Location, Location, Location!!! Beautiful newly renovated studio condo is AT the beach and overlooks the year-round heated pool. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Large comfy queen bed with crisp white linens. Pull out sofa for extra sleeping space for guests. Start your day off with coffee on the ocean view balcony and cool off after a beach day in the relaxing central a/c: free parking pass, shuffleboard courts, BBQ pits and on-site laundry facilities, private Wi-Fi & smart TV. The beautifully manicured condo complex is located in safe, fun, St Pete Beach with many restaurants, shops, and live music all within walking distance.

Perfect beach vacation

We had an amazing stay at this condo. The location was perfect- steps to the beach and restaurants. Very nice pool. We will be back- Highly recommended!

Awesome Location!

This place was fantastic! It provided everything we needed for our short stay. It was comfy, super close to the beach, and within walking distance to several great restaurants and bars. Communication was excellent! Would definitely stay here again!

The location is great ! Beach and heated pool are just steps away !! Small but has everything you really need. So many restaurants and fun bars within walking distance. Recommend this highly 😎

This place was so perfect. The pool and beach right there with lots of food close by within walking distance. The place was clean and Jennifer was incredibly accommodating. We could not have asked for better. Will definitely be staying again!

Nice place by beach

Nice apartment next to beach. Clean and comfortable place. Only slight negitive is wifi strength which was pretty poor. Property manager responded quickly to any message i sent. Would certainly return!

Upham Beach Stay

This was our second time staying in the quaint condo units across from Upham Beach. We love this area! This unit was as described. We did appreciate Jennifer’s communication in the weeks prior to our stay after Helene and Milton hit the area. We would just recommend you bring ear plugs for sleeping here as the rooftop A/C units nearby are quite noisy.

Great Location!

My wife and I recently stayed for a week at the end of June for our first mini family vacation with our baby. We were able to talk to Jennifer easily and her response times were quick. We were steps from the beach and the balcony overlooked the pool and you could also see the beach. Our only complaint is that we wish there was an elevator...lol! Since it's a 2nd floor unit we had to make several trips up and down stairs to carry items. Overall it was an amazing trip and we would definitely stay again!

Property was exactly as described. We love staying at this facility, and Jennifer(the owner) was the most attentive and available that we have ever dealt with. We will absolutley be return customers.

This was a great experience, clean, great location, access to beach and pool was wonderful, close to restaurants and beach bars. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location and great host

Great rental for the money! Location is absolutely the best. Walking distance from local bars on Sunset way. Directly across from beach the room is good for 2 adults. 1 queen size bed and a pull out couch. If the couch is used the room gets very small. I will book again

Perfect getaway!

This property is perfect! Just a few steps from the beach and all the provided things to go spend time with the family. Perfect spot where its not too busy and you can get anywhere super fast. The host, Jennifer, is awesome and is super accommodating and helpful. My wife and I will definitely be looking forward to future trips back!

The best host we have ever had!

Our place was clean, comfortable, and decorated very tastefully. Jennifer supplied us with everything we needed in the way of pots, pans, and other kitchen ware. There was a small problem with the inner workings of the toilet tank which she promptly took care of. All in all ,everything about this property was top notch, and if we had the opportunity, we would love to stay here again,
