COME ENJOY OUR BEAUTIFUL BEACHES

Come stay at Harbour Place Unit #103 with our sugary white beaches. You are on the beach. In season there are cushioned chairs with umbrellas for rent.

We have a low density building with 65 units. We have a hot tub and heated indoor pool. You can swim from the indoor pool to the outdoor pool. Also for your convenience there is an area with grills and tables to cook your catch of the day, steak or hamburgers and hot dogs.

Inside the unit the living, dining, kitchen and both baths have Italian Travertine tile floors, the second bedroom has carpet flooring and the master bedroom has wood flooring. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa and the kitchen is fully equipped and has new cabinets and granite counter tops.

2BR 2BA both with queen beds and adjoining bathrooms. The master bath has a walk-in shower and the second bedroom has a tub with shower. Both beds are very comfortable.

You can sit on the balcony and enjoy the beach side view. Drink your morning coffee and if you get up early see the Dolphins and in the evenings have your favorite beverage and listen to the waves.

Best getaway

Great Beach Access!

We had a great stay as a family of 5. The condo was just what we needed and the beach access was excellent! The owner was wonderful at communicating with us before, during, and after our stay. Perfect beach condo!

Great Place to stay

Condo was clean and had everything we needed for a nice stay. Stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer plus dishes and pans. Very close to the beach/ocean as well as sevwral restaurants and stores

Harbour place condo

Lovely condo. Clean and well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, dishes,etc. located close to great restaurants. Had a wonderful time and will stay again!

Family Getaway

This place was perfect for our trip. The space was great and everything was clean and fresh. The balcony was spacious and perfect for what we needed. This place is definitely 5 stars. I also loved the fact they had carts for luggage and supplies so I didn’t have to make more then 1 trip.

Owners wouldn’t respond to requests to get the check-in info

I arrived at the property after the check in time. I had not received the check-in information such as the key code. I repeatedly messaged to try and get this information. I called VRBO support. They told me the owner had not logged in since 2024???? They canceled the reservation and refunded the money. However that left myself and two boys without a place to stay. VRBO is in the process of refunding part of the payment of the new place I had to scramble and find. And I did receive a message from the owner the next day apologizing and said there was a family emergency. While I do have empathy for the situation there should be a backup plan so there isn’t the panic for the renters not having a place to stay.

Great stay

We stayed for spring break. Unit was just as advertised. Very happy with the location, cleanliness and the building. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable! Really appreciated the satellite TV and the wifi was the best we have experienced at Harbour Place. When traveling with teens and tweens good wifi is essential!

Fabulous Family Vacation

Everything was exactly as mentioned and amazing. Only difference is that she has updated the couch from the pictures to a new comfortable sleeper sofa. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenage boys. Will keep it in mind for future vacations.

Room was lovely and comfortable. Loved the pool and the closness of ocean. We never figured out the tv but really did not use it.

Loved this property! It is very clean and spacious and has everything you need. Its hard to tell from The listing what floor you will be on but it was a great location!

Perfect

Easy walk to beach with the kids. Balcony was wonderful. Everything you need and some extras that impressed us like a beach umbrella. Very clean. Stove took a long time to boil water, but thats not why we came. Owner very responsive. Very easy parking and short walks. We hope to be back soon. Thank you!

Overall great and convenient

It was only a short drive to everywhere we needed to go such as Walmart, coffee shops, food & activities. The biggest plus was the short walk to the beach and clean place equipped with everything we needed except when we needed to replace some trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry soap. The first floor location was also nice and convenient.

Outstanding stay

We had a fabulous trip once again to Harbour Place. Ms. Cathy was wonderful to work with and her Condo was even more than we could have asked for,especially the memory foam mattresses and double shower in the master. The East side is now our favorite side, very quiet and peaceful and just past the pool is the beach. We love a smaller establishment because you don't feel crowded. Everyone was very nice and we look forward to returning real soon.

Conference Stay

Was there for a conference next door. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Even though it is a side unit there is still a great view of the ocean from the large balcony. The owner, Cathy was great to deal with. We even extended our stay a couple of days. When we got home our daughter discovered she had accidentally left something there that was irreplaceable. My wife contacted Cathy and she said she would contact her cleaning lady and mail it to us. Thank you so much for a wonderful week at the beach! I would definitely recommend it for a place to stay! Thanks Cathy!!

Fantastic time

We really enjoyed Orange Beach and the surrounding areas. The condo was nice and well stocked. The only issue we had was we received a phone call the day of our arrival telling us the bathroom sink had fallen and it would be the following day before it could be fixed. No one ever came to fix it then they called 4 days later (the day before we left) to come fix it. Other than that, everything else was great.

We live about 360 miles from the beach but have gone there on vacations for years so it was the natural place to buy. There are lots of things to do with the theme parks, shopping, golfing as well as all the beach activities.

I can enjoy the ocean, the indoor/outdoor pool or the hottub. We can grill out, cook in or go to the many great restaurants close by. At the end of the day I enjoy sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves.
