Sleeping up to 6 people, this Gulf-side condo overlooks the pool and the Gulf. This unit features a king bedroom, hall bunks for the kids and a queen sleeper sofa. The bedroom and the living area have Smart TVs - so your entertainment options are covered! After a long day of fun on the sugar white sands and emerald green waters, sit back and enjoy the awesome sunsets from your own private balcony.

Palms at Seagrove B9 is located in Seagrove Beach, centrally located to easily access and explore all of South Walton's individual beach communities. World famous Seaside is just a short bike ride away. This property is within walking distance of fine dining, shopping, and various outdoor activities.

Nestled atop a bluff, the Palms at Seagrove is a Gulf-front complex is perfect for a great family vacation. Take a splash in the pool or a stroll along the sugar white beaches unique to this area. You'll enjoy some amazing views with a stay here. The Palms sits atop a 25-ft. bluff, raising you high above it all.

Your stay at Palms B9 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

By the sea

I’ve made it an annual post Christmas tradition to spend time at Seagrove. For the past three years I’ve made it a point to stay at Palms because it’s such a hidden gem! B9 did not disappoint. The condo was perfect, so bright, lovely, well appointed, and simply beautiful. The view was even better. Thankful for such a wonderful week away at my favorite place.

Beautiful

We really enjoyed this condo. he interior was lovely and clean. We got our work outs in climbing the stairs, but it was worth it for the view. The location was convenient to everything we needed, and access to the beach was easy. My only recommendation for improvement is that we did not receive the code for the gate to the beach before we arrived. That would have been helpful. But there is a public boardwalk we were able to use.

Love the porch with the view and sounds of the ocean. Note this is a third floor unit and no elevator. Easy walk to the beach. Great parking. We were in the area for a wedding at Watercolor. Very nice unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit is beautiful, the bed comfortable and the back porch and living room has a great view and the kitchen has everything we needed. However, it would have been nice to know that this unit was on the third floor with very steep steps. As 65 years olds we were able to climb up and down, but it was kind of difficult after a day on the beach. Also the internet is very weak; it was ok for us but if someone is working during their vacation they will probably need to make other arrangements for internet service. It also would have been nice if we had known the code to get through the gate to get to the beach without having to wait for another guest to come along and tell us.

Great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is a great location, right on the beach and an easy walk to Seaside. It is updated and decorated cute. It could use a deep cleaning - the floors turned our feet black (wear house shoes!) and the couch pillows should probably be replaced. Other than that, it did seem clean. It is very spacious for two people - may be a bit cramped for more. The bunk beds and couch are not super comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on 30a! Even with the slight cleanliness issue, I would stay here again and recommend it.

Don't Stay Here!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was not cleaned thoroughly. Floors were probably never mopped and the coffee pot inline water filter was molded and full of coffee grinds. If you walked the floors with white socks they became black real fast. No elevator, wooden steps only to the third floor and very slick when they are wet.

We will definitely be back.

Great place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, it was excellent. The condo was very clean and convenient and the view of the Gulf was great. The only things that slightly bothered me were having that many steps going down and then returning from the beach. And there was not enough flat hard packed sand areas on the beach for walking, running or riding my bike. Plus, I'm not a very technically savvy person so I didn't know how to work the TV remote in the living room but we weren't in the condo that much so it was ok.

Great Honeymoon Experience!

Thank you for a great experience! We loved the location, and we had a wonderful time on our honeymoon! Everything was clean and exactly as described. Great access to the beach. Easy communication! Would HIGHLY recommend!
