Thank you for your review. We are deeply sorry that your stay fell short of expectations, but we do want to clarify our timeline of events. Our entire team was available and in communication with you each time you called and offered to assist in anyway possible. Per your preference, we refrained from sending maintenance into the home during your stay to address the interior items, but did send the contracted company to clean the pool and hot tub once the storms had passed. To compensate for these inconveniences, we processed a refund equal to 30% of the rent and waived the entire cleaning fee. Please be assured that our team has now accessed/addressed your reported concerns.

We are glad you enjoyed the great location, the pool, and the size of the home, but we are deeply sorry that the cleanliness, inventory, and maintenance fell short of your expectations. Had we known about the clogged drains, water pressure, or kitchen inventory during your stay, our on-site team would have gladly resolved them for you immediately. Please be assured that we have already shared your feedback with our housekeeping and maintenance teams as well as the property owner.

While we are glad you enjoyed the pool and hot tub, we sincerely apologize for the housekeeping delay, the unexpected AC failure, and the discomfort your family experienced. When the HVAC technician determined the AC needed a full replacement Saturday afternoon, we immediately installed 4 portable AC units (1 in each bedroom and 1 in the living room) to help cool the home while waiting for parts, and the HVAC unit was successfully replaced on Monday. We also provided financial compensation for the delay in check in due to housekeeping running behind as well as the AC issues encountered during the first two days. Please rest assured we have addressed your notes regarding the towels, cabinets, uneven tile, and backyard lighting with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure these issues are resolved. We appreciate your patience while making the necessary repairs.
