noise Ordinance rules which are stated in our rental agreement, We also state that any guest under the age of 25 must have an adult over the age of 25 with them. We had multiple guest complaints that many guests staying in this unit were under 25 and had no adult supervision. Because of these complaints and the sheriff's office having to be called on the guest occupying this unit, we had to follow our policy and evict you. This is never a decision our team takes lightly. We understand you feel you were treated unfairly, however, we made multiple attempts to resolve the situation with your party before coming to this conclusion. In the future, remember we are always here to answer any questions, including those you may have about our policies. We'd love to have you back for a stress-free vacation for all.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was fine for a somewhat last minute reservation. Good location. Great to have two beach chairs! Clean and updated. Property management was easy to work with and the check-in process was awesome. First floor was nice, but no view to the beach/gulf. However, here is why only three stars: smelled just a bit musty (and a little like paint) so bought a candle which did the trick, minimal hangers, master bath shower door doesn't work great, ceiling fan remotes not in right place, fridge door should open in other direction, no cleaner, no salt/pepper, no kitchen shears, no whisk, no hand towel rack in master bath, no screen door in living room (but there is one in master which is great so you can hear the gulf!), paper towels and toilet paper were the cheapest you can find. Sharpen these things up and this place could be very good.

Great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying here. The location of the condo to the pool was very convenient for a family with young children. The on-site staff was very friendly and was always seen cleaning the grounds. The pool was beautiful and warm. I would highly suggest this condo.

2/10 Terrible

Extremely Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was dirty, bugs in bedroom, humidity in unit was terrible. Very musty smell throughout. Mirrors along living room wall looked like you got out of shower because they was all all fogged up do to humidity. Furniture also felt damp and clothes wet after sitting on sofa. Could not access facilities out sliding door part of week because of equipment used to work on upper outside. Could not take anymore and left early. Have stayed several times and recommended to others. Will not stay again.

Good Rental Unit

The unit was clean and pretty much exactly what the description said. The mattress in the smaller bedroom could be updated. Other than that we had a great time. We would rent again.
