BRAND NEW in January 2019 with georgeous views of the marsh and the ocean!

This six bedroom, six and a half bath home is the perfect get away located on a quiet cul-de-sac directly on the marsh. Enjoy the marsh, intercoastal, and ocean views from the living spaces, bedrooms, and deck areas or relax at the pool (heated for $100 for the first day and $50 per day after that with a minimum of 3 days if heating is requested) and enjoy the views from the tiki bar.

This home is only about 450 feet from a beach access.

Inside, enjoy 3,200 square feet of spacious living along with another 1,100 square feet of comfortable deck space equipped with seating and eating areas. You may enjoy dinner or watching your favorite show on the screened in porch with an outdoor TV or you may enjoy the beach area in the back yard which also overlooks the marsh.

This home is large and has a well equipped gourmet kitchen with 2 full size refrigerators, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, island seating with stools, and a dining area that seats 12. The living area is equipped with a 65” flat screen TV, a fireplace, unbelievable views, and is open concept with the kitchen.

There is also a second living area downstairs which also includes a TV, a bar area, and room for games.

All bedrooms are equipped with brand new beds, bathrooms, and TVs.

Other amenities included in this breathtaking home are full bathrooms in each of the bedrooms, hard wood floors throughout with ceramic and marble tile in bathrooms, dishes, silverware, drink ware, 2 full size washers and dryers, stunning decorations, outside shower, and outside living areas with a grill. The bunk room sleeps 10 with 4 queen sized bunks and 2 trundles.

Perfect Beach Vacation Home!

Beautiful home with gorgeous view of sunrise and sunset. We had everything we needed with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of room for all with comfy beds. We enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. We had a great week and hope to return next summer!

Beautiful view close to the beach

This property has everything you’d need for your stay. The view from the balcony is very pretty and relaxing. The kitchen is fully stocked with a double fridge/freezer. It was extremely easy to get the beach. Very walkable even with small kids.

Great Family Vaca

This was our second year staying at this house and it is perfect for our large family. It has a great layout with plenty of space and every appliance you can think of including 2 refrigerators. The pool is a nice bonus and the view is beautiful. The walk to the beach is quick and easy. We hope to be back next summer!

Property was as listed and very comfortable for 10 adults and 2 children. Walk to beach was farther than we expected. Shower curtain liners need replacing due to mold.

The perfect house!

We absolutely loved this house. From the wrap around porches to the plentiful outdoor seating, our crew had the best time soaking in the marsh views, watching sunsets and playing games on the little beach behind the home. We had five families stay, and had plenty of space. The walk to the beach was short and easy and we really enjoyed the swimming pool too (we loved that it was separately gated with babies/kids around). This house is so perfect, if you book, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you for the wonderful stay, we will be back OIB!!!

Ocean Isle Splendor

From the time we got to Ocean Isle and 4 Chadbourn, we had a fantastic time. Weather was good, house was great and the proximity to the ocean was awesome. The only thing that needed fixing was the safety bar when entering pool. It is a safety hazard that should be taken care of immediately.

Great house in a great location

We would stay here again… amazing property in a great location. A few things could have been cleaned better (bunk room mattress covers had pee stains on them and the area around the mattresses had all sorts of hairs and such… which is pretty nasty. Overall the cleanliness was just OK. That was the only downside to the property.

Exceptional Retreat!

This home exceeded our expectations in every way! The decor was amazing...truly out of a magazine. Each space so well thought out. Bedrooms were lovely and the queen bunk room was a huge hit. The view of the marsh was panoramic and perfect for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Our kids loved the pool and we loved the comfy lounge chairs and tiki bar! The walk to the beach is short and enjoyable. All in all, we felt like we had our own, private resort all week. We will certainly be back again!

Amazing!

