We arrived for a family wedding. The house was just as described. Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Check-in with seamless AS was checkout. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels and any extra linens that were needed. Thank you Christine for a lovely stay.

First trip to Buffalo to visit our granddaughter who is attending Canisius University. Whole family came out to watch her play in a weekend volleyball tournament hosted by Canisius. Wanted to be near her but not isolated from the attractions Buffalo has to offer. This wonderful home was a short distance from the airport, Niagra Falls and the college and easy to find. It is also within walking distance to a coffee shop, a bakery-sandwich deli, and a little ice cream shop, all of which we indulged in. Our host was most helpful leaving notes in the home, along with lots of sight seeing brochures and responding quickly to any questions we had. Home was completely stocked with everything we needed! Could not have asked for a better experience for our first time to the east coast. We will be back!! On behalf of myself and my entire family, thanks again for hosting us, Christine!

We stayed at this beautiful home on 6/12/26 as we had our daughters birthday party downtown and we live 45 minutes away and it was extremely convenient for our family to stay close to the venue. The house was very clean and the beds were all very comfortable. It was supplied with 2 separate kitchens that were stocked with everything you would need right down to coffee makers including coffee. The host Christine was great to work with and replied to my emails with answers to my questions immediately. I would highly recommend this home if you are in the area and in need of a place to stay.

Great Stay

Great spot for a group of 10! They had every kitchen item you could imagine, the check-in/checkout process was smooth, and we were able to park without issue. We had a great weekend in Buffalo and for the Bills game!

A family gathering in Buffalo

We were a group of seven adults and the house served us perfectly. We enjoyed the location and were able to walk to the Elmwood village and the Niagara River. The best of the West side of Buffalo

Perfect accommodations for our group

The house is spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and in the perfect location with access to many restaurants and cultural sites. We had a wonderful time and wish we could have stayed longer! Communication was excellent and instructions were clear.

Solid option in the 5 points neighborhood

This is a prime location for setting up folks with a good stay in Buffalo. Several restaurants, coffee/breakfast spots, a yoga studio, and specialty wine shop are right within walking distance in the 5 points neighborhood. Definitely recommend!

The interior as just lovely and clean. We were a little concerned as we came down 19 th st, but once inside and then at the bakeries nearby all was well. Even walked down to Essex Pub one evening!

Group stay in Buffalo

Wonderful soothing cottage feel to the house. Not huge but well furnished to take advantage of the free space. Clean and comfortable!

Visiting Daughter at Canisius University

Property was very clean and comfortable. We only stayed one day but it was a very enjoyable experience, much better than our family members (8) staying in separate hotel rooms. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

Great for dogs

My brother and I were driving back from Boston to Chicago and needed a halfway point stop that would allow us to being a handful of dogs. This place was great and was a wonderful place to rest our heads and let the pups out of the car for a few hours.

Would stay again

The neighborhood was a bit rough but the house was lovely and the host even lovelier. She was super flexible and answered every text and phone call. My family and I had a great experience.

Very pleasant experience!

The house was absolutely beautiful! Lots of character and very cozy! We were in Buffalo for the Hockey game so the location was perfect for commuting. Christine was a gracious host and would definitely recommend this property.

Awesome experience

This worked out perfect for our family gathering . There were 9 of us and the bedrooms worked out perfect . The house was clean and comfortable and perfect for what we needed for our 2 day stay in Buffalo! I would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Buffalo !

Super comfortable and cozy house for larger groups

We stay over the weekend for work. We were 7, and sleep very comfortable. The neighborhood is walkable with a good coffee shop nearby. The communication with the host was spotless
