What a perfect apartment for our group, restaurants a plenty, walking distance to everything. Clean loved that it was serviced half way through our stay

Overall, our stay was ok. While the apartment is located in a decent area, it’s pretty dated. The furniture was worn and the conditions of the unit could use an upgrade. The pictures on the website no longer align with what you get when you arrive.

Great apartment

5 women stayed here and it was great! Loved the location. Easy to catch a cab and nice coffee/bakery downstairs. Would stay here again!

Great apt. Comfortable beds. Great location with restaurants, groceries all around.

Perfect place for the five of us. Steps to the train station. Plenty to do and eat in the area and easy to get to the heart of the city. Very close to park as well.

The Traveling Ancianos

We were four guys over 70 traveling to Madrid to see the sights and enjoy the food. The apartment was perfect for us—plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, convenient to groceries and restaurants, and close to metro and bus stops.

Great apartment close to everything! Roomy for 6 but cozy and in a great neighborhood. Easy to walk to Prado, Royal Palace, and other great areas of town but there is a metro stop 1 block away. Also but cabs available right out front constantly. Grocery store a block away was handy. Easy check in and check out and great communication with host. Assisted with transport to and from airport. One in our group got sick during our stay and the host provided info about medical treatment. A doctor showed up at the apartment within 45 minutes after we called. As Americans, we were floored! Would definitely recommend!!

Well Located Flat Close to Atocha Train Statiom

Our family really loved the location of this flat which was right next to the Atocha Train Station. We found it to be within walking distance of many attractions in a neighborhood that had tons of restaurants and pier markets. AC worked very well which came in handy as it was hot!

Beautiful view and great location!

This lovely apartment fit our family of 7 with plenty of comfortable space! It was minutes from the Atocha train station and the Metro with lovely "Las Delicias" restaurant across the street. They were accommodating giving us an extra hour so that we could fit in our Royal Palace Tour that had to be rescheduled due to official business at the Palace. We loved being in the heart of Madrid!

Wonderful city getaway

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was super well located for the tourist areas of the city. We walked nearly everywhere and had easy access to the metro or ride shares when we wanted. The rooms were reasonably sized, the communication with the property owners was terrific and we had everything that we needed with good amount of privacy for our adult kiddo. Worth noting that of the 3 bedrooms, only the smallest has a true double bed - other rooms had two singles pushed together. All in all, extremely central, comfortable, and clean and we'd stay again in a heartbeat.

My family and I (four total) absolutely loved this apartment and were pleased to be greeted upon arrival by Angelique as she helped us with our bags and gave us a tour around the apartment. It was open, clean, bright, spacious and in a perfect location that was very close to some many of Madrid's main attractions and tourist spots. The property was quiet, despite being in a relatively busy area. Hospitality was amazing throughout our trip, with the company even assisting us with transportation from the airport to the apartment and back to the airport when our trip was over. The rooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked (the only thing we wished we had was instructions on how to use the espresso machine, but thank God for YouTube :) ) and we loved having so many bathrooms. We will be back to Madrid and when we do, I'd love to stay here again!

Very close to Atocha train station

We selected this property because it was very close and easy to walk to/from the Atocha train station. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to the plazas or other notable places to see or eat. The apartment is located in the top floor (5th floor) and there is a small elevator as well as staircase. We appreciated that this apartment had room for everyone to have privacy or spend time together.

Roomy with a Good Location

We rented this condo for 6 family members plus a 7 month old and it was certainly roomy enough. Having 3 bathrooms was very convenient and the living dining room was large enough to accommodate all of us at the same time. The location was central to the sites, metro & train station as well as shopping (food & clothing) and parks. The condo is well stocked with dishes & towels and the black out blinds are amazing and though you are on a busy street you do not hear the noise in the condo. However the place is completely devoid of any cooking spices, oils, salt, pepper etc. It would be nice if the items purchased by the previous renters were left behind for the next renters to use. Though there was soap for 3 laundry washes & 3 dishwasher washes it was not enough for 7 people for a week. The bathrooms were fine however the beds were quite hard and I would recommend mattress toppers be added. My husband & I slept on the sofa bed as it was memory foam mattress and much more comfortable to sleep on. If you have a car then parking can be a real issue. Though it is free from 9:00pm to 9:00am after that you have to move it every 2 hours from one zone to another or you can park it in a parkade one block away. Getting around using public transport would be your best option though unfortunately that wasn’t possible for us. Overall The condo worked well for us and as mentioned the location was great.

As a courtesy some basic things for cooking, soap, shampoo and toilet paper are provided for the beginning of the stay. Gran ubicación- todo perfecto

Muy buen apartamento bien ubicado, cerca de estación atocha, amplio, completo, muy buena comunicación con el anfitrión, muy pendientes y con muy buenas recomendaciones. Sin dudarlo regresaría.

Apartamento maravilloso

El apartamento está fenomenal!! Como en las fotos! Nos alojamos 4 adultos, 3 niños y 1 bebe y nos encantó la casa. Si bien tuvimos incidentes las dos noches del finde que nos quedamos: el viernes dormimos sin persiana en la habitación principal (por estar encajada) y el sábado fue imposible dormir por la fiesta que tenía el vecino, música a tope y muchísima gente en el apartamento de al lado hasta las 3 am…conclusión: el apartamento es ideal pero la estancia puede compliacarse por culpa de los vecinos.

Un apartamento para realmente vivir Madrid

Un apartamente muy bien decorado, con vistas al cielo (5 piso con balconcillos) y muy bien situado en un barrio familiar con comercios de proximidad (y una farmacia abierta toda la noche a 1 minuto). El museo Reina Sofia, dos supermercados, el metro Atocha, el metro Palos de la frontera y los autobuses 27, 19 estan todos a menos de 5 minutos a pied. Mi marido fue a hacer su jogging al parque del retiro a 5 minutos. Es un apartamento ideal para una familia con hasta cuatro hijos à partir de 6/7 años o tres parejitas, ya que hay tres habitaciones dobles y dos duchas y tres aseos. La cocina esta muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario (frigo grande, horno, micro-ondas, lavaplatos y lavadora). Muy recomendable (aunque como da a una calle con trafico a ciertas personas les puede molestar, pero a nosotros no porque en piso alto).

We used the apartment much more than intended!

We had a very good experience at this rental! Soon after we arrived, we both got sick, so needed to stay inside for the majority of the time! Rented it for 5 people, but the others didn’t come due to our illness. We were so thankful to have plenty of space to stretch out in, prepare our meal, etc!