This property was perfect for us and our wedding party to stay at. We enjoyed having the master on the top floor and our guests on the second. The view, the short walk to the beach & pool were great. When we arrived, the property was immaculate and smelled so clean. Everyone was impressed with the house and we definitely got use of the decks and view. We cannot wait to book another trip here with our friends and family, I don’t think I would stay anywhere else on the island we were that impressed! Some great memories were definitely made & we can’t wait to make many more at OIB!

Gorgeous beach house!

This house far exceeded our expectations, the furnishings are beautiful and all the amenities were absolutely incredible. We gave a large extended family and everyone was able to come and enjoy the week and not feel cramped. The porches, private beach, and pool were so enjoyable for the adults and kids. The kitchen is well stocked for large get togethers and the double fridges were a huge plus. The house also has a large array of beautiful art work that we all enjoyed. This was also our first time at Ocean Isle and we love the small community beach vibe. We hope we can return for many more years!

Better late than never

We stayed here last July. 2023. The house was very nice. Had everything we needed. The decks were a nice gathering place after a day at the beach. With such a large group (17), it was nice to have 2 washers and dryers. Pool area was very nice. There was a slippery spot on the cement ( ac run off) where one of the kids slipped and got hurt. They did come and cleaned that up though. Wasn't too far from the beach, a 2 min walk. I would recommend ☺️

Great house for a large group and easy beach access

We had 17 family members ranging from age 1- 72 in our group. We loved the large open space in the living area where we could all gather. The kitchen was very well stocked and plenty of seating for all of us to enjoy our meals. The pool was enjoyed by both the kids and adults and refreshing after an afternoon at the beach. The concrete area around the pool was spacious with plenty of seating. The 2 refrigerators are a must for our group since we cook a lot of our meals at the house. Two washer and dryer sets were also great to have with a large group! The beds were comfortable and the bunk room was great for the kids. The walk to the beach was short and easy. The view of the marsh from the house was beautiful! The only complaint I would have is at check in and check out we wished there was an elevator! We had a great time this week at Ocean Isle visiting our WV family. I would recommend staying at this house…great for a large group!

A Fantastic Week

We have been coming to the beach for over 20 years. This is by far the best house we have stayed in. The property was beautiful and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The 2 refrigerators were wonderful and saved us from having to keep coolers iced down for the week. My family loved the pool and beach area. We spent most afternoons playing spike ball and corn hole and then jumping in the pool to cool off. The outside porches and decks were amazing. We spent many nights out there playing board games and enjoying the breeze. The walk to the beach was short and it was nice being so close to a beach access. The only regret we had was that we could not stay another week at this stunning property! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This place is a gem!

Really beautiful and clean property. Getting the pool heated was worth every penny! We have stayed at many places over the years and this one is one of the best. The kitchen is so well stocked and easy to navigate. Thoroughly cleaned and prepped for guests. It's really a super short walk to the beach, and the beach is lovely. The beach patrol is strict about the type and placement of beach canopies, so check that out before arrival. However, it does make for a nice beach atmosphere to have it strictly controlled. Need to set up your own linen service delivery. The grill is charcoal. Our little ones loved the pool and it was so great to be in a sparkling clean pool coming off of a 2 -year pandemic. The owners keep this place top notch.

Great place for a family vacation

We loved the house. It was comfortable and plenty roomy for the 21 of us. We loved the pool and its location gave us privacy(people were not able to walk by the pool and see us as we were enjoying our time in it). We loved the location of the house, the marsh has beautiful scenery behind the house which also made it a little more private for us. The Beach was a short walk. I gave it an overall rating of four because I did not enjoy having to get our own sheets and towels. And I wondered how clean the beds and pillows were if people had not brought or rented their own sheets.

Bucket list trip

We took this trip with close friends and family to spend as much time with my daughter as possible before she passes away from cancer. She chose OIB for her stay and I surprised her with this house. The only thing that threw me is all other places we have stayed at with VRBO supplies towels and sheets. We would always just wash them before we left. Other than that this house and the owners were fantastic. Thank you for allowing us to spend of of Haley’s last few weeks at your home.
