This home is located three-quarters of a mile south of the new Solterra Resort Clubhouse, a 5,600-square-foot space that's home to a beach-entry pool, a water slide, a lazy river, poolside cabanas, tennis courts, a gym, a playground, and the Cafe Sol Bar & Grill. If you're hoping to experience the many activities and attractions of the greater Orlando area, you're in the right place. Disney World is 12 miles northeast, SeaWorld Orlando is 17 miles northeast, and Universal Studios' Islands of Adventure and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter are 22 miles northeast.

1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
