You'll love this spacious and beautiful home that can sleep up to 18 guests! Lightning fast (100mb) internet will support all your devices. Located on the north end of Carlsbad just minutes from most of the restaurants in the city and only a thirty minute drive to the Carlsbad Caverns National Park. Relax with your family or group in this four bedroom house featuring 2 king beds, 1 queen, a bunk bed room with four full size beds, and two sofa queen size beds.

The space
All brand new rustic furniture is super comfy with southwestern flair. Big screen TVs in every bedroom, that will stream all your favorite cable tv shows. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Arcade game will keep the kids entertained. Two full size dining tables that can seat 13, and an outside covered patio that can seat 6. The house is stocked with coffee maker, blender, toaster, and modern appliances. Washer and Dryer Room with ironing board. Beautiful Spacious bathrooms. Pack n Play is available for babies/toddlers. We've made sure to add all the comforts of home to enrich your stay and are very responsive to the needs of our guests

Carlsbad has many great tourist attractions, starting with world famous Carlsbad Caverns National Park, the Pecos River (for swimming, fishing, water sports, Christmas on the Pecos), Guadalupe Mountains, Sitting Bull Falls, Living and Desert Zoo and Gardens State Park, and much more!

Mostly great!

My family and I stayed three nights here and it was mostly great! The house was nice and clean. The bunk room was great for the kids and the Ninja Turtle game was a hit! There were a few communication issues. I messaged the host about a few concerns and only got automated messages in return. It would have been nice to get a real answer. The location was very convenient and the neighborhood was nice. Overall, a nice stay!

Good, centrally-located property to National Parks

I selected the property due to proximity to National Parks, and size of the property. Property worked well for our needs. Positives - large living room, kitchen and dining area, large converted garage for extra bedroom space, convenient to grocery stores and local attractions. GREAT wi-fi. Negatives - dishwasher does not work well. Family mentioned the rooms were "dark", and noticed multiple light bulbs were burned out. Both negatives were mentioned to the property owner for correction. If corrected, this would be a 5-star location for me. Communication/check-in issues were probably due to owner being out of the country for most of our stay.

Ok but too many safety issues

The property was large and spacious but there were some serious safety hazards that should have been addressed and fixed amd some need caution signs like the dishwasher.

Grand adobe stay

The trash was full when we got there and nobody came to get it during our stay. The toilet in one of the restrooms was also broken. We had to manually flush it. The switch in the other bathroom did not work so the light would stay on and it was also heating up a lot. Overall it was a great stay in a nice neighborhood but just in need of a few home improvements.

Good for a big group

We had a group of 8 and the house was very spacious for us. Comfy beds. You can tell this place has been rented out for a while, some things missing / wobbly and have seen better days, but nothing that would prevent me from staying here again if I had a big group!

Amazing comfortable beds

This place was fantastic. The beds were phenomenal. We rented this for graduation. We were able to walk the Graduation at the high school! We had a large group of people of all ages. The bunk room was excellent for the kids, and the living and dining room areas were awesome to hang out in and spacious the couches were also pull out beds.

Family reunion

Home was clean, the size was just perfect for our family to spend time together. Shawn our host was available, just a click away. Would recommend and would come back.

Pleasant and comfortable space

the property was exactly as pictured. Shawn was very responsive and helpful. There was plenty of space for our party of 8. The kids loved the arcade style games. I would recommend this property.

Great House for Family

Great property and nice set up. Plenty of room for our group of 9 with space to spare. Kids loved the bunk room. Dining room was spacious with lots of seating. Great communication with host. Highly recommend.

Great space for large family

We enjoyed a family reunion in Carlsbad and this house provided exactly what we needed in terms of a space to house 9 kids and 9 adults. Both the indoor space and the fenced yard gave the kids plenty of room to play, create, and bond. Beds were comfy and spacious, and the house was VERY clean. The amenities aren't frivolous like you may find in other vacation rentals, but the basics were covered. The kitchen isn't super well stocked, but the basics are covered for sure. With what was there and some paper plates/cups/utensils, we cooked 3 dinners, 3 breakfasts, and packed up lunches to take on our adventures. If we were going to the same location next time, I would absolutely try to rent this place again!

Comfortable and spacious for our group of 12!

Loved how there were seats for all of us to eat together! The 6 adults took the 3 rooms and I loved how the living room could comfortably sit all 6 adults with room for one more! The 6 kids loved the very spacious bunk room with couch/TV and video game thing! The kitchen, dining, and living was all spacious very comfortable and cute! It could probably use more cups as there weren’t enough cups for all of us unless we used cups and mugs (which was fine). We also didn’t have enough bowls but were able to use mugs to make it work as well. We spent our days at Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains which were just 30 and 60mins away. Did I mention the space?! The having enough table space for us all to eat was not common in many I looked at and was so nice. Space in general was very nice so very much worth it! Host was also always quick to respond.

Outstanding visit

We were a group of nine adults visiting Carlsbad for some hiking, fishing and sightseeing. The hone was clean and large enough to accommodate our group. Excellent location with easy access to all outdoor activities. We will return!!

Family Reunion

This home had plenty of comfortable spaces for our family reunion. Lots of seating areas to play games, family meals, and areas to sit inside and outside to catch up on life. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great! The television, internet and game bunk room were well used by us all without issue. The only downside was the lack of cleanliness. The cleaning crew clearly is not doing their job. We reported to owner who said he would look into it. There were also broken pieces of furniture, kitchen needs new items to replace broken, worn, or missing pieces (one wine glass). Overall, if cleaning was improved and place updated this would be a five star location .

Fantastic place for groups

This property was fantastic and exactly what we needed for our Girl Scout troop. The 9 girls were able to all sleep in the bunk room and the 3 chaperones each got a bedroom. There were plenty of towels and the entire place was spotless. The beds were extremely comfy and the kitchen was well-stocked. It was super close to the local attractions, and easy to find. The high school is directly behind the property (like you can see the band hall from the back porch), but school was out so it was a non-issue. This could be a great benefit if you're attending an event at the school. I would highly recommend this property for anyone traveling with a lot of kids. It's the perfect set up. We did have to reach out to the owners once (we ran out of toilet paper) and there was literally a package of it sitting on the doorstep when we returned a few hours later. They were super responsive and seemed to genuinely want to ensure we had a good time.

Great place to stay while in Carlsbad

Every year, my brothers-in-law and I, and whatever friends, plan an Annual Guys' Weekend. The location varies year to year. This year, we chose "Desert Adventures" for our theme of activities. This house was great for us - 4 men, and 4 young men. We fit perfectly. We enjoyed the kitchen, and the grill, and cooked green chile cheeseburgers one night. We used the back patio nearly every night. Really a great place. My only critique is that we had to go buy our own 4-Pack of toilet paper, There were only a few small partial rolls left over. Maybe just a one-off, because otherwise, the home was perfect for our stay in Carlsbad!
