Perfect place to vacation with your family. The property is secluded and quiet but ready for your family and friends. We are within a mile of The Big Piney River, sightseeing, hiking, relaxing, etc. We are surrounded by beautiful trees and there's lots of wildlife. Also close to the Mark Twain National Forrest.
Fully furnished kitchen, outside propane grill and fire pit. Kayaks are available to rent. Washer and dryer are available upon request and small fee.

The best!!!!!!

Absolutely the best place to stay!!! Everything was clean and perfect.The property managers were always quick to answer any questions and help in anyway. I will be going back.

Great tiny house out in the country.

Property was excellent, very clean and well appointed. The owner was awesome and checking to make sure we had everything. Awesome experience and would definitely stay there again.

Amazing country place

This was a nice little find in the country with friendly and very welcoming owners. Cute and cozy cabin and just what we needed to get away from the city. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Our dogs approved too.

Secluded Getaway

Sally was the sweetest host! We loved her tiny house and being out in the middle of nowhere. Sally has put a lot of thought into her listing and has all the basic necessities and more! We will definitely be back sometime!

Enchanting

We could not have been more pleased with the pristine condition of the cabin and the surroundings. Beautiful and quiet, with star filled skies at night. The thoughtfulness that goes into preparing for guests was immediately obvious giving us a welcomed feeling. Sally was a warm and accommodating host, and I look forward to my next stay at the Connors.

Little piece of heaven

We wanted to escape the city and found this wonderful, peaceful place in the middle of the woods. The tiny house was located on the property of Sally and Matt and has everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself: outside you have a terrace with bbq, fire pit and several seating areas, large fully equipped kitchen, separate living room with TV and wifi, comfortable beds and a quiet A/C. The house was very clean, and several kitchen and bathroom supplies were provided. This includes the delicious fresh eggs from their chickens. Sally and Matt were always available and ready to give recommendations regarding local activities and food places, or answer any questions. Matt and Sally put their heart and soul into their work and did everything to ensure their guest have a pleasant stay. We highly recommend visiting them and their wonderful dogs Diesel and Peanut for a relaxing vacation!

Great country tiny house!

I unfortunately didn’t really get to explore as much as I would have liked because I was in town for a competition that took up pretty much all of my time, but this tiny house was a perfect place to stay. Sally and Matt were great with communication the entire time and the house had everything you would need. I had forgotten to pack a toothbrush, but they had me covered! I plan on coming out again in the future and this will be the first place I will reach out to when I’m in the area!

Quiet and Secluded

We were attending a wedding in Licking, MO, and needed overnight accommodation. Nice, clean, and comfortable cabin well off the beaten path. Very quiet and well-maintained.

Great stay! Very modern & clean!!

Absolutely loved this place! Close to town, 6 adults stayed with plenty of room for all. Kitchen fully furnished! Nice walkway to cabin with luggage cart provided! Will definitely stay again next year!
