Great vacation property

House was great! Enjoyed the pool and a short golf cart ride to the beach.

This property was perfect in every way! Close/walkable to the beach, private pool with a beautiful backyard, plenty of room for our family inside, kitchen was stocked with needed supplies to grill and serve the day's catch of fresh bay scallops, and close to bars, restaurants, and stores! The neighborhood was clean, quiet, and friendly!

Pool area was very nice! Outside furniture could use an update. Patio chair cushions were too large for the actual chair. (Could be an accident waiting to happen). The cushions on top deck of table chairs are very worn-needs replaced. A lot of the cushions were ripped or torn on the back side. The house was very comfortable. A few updates were needed inside and a separate note was sent to Beaches during our stay. Great location! Able to walk to beach and great restaurants, coffee & ice cream shops in Indian Rocks Beach.

2024 Spring Break

House was ok, lost AC for almost a full day. Maintenance person got it running when they came out, much appreciated. Pool overflowed because the float was not working. Few things looked like they were falling apart in the bathrooms. Neighborhood signs up stating these were homes not hotels was not very welcoming.
