Guests can appreciate conveniences like a washing machine and a coffee/tea maker, and other amenities include a balcony and a TV. Limited housekeeping is available.

Another wonderful stay at the Barton’s beachside condo.Everything is what you would hope for on a relaxing beach vacation. The condo is spacious, clean, and you can’t beat the views.

The whole condo was very nice. Exactly as presented. The kitchen in particular was large and very well equipped. Pretty bathrooms and comfortable beds. Loved the patio and the beautiful beach. It was perfect.

Unit was nice great view all updated. Love that it was a smaller complex never had to wait for the elevator. Mandy was very communicative with any questions I had.

Overall a very nice property. Kitchen faucet needs to be fixed or replaced though. Always saw people cleaning and taking care of the building. Great beach view. Hosts were very responsive.

This was the perfect place for our girls trip! This condo was everything we needed and more. It was clean, well appointed and we loved having access to everything we might need in the kitchen. Mandy was very communicative during the whole process and with any questions we had during our stay. We all said we would definitely choose to stay here again in the future!

Our stay was amazing, Mandy was very helpful. The condo was very clean, smelled amazing, and the view is breath taking. We will stay here again. Already planning another trip next year.

Fully equipped kitchen. Host very responsive. Balcony views awesome. Street noise in two bedrooms very disruptive. Wall of mirrors did not allow for the patio doors to remain open. Looong walk through deep sugar sand to reach the water and rental beach chairs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Palms in this condo. It was a beautiful condo and very well stocked. The owner, Mandy, was great to work with. Would do it again any time.

Orange Beach

It was very nice. And the host was very nice and helpful. Very clean and close to restaurants. And nice balcony to sit and have meals or enjoy the view of ocean. Would love to stay here again. The unit was very clean and updated.

They are a "house divided" with Jimmy being an Alabama Crimson Tide fan and Mandy being an Ole Miss Rebel. Jimmy and Mandy reside full time in Fairhope, AL (about 30 miles away). Jimmy and Mandy love the beach and spending time in their home-away-from-home and know that you will enjoy this little slice of heaven as much as they do.
