The bathroom and finish carpentry need to be updated. Pool and beach were great with a nice restaurant on the beach across the street.

La propiedad tiene un excelente locación But the cleaning was poorThe refrigerator was painted and had a smell of paint that we had to open all the windows and even so it was very unpleasant

Short walk to the beach and many awesome shops, cafes, restaurants, and dessert spots.Upham beach is less busy that the main St. Pete and Clearwater resort beaches.Make sure to eat at La Croissette while you're here. It's incredible and less than a 10 minute walk.

It was ok, been to better units. Sink faucet was new but something wrong w it. Unit said umbrella was available but it was broken. Spent 40 a day for an umbrella on the beach. Common area they were laying tile while we where there. Should not have rented top units during that time.

The condo was the dirtiest place I’ve EVER stayed in. The floors and baseboards and air vents were filthy. I mean just plain gross. There is peeling paint and tiles and rust and corrosion in shower. The drain in the bathroom sink didn’t work so I had to wash my hands and brush teeth in the kitchen sink. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work so I had to plug in the curling iron in bedroom and use with no mirror. The mattress was a biohazard, covered in layers of filthy toppers which I had to remove because it was so uncomfortable. The “ocean view balcony” was not what was pictured. It was a 10 sq ft balcony that you could barely see the water. The worst things were the shades on the main window and bathroom window. They did not keep the sun and heat out and when dark out you could see right into both the bathroom and living area. Zero privacy. I couldn’t shower in the evening or have any lights on while dark out. It was absolutely a security and safety issue. I’m extremely familiar with St. Pete Beach as my parents lived there for 30 years and we still have a property a block away from this one. Yes the location is great but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

So Cute

This place was adorable to stay in and the perfect spot for this area. Right in front of the beach and the bed was SO comfortable. Would stay here again.

Beach Retreat

Great location. Condo was clean and comfortable. Five minute walk to the beautiful beach. Within walking distance of restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay again.

Great location

This property is perfect, so close to the beach & close to many restaurants. Bed is uncomfortable, but the place is great, everything you could need is already there. The view is perfect. Would definitely recommend this property & would stay there again.

A cute beachy little apartment which was perfect for our stay. Lots of ice cream shops and restaurants within walking distance. We had dinner at Cool Vibes which was just outside our door. The beach access directly in front of the complex was not open due to beach repairs, but it was only a short walk to another access point. We didn't use the pool but it looked to be in good shape. We will definitely book here again if we are back to St. Pete Beach.

Mid-winter break in St. Pete beach

I really recommend it, my family and I had a lot of fun! Beautiful beach, good beach infrastructure and the condo localization is close to the beach and stores, I will plan to come back.
