The unit was "adequate", but could definitely use some TLC. The shower heads are in definite need of replacement; and the unit lacked many of the kitchen amenities that we have had available in other condos that we have rented over the years.

Everything was good except the master bathroom the shower water gets all in the floor bc of the bathtub faucet and the kitchen sink faucet could use an upgrade.

We have stayed in this building before and enjoy the beach views as well as a smaller building and good location. This property is not updated, but worked for us as we were mostly on beach. Master bathtub shower leaks, is way outdated, moldy and shower curtain was also moldy. The floor in entire condo seemed to be dirty as well. We enjoyed the outdoor pool. The indoor pool needs a complete update as the ground puddles with water near entrance.

Amazing condo

This condo was perfect for our family! It has all the amenities you need with a private walk to the beach which is absolutely stunning. I have to say this is by far my favorite beach! What a little piece of heaven!

Nice place to stay.

The bed in master was not comfortable at all. The master bathroom needs a new shower head. Other than those two things it was a great place to stay. It's an older building but clean and a great location.

Great location

We loved our stay at Tidewater. Just a couple of suggestions. 1) would be nice to have at least one hair dryer in the unit. 2) TV in guest bedroom worked VERY sporadically. Would highly recommend Tidwater 802.

Beautiful location...showers need work. took forever to figure out how to operate, find the hot water and master bath was a challege to keep floor dry

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great place to stay easy access to the beach

This is our 2nd time to stay at Tidewater. Both times the elevator stop working when it was time to check out. Caused a lot of issues for everyone. The sliding glass door in the master bedroom didn’t work. Over all we had a wonderful time.
