Wake up to the ocean view! Have your coffee on the balcony then walk about 30 seconds from your door to the beautiful white sand. All the amenities of home, full kitchen, private bedroom with a queen bed. Family room has a pullout queen couch, smart TV’s in the bedroom and family room. Beautiful pool area with year-round heated pool. Restaurants, bars, and stores, all within walking distance. Well-maintained quiet community with plenty of parking shuffleboard courts, BBQ pits, and on-site laundry facility. Check in is 4pm, early check in is available with a $50 rush fee for housekeeping

Short walk to the beach and many awesome shops, cafes, restaurants, and dessert spots.Upham beach is less busy that the main St. Pete and Clearwater resort beaches.Make sure to eat at La Croissette while you're here. It's incredible and less than a 10 minute walk.

It was ok, been to better units. Sink faucet was new but something wrong w it. Unit said umbrella was available but it was broken. Spent 40 a day for an umbrella on the beach. Common area they were laying tile while we where there. Should not have rented top units during that time.

So Cute

This place was adorable to stay in and the perfect spot for this area. Right in front of the beach and the bed was SO comfortable. Would stay here again.

A cute beachy little apartment which was perfect for our stay. Lots of ice cream shops and restaurants within walking distance. We had dinner at Cool Vibes which was just outside our door. The beach access directly in front of the complex was not open due to beach repairs, but it was only a short walk to another access point. We didn't use the pool but it looked to be in good shape. We will definitely book here again if we are back to St. Pete Beach.

Beach Retreat

Great location. Condo was clean and comfortable. Five minute walk to the beautiful beach. Within walking distance of restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay again.

Great location

This property is perfect, so close to the beach & close to many restaurants. Bed is uncomfortable, but the place is great, everything you could need is already there. The view is perfect. Would definitely recommend this property & would stay there again.

Great location. Host was super quick to answer any stupid questions I had. If I had read I would have known what I ask. I figured that out later. She is super nice. Partner lived the bed. Hot shower Cute place right across from beach walking distance to everything

Mid-winter break in St. Pete beach

I really recommend it, my family and I had a lot of fun! Beautiful beach, good beach infrastructure and the condo localization is close to the beach and stores, I will plan to come back.

Great spot right near the beach

A very chill spot that's right next to the Beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The bed is pretty lumpy and check-in was kinda confusing because we didn't get a code until after we arrived, but overall it's a very affordable spot with an excellent location.

We enjoyed our time vacationing here. The best part being how close the beach was. Overall, the condo met our needs. Pros: Plenty of plates, silverware, cups, pots, & pans, & cooking utensils Beach towels, sand toys, beach buggy to haul things, several umbrellas, boogie boards, pool noodles, & several beach chairs in different styles.A box fan that helped circulate air on the really hot days! 🥵Vacuum to clean up all the sand Laundry facilities: 2.50 for washing machine & 2.50 for dryer/loadCons: Only 2 small rolls of toilet paper for a week long stayNo kitchen towels so we had to use a bathroom towel Kitchen stove light didn’t work & there’s only 1 other light aside from 2 lamps in the kitchen/living room area. 1 broken cabinet door that would fall off the hinge each time we used the adjacent cabinet A watered down hand soap in the bathroom that was 1/4 of the way full. Kitchen faucet is broken and made an awful sound each time we used it. We had to use a hair tie to keep the button in place. No bathroom mat: we didn’t want our kids to slip and fall on the tile floor so we had to use one of the towels After reaching out to our host, she informed us that housekeeping started us with the minimal items & that she’d inform maintenance about the other issues. We felt the supplies weren’t enough for our 6 night stay with 4 people so we had to go and purchase a bottle of bathroom soap, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, & paper towels

Im glad you enjoyed your stay for the most part. Unlike a more expensive hotel stay, there is no daily housekeeping with towel replenishment, the condo comes with 2 towels per guest a couple fresh rolls of TP, a trash bag and a new roll of paper towels, you need to buy anything else you need at the store when you get groceries.. The kitchen towel and washcloth were under the sink in the dish drying rack, there was a fresh bathroom soap bottle in the medicine cabinet, As you mentioned , there is onsite laundry if you want to wash your towels and linens 1/2 way thru your trip.

Please remember less than a year ago our paradise was devastated with 2 historic storms which affected this area tremendously even though we are on the second floor, specifically anything on the first floor ie: entrances & hallways. We have bounced back rather quickly and 95% of places, attractions and restaurants are back up but there still are some unfortunate circumstances and areas under construction so if that is something that could effect your experience in anyway please reconsider. Otherwise come relax enjoy the beautiful beach, weather and experience this paradise for yourself.
