Nestled in the back of a cul-de-sac (NO rear neighbors) in relaxed neighborhood, this warm and inviting open floor plan home offers charming & comfortable space both in & outdoors. You & your pup will love all that the very private fully fenced backyard has to offer. Enjoy the convenience of being Less than 15 minutes to downtown Chas AND the beaches. Making this a bit of a rare find in Mt P - Boats are WELCOME! The home is set up with your comfort and experience in mind.
PLEASE NOTE: Map can be a bit deceptive. This property is NOT in the center of the Google Maps circle. It is right beside the OUTER edge of the circle in a location that is NOT beside I-526.
Though we completely renovated the inside of our home when we bought it in 2013, what sold us then and we enjoy most now is the fabulous outdoor living space. When you walk through the back sliding glass doors and leading to the very large backyard (fully enclosed with a privacy fence-great for your approved fur baby!;) is the charming screened in porch with bar, stereo system (4 speakers in the ceiling), dart board, ring toss and jumbo jenga. On the deck you can cook it up on the killer grill, play corn hole...or simply kick back and relax with a cold cocktail... or swing your cares away under the majestic pecan tree. Being on the BACK of the cul-de-sac and having NO neighbors/houses behind you, the backyard is very peaceful & private. With an open floor plan and fully vaulted celings in the living space, this home lives larger than the square footage. Our 3 bedroom/2bath home is just under 1500 sq ft. You will find everything that you need to prepare and serve your meals in the kitchen! All sheets and towels are 100% cotton. Bedroom clothes storage: ALL Bedrooms have hook system & hangers for hanging clothes/Master BR has 2 luggage racks/BR2 has dresser & luggage rack/BR3 has 4 shelves. ***For longer term rentals Closet space will be provided.***We are dog friendly, to dogs that are also friendly!;) We just require that you disclose the age, size and breed of your dog for approval. Fee for approved dog(s) is $75 per dog. As can be seen in a few photos, our lovely yellow lab (Laney) lives here with us (when is NOT rented) and is a fan of the "photo bomb." There are two large flat screen TVs (one in the living room and one in the master bedroom) with Cable, Netflix & Amazon available on both (dvd/blu-ray player-master bedroom.) High speed internet is accessible throughout the home and on the porch (for music, etc.) There are also a wide selection of board games on hand. For boaters - being on the back of the cul-de-sac with a large driveway is very convenient for taking the boat in and out and washing it (you can leave the trailer tires off of the curb to let it drain!) Then circle around the cul-de-sac and back it into the side yard OR leave it in the driveway! *** Sometimes I will be able to work with a last minute booking OR shorter stay. Please just send me a message with the specs on your needs and I will let you know if the timing will allow us to accommodate them. Guests will be personally greeted at Home for Check In!
We are fortunate to live in a laid back and friendly neighborhood. There are MANY GREAT Restaurant and Bar options with 10 minutes... and some only 5 minutes away! Here, you will be only 5 minutes from great shopping options - Town Centre; for the bargain shoppers-TJMax, Marshalls Home Store and Tuesday Morning; Groceries-Harris Teeter & Publix (Whole Foods & Trader Joes roughly 7 minutes away.) Palmetto County Park is "just around the corner"/ 5 minutes away. Making this home a bit of a RARE find - BOATS are very WELCOME! You can leave your boat in the driveway OR side yard. There are 2 FREE public boat ramps less than 10 minutes away. There are 2 Gyms within 5 minutes - Crunch & Planet Fitness and several other options with in 10 minutes. Lic# ST250362
