Welcome to our beautiful home in one of Buffalo’s safest and most charming neighborhoods! Nestled in the heart of the historic Elmwood Village, The Rosella, is a premier VRBO destination. Our meticulously maintained and updated home retains the charm and warmth that the area is known for. Perfect for large and small parties alike, this two-story property features two separate floors with optional separate entrances depending on traveler’s unique situations and/or preferences.

This was our second time staying here. The location was perfect! We sat on the upstairs porch for coffee in the morning and had ample room for all 13 of us. The weather was perfect. The host was so accompanying with providing a highchair and pack-and-play for our 11 month old granddaughter. We enjoyed another wonderful memory with our family in Buffalo. Thank you Zach!

Great location and very large house that was accommodating for our family. Beds very very comfortable, close to Elmwood Ave, and the neighborhood was quiet. Zachary was easy to get in touch with, the check in process was smooth and checkout was easy!

Shopping and restaurants very close. House was clean and had everything we needed. Very family friendly. Owner communicated quickly.

Sibling visit

My siblings and I rented both levels this house to visit our sister and it was perfect. The area was very walkable with several dining options nearby.

The house is warm and cozy with lovely decor, comfortable beds and plenty of space. The lower unit has a ping pong table on a porch area reached through the bedrooms. Both units have a large living room and ad dining area. The house is in walking distance to Elmwood restaurant area.

Great location, impeccably maintained

We are a group of 5-6, depending on the year of 2 dads and their boys, who have been coming for a Bills trip from Ottawa the last 20 years. This was the best VRBO yet and we will be looking to book again next year! Go Bills!!

The Rosella was our home away from home while in Buffalo to attend a wedding. The space worked out better than anticipated. Everyone had their own comfortable sleeping space, we even set up a bed in the office area which made it a seventh bedroom. We were so happy to find a space that accommodated 8 adults and 3 children. One concern prior to our stay was how well the air conditioning would work, but we experienced no problems and stayed cool. Personally, I am a ceiling fan girl. Since there are none, I brought my own desk fan and slept like a log. The shared driveway was not an issue. We had an issue with the internet that was handled in a timely matter - communication was a breeze! The kitchen had plenty of supplies to get by, including a drip coffee pot. The front porches were a nice hang out spot in the early morning and late evenings. Guests should note that the location is on a one way road with parking on both sides - it was filled quite often. So, over flow parking needs to compete for a space. The neighborhood was quiet. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would rent the property again if we ever needed a large property to comfortably fit a large group of people. Thank you for hosting our family!

Great Area! Great Stay!

The pictures do not lie! Very nice, spacious apartments. We had a big group and wanted two baths so we took the whole place. Both units are very nice. We spent most of our time on the porch. It's a beautiful block, very quiet and safe. There was off street parking for our two cars which was a big plus. Nice restaurants are easy walks. We liked Aroma, Extra Extra and Five Points Bakery. I was in charge of the booking and everyone in my group was really happy with the choice.

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood

Our families arrived after 14 hours of traveling in 2 separate cars. There was plenty of parking for an SUV and a Van. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet! The neighbors were very nice. You could seriously just show up with your clothes and you'd be good. So many little extra things were waiting for us (lotion, shampoo/conditioner, makeup remover, cleanser, body wash, hair dryer, etc). I definitely could have packed less! The house was very clean. We had so much space between the first and second floor for our families. Most of our time at home was spent sitting on the front porch. Wireless chargers in every bedroom was fantastic. I took off one star for the accuracy of the listing because it said there was a hot tub and there was no hot tub, not a big deal and it definitely didn't change our opinion of the house at all. It would be super awesome if the bathroom doors had locks but that is my personal preference. The communication with the owner could not have been better! He was very nice and was always super quick to respond. Overall, our families absolutely LOVED this house and would hands down recommend it to anyone. We had 7 adults and 4 kids with ages ranging from 5 to 16.
