3 bedroom, 2 bath Pool/Spa home just steps to Indian Rocks Beach! The home has been renovated with a brand new kitchen and pool with spa! Sun yourself on the massive patio deck, soak on the pool's sun shelf with custom chairs or relax under the covered patio. Easy 500 feet stroll to Beach Access. Direct sight to restaurants, bars, french bakeries and so much more! Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

*A note to our valued visitors, Florida can be known for hurricanes and red tide, if either of these concerns you, please plan to purchase travel insurance. Also, TVs with cable are provided in the living room and Florida room area and there are no televisions in the bedrooms. We have beautiful bamboo trees for privacy and they can blow leaves into the pool. There is a robot that you can drop in the pool and pick up all leaves with ease to have a park sparkling pool daily. Also, Please remember to bring bug spray etc. Florida can have lots of mosquitoes and that will help keep you much more comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay & would definitely return again. Beach days were easy with the wagon, chairs, & cooler the owners had available for our use. Very convenient location & very clean.

Great place to stay, less than 5 minutes from the beach, lots of local restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Backyard setup was fantastic, great pool and hot tub, loved the hammock too.

Gorgeous home away from home. I loved everything from the cleanliness and location of the house and how sweet and welcoming Rutherford is. We are extremely happy with our choice of staying here and cant wait to be back.

Our week stay at this remodeled beach house was amazing! Very clean, had everything we needed and just steps to the beach! Our only issue was with the spa not working our first night and the manager was quick to respond with pool maintenance the next morning so we were able to enjoy the remainder of our stay. We definitely would stay here again!

The home was absolutely wonderful! The backyard paradise was so private and beautiful. The pool and hotub was so warm and perfect! We all enjoyed the screened porch too. The beach was a short walk down the road. Great location!. Also the home was super clean! We will be coming back.

Cute house. Ideal location to beach. Had issues with pool/spa heat and they had to send out two people but still was not 100%. Heater would shut off and need to be fully rebooted. Initially property manager was very responsive but the last few days never got a response. We would still come back in a heart beat.

The host was so accommodating and everything was so clean. She thought of everything you could possibly need. We wanted for nothing. Great neighborhood too! Would stay again and highly recommend this home :)

Little slice of paradise

Another fantastic stay in Indian Rocks Beach. We have stayed here twice now and absolutely love everything about this property. The location is fantastic with plenty of options for eating within walking distance.

Fantastic house and Perfect experience

Everything was just as advertised and the house was amazing! Would stay here again for sure!!!! Easy walk to the beach, great food all around and the pool in back is amazing.

Amazing Anniversary Vacation

Loved our stay here! It was clean, very comfortable, has a perfect location and the back pool was a perfect place to hang after being on the beach (which is an easy and close walk). Perfect place to spend our anniversary and celebrate a great summer! Would definitively stay again.

Perfect location

We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, the pool, screened in patio, and that the property had a grill. Perfect size house for a family of 5 for a beach vacation.

This was the perfect beach house for our family of six. My four kids slept in the bunk room and used the second bedroom for their belongings. The master on the opposite side of the house worked out nicely for us to stay up after they went to bed. The walk to the beach is very easy with four kids. They provided a beach wagon which was very helpful. Pool was a nice addition though we could not get the hot tub to heat up. We didn’t mind though, Florida is hot in June anyways. The house was clean, well appointed with everything we needed. The beach was the highlight, it’s the most beautiful beach and not touristy or populated which we loved. There’s a few restaurants within walking distance but our favorite dinner was the one we made at home and sat together at the kitchen table. There were a few minor things we noticed like a broken shampoo dispenser, a loose shower curtain tension rod, a finicky coffee machine you had to be patient with, all to be expected in a rental and not worth complaining about. The master shower was weird too, no matter what you did, the water shoots out the glass door due to its design. Nonetheless, the house was perfect for our family and we had the best beach vacation!

Heated pool was the best!

Kids loved the heated pool and proximity to the beach, restaurants are super close too. Lots to do!

We loved it!

Such a wonderful rental! The kids loved the pool and spa. The neighborhood was quiet, yet close to the beach and some great restaurants. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Great location, quiet neighborhood, beach access and ice cream/snacks a quick walk away, Clear Water Beach activities few minute drive, pool and hot tub nice way to end the day, We will be back!

Indian Rocks Beach

Loved our stay. The house met our family of 7’s needs perfectly. Communication with the property owner was easy and reliable. Location is near pretty much everything you could want. Would definitely stay here again.
