Getaway to the beautiful St. Augustine and relish in a two bedroom, full service kitchen, and the largest patio within the private gates of World Golf Village in the Laterra resort. The resort is home to the beautiful King and Bear Golf Course. Enjoy all amenities which include access to golf, resort style pool/hottub, a full service spa, lighted tennis court, & fitness center. Minutes from shopping, restaurants, & The Golf Hall of Fame. Travel to the Historic St. Augustine & beaches in 20 mins.

This GROUND FLOOR unit is a spacious two bedroom with both rooms including their own bathroom and on located on opposite sides of the unit for added privacy. Brand new flooring throughout the unit. The master bedroom has a walk in tiled shower with a separate grand tub. Each bedroom has its own smart TV and KING size bed. The kitchen/living/dining area are open concept located in the middle that opens to a large relaxing outdoor patio that is perfect for enjoying breakfast/lunch or reading a good book.

The condo was very clean & bug-free, and everything worked properly. Excellent security gave us peace of mind. The complimentary use of the Amenties Center was very helpful (pool & gym).

We were looking for clean and quiet lodging, with fitness amenities, and were not disappointed. Very spacious, and the construction and furnishings are very high quality. More layers of security than we have ever encountered before, from the drive-in gates, to 3 different locks of different types, on the way in to the condo. The owner was very accessible & responsive to questions.

LaTerra Oasis

We LOVED our stay at Jayson and Karolina’s beautiful condo at LaTerra. Very nice condo, extremely clean, excellent location, and all around great place. The hosts are incredible and communicate openly with you - and they make your stay very welcoming. We will definitely book with them again when opportunity arises! 5 Stars!

Great Condo

We stayed for 4 weeks while our new construction home in the area is being repaired. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and responsiveness of the owner. The amenities in the room and onsite were great as well. I would definitely stay again.

Location was perfect! Close to all needed stores and easy access to freeway. Hosts were awesome to deal with and answered questions quickly. Condo was fully stocked and very clean!! Great fitness center!

Golf tournament

We loved this rental. The property was clean and so comfortable. We communicated with the property managers a few times and they were fabulous and so personable ! We will be back.

World of Golf

Perfect spot to relax and golf. Lovely ground floor condo with huge outdoor patio, very close to beautiful pool. Close to St Augustine, about 20 minute drive. Two golf courses nearby that were wonderful.

Overflow bedrooms for holiday guests

This was a great condo to house overflow guests for the Thanksgiving weekend. Having an extra 2 bedrooms/bathrooms was so nice. The living/dining/kitchen space is much larger than they look in the photos - would have been very comfortable for 6+guests. The owner was gracious to extend our stay an extra day to accommodate flight schedules

First time visit to St. Augustine

We had a wonderful first time visit to St. Augustine. Our condo was located in the World Golf Village and it was perfect for our vacation. Golfing at the two courses was challenging and reasonably priced. Surprisingly, the grill at the King & Bear had outstanding food and drink. We also played at several public courses in the area and they also challenging and even more reasonably priced. Simply put, we had a great time.

Great location

This condo was wonderful, we had everything we needed and the location was perfect for older couples. The resort was nice. We were a little disappointed in the pool at the resort. It was heated but probably in the 70s. There was another heated pool nearby and we used it. All in all we were very happy with our stay. I would definitely recommend this condo to everyone, especially the elderly.

Great location for golfers

We rented for 5 weeks with the intention of seeing the Players Tournament, plenty of golf and sightseeing in St. Augustine. The pictures are accurate, but its time for some updates. Master bed was very comfortable and our guests had no complaints about theirs. The couches need replacing. Kitchen was very well stocked and the patio grill was used often. Mostly adults, so the pool is quiet. Check in was easy and the owner was very responsive to emails. Very clean, which is top of the list for me.

Amazing Property

This property is exactly as pictured. I was so impressed with the size of the condo. So pleased that the essentials to get started were already in the unit, like paper towels and toilet paper, dishwashing soap so I didn’t have to run right out. This unit is perfectly located near the pool. Nice patio with a great Weber gas grill. Will definitely be renting again. The owner Monica was the most responsive owner I have ever dealt with. I would recommend her property without hesitation.

An absolute jewel of a condo and location

If you are looking for a beautiful, quiet and relaxing vacation rental this property is a magnificent choice. We had a wonderful holiday vacation weekend creating memories we will cherish forever. We absolutely love this beautiful area and the resort amenities included as well.

Beautiful area golf course across the street husband in heaven fir sure. Myself the pool and hot tub awesome. Condo unit so inviting and clean. Beds are comfortable

We love traveling, meeting new people, and exploring everywhere whether it's snowboarding in Colorado or going jet skiing in Anna Marie Island. We also love cooking, trying new food, or sometimes just like to stay in and watch a good documentary. :)
