THE COZY VILLA is a modern villa .

The Cozy villa is located in the prestigious area of Indian creek . This ultra modern villa enjoys the status of being on one of the closest residential community to the magical Walt Disney World, just a 3 miles drive to the Walt Disney World front gates.

This spacious villa is modern with all the latest technology and comforts of home. The main living room includes a 65' smart LED TV . WiFi throughout the villa and pool areas. Free unlimited calls to anywhere in the USA and Canada. Gourmet kitchen with Quartz countertops and top of the line brand appliances stainless steel.

High chair, stroller, pack n play are provided.

There is a kitchen nook for casual meals and a formal dining room for entertaining. The laundry room has a brand new, top of the line full size washer and dryer, iron/ironing board.

Two Master Suites with king sized bed and 50 'smart Led TV with ensuite baths and walk-in closets.

One other master suite with queen bed and also 50 “ smart led tv

Two other bedrooms (Mickey bedroom and Harry potter) bedroom include matching twin beds and 32' LED TVs).

It was the best, the pool was very clean when we showed up. The house was beautiful. The host was also quick at answering back the second I texted him. Me and my family enjoyed the stay very much.

Great place to stay, exactly like pictures. Clean. Host responds quickly to questions and issues. Game room was to hot play in during day only early morning. I would recommend and stay again.

Beautiful property

The house was perfect for our family - large kitchen, bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms. Pool and spa area was great! Location was amazing (10-25 minutes to all parks) - area was beautiful and easy to access. Highly recommended!

Disney Family Trip

The house exceeded our expectations and was the perfect fit for our family vacation. The pool was large enough to accommodate 5 children and the adults enjoyed the hot tub/spa. The house was very close to Disney, we never had a drive over 20 minutes. There are many stores and restaurants near by as well.

Wonderful Villa!!

The villa was just perfect for our family trip to Disney! It is so clean and large where everyone had plenty of room to be together or some quiet time. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well! Great location near the parks, restaurants, shopping and many other attractions!

The cute cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. The bathrooms are amazing. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Washer and dryer looked new. The kitchen was big and spacious. There was plenty of plates, cups, utensils, pots, pans, two kinds of coffee machine and plenty of gadgets for cooking. The air conditioner in the house worked great except for the bedrooms at night time. I suggest leaving the bedroom doors open all day so the bedrooms stay somewhat pleasant through out the night. Also in the bedrooms when the air turns on and off it makes a slight banging noise, it scared me at first but got used to the noise. The pool screens outside do need to be pressure washed, there was some stuff growing on them. The pool was great lots of seating. The seating cushions need to be replaced as they are getting a little shabby. Over all we would definitely stay again!!! You will never have the absolute perfect house as we all know it’s a lot of upkeep. It was close to Disney, Disney Springs, and with traffic about 30 min to universal. Lots of shopping near by including a Walmart about 5 min away. Host was fast to respond when we wanted the best for pool and jacuzzi.

Great weekend stay

I loved how quick the team answered and waking up to a clean pool. There were so many places to shop in the area, so I loved the location. The home was very spacious.

Adorable home away from home

The house was absolutely adorable! It was a perfect fit for our family vacation. It was 15 minutes from the Disney parks which is great. The kitchen had almost everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner. We had a couple minor bumps when we 1st got there but there were handled next day and communicating with owner and management team was easy. We would stay here again. My family actually talked about it already.

Excellent property

We had an amazing time and the property was awesome! We’ve stayed here before and will continue to return. Great clean property with everything we needed and responsive management! Loved having the pool heated and spent much time in it. If your looking a an awesome place to stay in the area this is it you won’t be disappointed!

Way better than paying for multiple hotel rooms

Very nice house, recently renovated, and very clean. My only nitpick would be that there was only hand soap provided in the bathrooms and I had forgotten to pack shampoo. This was easily remedied with the nearby stores so no big deal. Would happily stay again.

Family Home Near Disney/Universal studios

This location turned out to be perfect for my family for our short stay! My only complaint is that we didn’t stay long enough! The heated pool and hot tub was amazing, even when the weather got cool at night (around 55 degrees). The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. I loved the decor and how homey the house felt. The beds were all comfortable!! The drive to Disney Springs took us about 22 mins from the house, and the drive to Universal Studios was around 30, even with steady traffic. We door dashed from a few local restaurants and those were decent too. I would go back to this property again.

Birthday celebration

The house was amazing, clean and we had no issues. I appreciate that the house looked just like the listing description & the pictures on the listing were up to date and very accurate. The pool & hot tub was fantastic. I would also like to say that all of the beds were very comfortable and we all really appreciated the high quality mattresses. My only minor issue was that in the front bedroom, the arch window let in the early morning sunlight which made it difficult to sleep. But since we did not need all of the rooms, we just changed rooms. We also appreciated the security system. Thank you for an amazing stay and we have absolutely no hesitation of booking again.

Great Disney Park Location

Kids 10-14 loved the house. 15 mins from Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom, 30 minutes from Universal and Sea World. House was clean and management was responsive to a couple issues we encountered during our stay- alarm going off, coffee maker broke and sort of exploded everywhere at 5a and internet and tv was out of order for several hours. Management was quick to assist, replace coffee maker and communication was great. Pillows, blankets and towels could use an upgrade. Pool was fantastic but pool furniture was uncomfortable. Great house for a family get away and good value for price to stay. Kids were so happy playing in the garage turned playroom and the pool. Publix grocery store was a quick 12 mins away and tons of dining options close by. I would recommend this property for families visiting to go to the theme parks who don’t want to spend an exorbitant amount of money to stay at a Disney property. I would stay again.

Indian Creek, is a very attractive and tranquil residential community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
