We have to say that the grounds in the complex were well maintained and very scenic. Parking was a bit of a challenge. The parking blocks in our building need to be repainted as the numbers have faded. I gentleman kept parking in my spot forcing me to park elsewhere. This resulted in my vehicle being issued warning notices. I eventually tracked the man down and helped him to find his space. Again it was due to the faded numbers. We had brought our bikes down and had a difficult time finding space at the bike racks. It appears bikes have been abandon here. The pool area is well maintained but we found people would put items on tables and chairs and then not show up until late in the day. The rules say jo5 to do this but it did not seem to be enforced as other rules were. The condo we had severed our needs. We did find that there appeared to be a lot of clutter in our unit. As you walk in there is a dining table with 4 chairs that blocks access to the laundry room, cupboards and the kitchen. In the cupboards in the foyer where the table was placed we found that these cupboards were filled with items that were of no use. The cupboards in the kitchen were crowded with items that were redundant. The owners need to clean out what is not needed. There is a VCRin the cupboard above the fridge as well as a machine which was totally unknown to me. The dining room table in the actual dining area served our needs. The couch and love seat seem to tilt forward and the owners might think about replacing this. I know it’s a rental unit and you don’t want the best of the best. The bed was comfortable but the dresser, side tables and lamps need to be fixed. The patio furniture is old and should be replaced. The chairs sag and the lounge chair has all the tabs broken on it. You cannot adjust it. Again 8 get it, it’s a rental unit. I was impressed that when we had a minor plumbing problem the problem was taken care of quickly.
