Newly Constructed Luxury Home On 150' Natural Beach With Dock And Hot Tub!
Welcome to Shale Beach, a brand new home (2020) that has all the features you want. One step from the large parking area to the home and only a few steps from the large front porch to a wide flat natural shale beach.
The home features 9' ceilings, cathedral ceilings, gas fireplace, and a Weber outdoor gas grill on a spacious covered front porch. At night, warm up on your private beach with a blazing fire in the fire pit or simply relax on the porch in front of the outdoor wall heaters!
Oversize windows provide plenty of natural light and amazing lake views. The gourmet kitchen is well stocked and features oven, range with hood, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers, two full size refrigerator/freezers plus a wine refrigerator. High-speed internet with a mesh extender system.
Four large bedrooms, including two master suites, plus a second-floor rec room with additional beds, provides plenty of elbow space for everyone to enjoy. Sleeps up to 20 guests, including three king beds and one queen bed, each with a high quality mattress.
A dock is provided during peak season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) for guests to use for fishing, boating or lounging. We currently have two kids kayaks, an adult tandem kayak, an adult stand-up paddle board, a canoe and a pedal boat. (Dock and boats may not be available during off-peak months.)
New for 2022: New hot tub! New full bathroom for a total of 6 bathrooms. New patio and fire pit. And new 50 amp outlet next to the driveway in case you have an EV car.

The Host David, was very communicative and responsive to all my questions. The house was large, comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed for 10 guests! The new dock safely accommodated the pontoon boat we rented for the week and the kayaks, paddle boards and peddle boat provided hours of water activity for our family. The hot tub and fire pit area overlooking the lake made evenings extra special too. My favorite space was definitely the outdoor covered porch area-coffee, every morning as the sun came up and dinner as a family, overlooking beautiful Keuka Lake! Heaven

Perfect vacation for a group!

Relaxing Lakeside Getaway
First time visiting the finger lakes and it was all we hoped for. We loved our stay, beautiful house, beautiful view, and peaceful. We loved all the amenities inside and out. I highly recommend this home me to others.

This house did not disappoint.
House interior was spacious and well appointed. The outside space was perfect. The location and the view were ideal. And, most importantly, the house was very clean. Had a wonderful stay.

Lake house fun
Great spot to enjoy sailing, local wine tasting , museums, and other local life. Porch couldn’t be better.

Beautiful property
This house was perfect for a relaxing weekend in the Finger Lakes! There was plenty of space and the house was beautifully renovated. The view was priceless!

Keuka Getaway
I stayed here with four small families for four nights. The location was great - near several of the best wineries and breweries. The view was amazing from the home. House was clean, owner was responsive and check in and out was easy. We will stay again!

Home was exactly as pictured. Lots of bathrooms and space. Good for large groups.

Amazing Place, Perfect Weekend Getaway
The property is even more amazing than the pictures listed, and the place is well furnished with everything you'll need. David was also super helpful with checking in and accommodating us for our stay.
You'll have a blast whether you're grilling on the patio, kayaking on the lake, or just gaming upstairs.

Everyone in my party was extremely impressed by this house. Beautiful inside and out with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Bedrooms were all big with bathrooms for each. The views of the lake from the spacious deck were amazing. Really enjoyed the fire pit as well. We could not have picked a better house. Can’t recommend it enough.

Wonderful lake getaway
This property exceeded our expectations! All of our guests want to rent here again. The outdoor area is unmatched and the house itself is perfect for a large group. Clean, well stocked, seamless check in. We will be back!

Great Place!
Beautiful house situated right on the water. There were a lot of water toys available so we didn't have to deal with any side rentals of equipment. And the AC worked well during the fluke heat wave!

Annual family vacation on Keuka Lake was amazing!!!
This lake house was great! Great location close to Hammondsport. We had a beautiful view of the lake from almost every room! Complementary bottle of wine. Owner was superb! He was very responsive if we had questions or needed anything!! Looking forward to vacationing there again next year with our family!!

Hi. I grew up in Rochester and visited Keuka lake as a kid every summer for many years. For 10 years, I had been re-experiencing my love of the lake from the perspective of a father of three kids by renting various homes around Keuka lake. For those 10 years we looked for a home to buy but could never find what we were looking for: flat lot without steps, natural shale beach where you can walk right into the water (no sea wall), huge waterfront with privacy from neighbors, and large comfortable home with plenty of bathrooms and modern conveniences (such as dishwashers and air conditioning). So when an undeveloped lot became available, we decided to use our experience building high-end homes in Maryland to build the perfect lake house. We hope you love it as much as we do!

It is an amazing lot for all of the reasons I stated above. Our goal was to build a home that is open, comfortable, elegant and full of modern conveniences. Details include 9 foot ceilings, 7 foot doorways, huge picture windows, huge front porch, solid cherry kitchen, high quality tile and countertops, lots of bathrooms, two refrigerators, dishwasher, wi-fi, large outdoor grill, two sets of washer/dryers, air conditioning, etc.
