The living room offers a sofa sleeper, two comfortable chairs, a 50" Smart TV, and a Bose Wave music system.

The master bedroom features a king bed, TV, balcony access and private bathroom. The guest bedroom includes 2 comfy twin beds and a Smart TV with DVD player (no cable).

A Benchmark initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

It was ALMOST what we wanted

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, great beach front, condo old, but nice. Couch had spots on it. Masterbed room mattress was uncomfortable. In fact, we left the night before our next morning checkout, because we both wanted a better night sleep. Found multiple items in the kitchen cabinets (utensils and pots dirty. One was so dirty that I could not understand how anyone would put something that greasy and full of food grime back in the drawer). Therefore, we washed everything before we used it. Layout of the condo was great. Loved that it was a corner unit on the third floor, making the balcony high enough to get a good view of the beach. If these other issues are fixed, we would rent this condo again.

Fall Break 2022

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. Time on the beach and the area was great. We will do it again. Our unit was good however, we did find or felt it could have been a little clearer. We found items from previous guess under the beds and cabinets which caused us to think about overall cleanliness. That said we will stay at the Beachcrest again in the future. The communication from Beachcrest about our stay was awesome.

Unit was clean and all systems (ie; AC - washer/dryer- frig) were working. Weather cooperated and the week was enjoyable. Twin beds were very high to get into but luckily as senior I am still agile.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in a great location and was nicely decorated with most of the amenities you need on vacation. The added beach chairs and umbrella was a nice and unexpected extra. There were a few repairs that were needed and the washing machine was a little small considering we had several beach towels to wash along with the usual clothes. A better mattress in the master would be a nice touch but overall, everything checked all of the boxes.

Great location

We've stayed in this location many times, but not this condo. Aside from some initial maintenance issues we had a lovely stay. The maintenance issues were quickly addressed and didn't cause any issues for us.

Family spring break

Great location, decent condo

I love this location in Seagrove/Santa Rosa but the condo needs updating slightly. The bedroom with the twin beds has an old smell and the chest of drawers in the main bedrooms smelled old as well and I had to really had to spray lysol. The unit, however, was very clean, love the overall amenities but new furniture may be needed soon. Last thing, the view is good but it is right over the pool so no real privacy. Love the free chairs, beautiful beach and great overall location. Would stay in this building again.

Great location but room needs some TLC

The location of this property is excellent. It is within minutes of Seaside and is right on the beach. Views from the balcony were wonderful. The pool was never crowded and the beach service that was included with the room was wonderful. The room itself is very dated and needs a good deep clean. We had to wash sheets on the 2 twin beds the first night because they obviously hadn’t been washed from the previous renters. This forced 2 of our children to sleep on the pullout couch and one to sleep in the master with my wife and I. The toilet in the master bath was loose and rocked all over the place, but didn’t leak. Just noisy and took you for a little ride when you sat down. Appliances worked well. The main issues were cleanliness (so we gave it a good cleaning when we arrived) and we found several bugs crawling around periodically throughout the week. We made sure to shake out and clean every article of clothing we had before returning home so as to not bring any unwanted guests with us. The furniture on the balcony is low quality, but served its purpose. We had friends also staying in this complex with us and their room was much nicer. Higher quality, cleaner, and overall a better deal for the amount of money spent. They did have bug issues, however.

Nice Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in many different condo complexes in this area and like this one the best. The location was perfect for restaurants, etc. Our unit was clean and the layout was perfect for us. More bath towels and wash cloths would have made our stay better. Only 1 per person was provided which meant we had to wash a lot. The property was clean and well maintained. We loved that the beach is private. A set of chairs and an umbrella were included in the condo rental. We rented an additional set but unfortunately, the rental company would not reserve either- it was 1st come, 1st serve so we had to be on the beach at 7am every morning to make sure our chairs would be together which was a big draw back because we are not early birds while on vacation. Self check in and check out was very easy and convenient. Other than those 2 small issues our stay was great. We will definitely try to stay here when we come back.
