Upstairs master suite available during the months of May to November.
Unit includes separate entrance, attached bathroom, bedroom with queen and 2 full beds, TV and fireplace, two closets and chest of drawers. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub, small fridge, microwave and a coffee maker.
Indoor kitchen and dining facilities are not available, you are not renting the entire house. An outside kitchen with BBQ and Hot Tub (May through October) is available.

This home is part of a duplex facing Clear Creek. It includes a front and back deck surrounded by pine and aspen, and the backyard deck is large enough for socializing and enjoying the summer weather. The house is surrounded by beautiful mountain views in all directions, the lake and creek are also clearly visible. Owner may be staying on the premises with Maggie, a very affectionate black Labrador, working on the landscaping during part of the summer months.

Ideally located, minutes from great skiing at Loveland and hiking/fishing/climbing in the surrounding mountains. Having a vacation home in the mountains was always one of our goals, we set up the house so our guests can enjoy it as much as we do.
