Some of the furniture/furnishing are quite outdated & in need of an upgrade. Cleanliness of unit was not the greatest. Kitchen is well stocked & has everything needed for meal prep. The Palms property is well kept with plenty of parking.

Great girls trip

4 girlfriends enjoying some beach time and cooking fresh seafood - great big and well equipped kitchen, large comfy beds, great views, great big table on the balcony!

Condo was very nice.

The wrap around balcony was amazing and provided great views from every bedroom. Rooms were large and comfortable bathrooms for each was great.

Beach ready

We had an amazing stay! House had all necessities with extra bonuses!! We loved being able to walk to the beach in minutes!!! We will definitely try to stay here again!

Comfortable space

We enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful views! Short walk to the beach Only thing I’d ask for is the master bedroom to have a more comfortable mattress or at least a mattress pad. Also a little bit more comfortable pillows! Other than that… we had an amazing stay!

Overall we really like this place. Amazing view and great location. And hard to find a 3 bed, 3 bath at this price point. We were excited to stay here again this year. Unfortunately lots of things were just a little bit worse. No towels in one bathroom. Outlet covers falling off. Piece of wood by window where a repair must be needed. Broken lounger. The most frustrating piece is that the host trying to upsell early check in (not guaranteed even if purchased) and then not making sure the code was actually available at the set check in time. Had to text and call and couldn’t get in for 30 minutes. Then the code stopped working 30 minutes before checkout. All fixable problems and hopefully they will get addressed given the potential here.

Thank you for staying at The Palms 401 and for the 4‑star review. I’m glad the view, location, and three‑bed/three‑bath layout were highlights. I’m sorry several things fell short — the missing towel, outlet covers coming loose, the wood by the window, the broken lounger, and especially the delay and later failure of the lock code around check‑in/checkout. Housekeeping and maintenance have been notified to restock and make the repairs, and our operations team (along with the lock vendor) is investigating the code issue and our early check‑in process so this won’t happen again. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back.

Great condo!

Perfect Condo

We had a wonderful long weekend at this condo. The view from the living room allowed us to enjoy the beach when it was too cold and windy for us to be out there. It was very spacious.

Family Vacation ‘22

Overall great experience! Nicely decorated and comfortable! Great view from all angles! Loved the ice machine in the kitchen and the chairs and umbrella on the beach were awesome! Excellent communication also!

Great view! Perfect for our family!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience! We loved the view from the balcony. It was very spacious and all 6 of us enjoyed time out there together. The beds were extremely comfortable! It was so relaxing to wake up with a view of the beach from every bedroom! We will definitely be back!
