Home was well equipped and worked well for our 8 guests. Lots of room, lovely view from the deck and an enjoyable stay. Located conveniently between Hammondsport and Penn Yan near wineries, nice restaurants and grocery shopping.

Our family had a wonderful week. The location was perfect. So much to do around the area. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Paul and Carrie are fantastic hosts and are very responsive.

Paul and Carrie were so accommodating to our pet requests and last minute changes. The house has great views of the lake especially from the patio (where we spent most of our time). The location is perfect, close to so many great wineries and the town of Penn Yan. We had a great weekend get a way. Thank you!

Very nice house with plenty of room. Enjoyed the big deck in the evenings. As advertised except water tastes & smells like sulfur, we ended up buying bottled water for all things food wise.

The property was lovely and spacious for our needs. We were 3 generations with 12 people and everyone felt comfortable. Our grandchildren slept in the adorable top floor and had a great view! Other highlights- on the main floor- wide walk though kitchen was great since we had many people helping with meals. Master bedroom was large beautiful and opened to the deck. Spacious and sunny livingroom/dining area. The deck was fabulous with great view and a table and loads of chairs to relax in. The lower floor was perfect for our kids and their family. Neighbors were friendly.

Great house! I was not able to join my crew for our relay race around Seneca Lake, but everyone else enjoyed the house and would definitely like to stay here again.

The place is huge! It was great for our large family get together. Large table in entrance room, large table in main room, great for playing games! Tons of beds! The host was great, answered promptly and was very accommodating! Lots of things to do in the area. Our trip was in late March,would love to see in the summer

Wonderful stay. Perfect house for a group of friends to gather. Beautiful lake views. Spacious bedrooms, plenty of space for large groups. Central location to all the wineries on Keuka and Seneca and not far from the towns either.
