With private beach access and breathtaking Gulf views, this BeachCrest condo offers one of the best stays on 30A. 301 features a modern, bright kitchen and plenty of seating for dining at the table and kitchen peninsula. The living room offers a sofa sleeper, two comfortable chairs, a 50" Smart TV, and a Bose Wave music system.

The master bedroom features a king bed, TV, balcony access and private bathroom. The guest bedroom includes 2 comfy twin beds and a Smart TV with DVD player (no cable).

Enjoy the panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private 3rd floor east-end balcony overlooking the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. You are sure to enjoy the sunrise and sunset from your balcony!

BeachCrest:
You'll feel on top of the world in this mid-rise condominium that hugs the Seagrove shoreline. Ideally located along Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, BeachCrest is just minutes from Seaside, Alys Beach, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach. You’ll find no shortage of options for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

This well-kept 12-story building offers Gulf-front accommodations with one of the best views across all of 30A. Some of the many amenities include natural gas grills, picnic tables, a grassy play area, and Gulf-front pool that is heated seasonally.

Your stay at BeachCrest 301 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

A Benchmark initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

We go to Santa Rosa and the surronding areas 4 or 5 times a year. Going back to another condo next week. The host is in dire need of re stocking the kitchen. Plates, Glasses and anything meaniful to assist to cook a meal the visitor will need to plan ahead and provide themselves. The king in the master is also past its last leg and squeeks loudly if even sat upon. It is a nice place and provides beach chairs which is great. If those items were addressed we gladly stay again.

Condo was extremely clean, well furnished & a well-stocked kitchen. The gulf front location is perfect. We love this part of 30A. Walk into Seaside each morning. Close to great restaurants. Can’t beat it!Had a very difficult time checking in as the code was not working. Took at least 15 minutes to get a code that finally opened the door. They were very apologetic & assisted us in a timely fashion.Only real complaint was the beds, especially the twin set, were very uncomfortable. Could use an upgrade. Would return.

Clean, convenient location.

The condo was clean, the view was nice and the location was great! We walked across the street to rent bikes and rode to Seaside and Grayton beach. Beaches were beautiful, we even saw dolphins from our balcony. Great experience!

Beachcrest Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beachcrest is a great condo for location. The only issue this time was I reported a maintenance issue and it was never fixed. I checked in with management about the issue and was told it would be fixed that day (Monday) and that they would keep us updated. We left Thursday with the problem never fixed and I never received another text from management.

Great location

We've stayed in this location many times, but not this condo. Aside from some initial maintenance issues we had a lovely stay. The maintenance issues were quickly addressed and didn't cause any issues for us.

The condo was clean except for the stove and Benchmark management was very attentive to our needs. The fixtures are a bit outdated in the condo but adequate. The view from the deck is a perfect ocean view! We did not use the pool, but it appeared clean. We did appreciate the bathrooms available in the pool area. Be aware there are a lot of steep steps to get to the beach area. Thankfully, we weren’t traveling with anyone who was not able to navigate the steps.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 301 needs blackout curtains in the master bedroom and needs new skillets in the kitchen. Thx

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in a great location and was nicely decorated with most of the amenities you need on vacation. The added beach chairs and umbrella was a nice and unexpected extra. There were a few repairs that were needed and the washing machine was a little small considering we had several beach towels to wash along with the usual clothes. A better mattress in the master would be a nice touch but overall, everything checked all of the boxes.
