HEATED POOL AND HOT TUB

Come stay at Harbour Place Unit #103 with our sugary white beaches. You are on the beach. In season there are cushioned chairs with umbrellas for rent.

We have a low density building with 65 units. We have a hot tub and heated indoor pool. You can swim from the indoor pool to the outdoor pool. Also for your convenience there is an area with grills and tables to cook your catch of the day, steak or hamburgers and hot dogs.

Inside the unit the living, dining, kitchen and both baths have Italian Travertine tile floors, the second bedroom has carpet flooring and the master bedroom has wood flooring. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa and the kitchen is fully equipped and has new cabinets and granite counter tops.

2BR 2BA both with queen beds and adjoining bathrooms. The master bath has a walk-in shower and the second bedroom has a tub with shower. Both beds are very comfortable.

You can sit on the balcony and enjoy the beach side view. Drink your morning coffee and if you get up early see the Dolphins and in the evenings have your favorite beverage and listen to the waves.

It’s was a nice condo, the listing did not have the name of the actual building (it’s Harbor Place), also it smells like smoke, from a smoker that possibly stayed recently, but was doable for the price. Overall nice stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo, which was conveniently close to everything. It offered private beach access, a clean pool, and an overall excellent experience. The only issue was that one elevator was out of service, and the other was small and very slow. Apart from that, I would recommend it and plan to return.

This is really a hidden gem! The patio allows a view of the ocean but feels very open and private since the properties next door are large single beach houses (not more condos). It is a very easy walk to the beach. Parking is no problem and very easy to get to the room. Owner is very responsive and the best. We have stayed for 3 years now. Having the indoor pool is a great bonus on rainy days. It is a very easy drive to the gulf state park and Walmart. This is a perfect spot for our family of 5 and we are looking forward to next year.

We enjoyed our stay and would do it again. The communication with the owner was tremendous. Heated pool, BBQ pits, and closeness to the beach were a plus.The beach view from our room was just as shown on VRBO listing, as well as all the other features. Cost of our unit (per our stay and reviews) was very much in line with what we anticipated, which is a plus.

So close to the clean beach- great quiet, relaxing stay- all beds and furniture very comfortable- laundry in unit is always a must have!

There is a little drainage issue in the parking lot when it rains,but otherwise a wonderful vacation. Great location and very clean Balcony was perfect lots of amenities included for your stay. I would definitely stay again here.

We really enjoyed this condo. The 2 bedrooms and pull out couch were perfect for our family. The location is great, a quick drive to anything you need. The owner was fantastic to work with!

Great Beach Access!

We had a great stay as a family of 5. The condo was just what we needed and the beach access was excellent! The owner was wonderful at communicating with us before, during, and after our stay. Perfect beach condo!

Great location!

We loved the heated pool and hot tub. The beach was beautiful and we took advantage of the free state park bikes! What a hidden gem.

2024 beach vacation

We have stayed in the harbor place condos before and really liked the location and vibe of the place. My daughter says she has stayed in this unit before and it was great for our current stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place to stay

Condo was clean and had everything we needed for a nice stay. Stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer plus dishes and pans. Very close to the beach/ocean as well as sevwral restaurants and stores

Loved this property. Nice and clean. Lots of seating and decent sized kitchen. Perfect location - literally just steps from the beach. I would stay here again.

Harbour place condo

Lovely condo. Clean and well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, dishes,etc. located close to great restaurants. Had a wonderful time and will stay again!

Family Getaway

This place was perfect for our trip. The space was great and everything was clean and fresh. The balcony was spacious and perfect for what we needed. This place is definitely 5 stars. I also loved the fact they had carts for luggage and supplies so I didn’t have to make more then 1 trip.

My husband and I are retired and spend a great deal of time with our grandchildren. In the summer we enjoy yard work and gardening.

We live about 360 miles from the beach but have gone there on vacations for years so it was the natural place to buy. There are lots of things to do with the theme parks, shopping, golfing as well as all the beach activities.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

I can enjoy the ocean, the indoor/outdoor pool or the hottub. We can grill out, cook in or go to the many great restaurants close by. At the end of the day I enjoy sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves.
