PLEASE NOTE that Mountain Lodge`s interior common areas will be under renovation between March 31 - November 26, 2025. While this may result in some construction noise and dust, it won`t affect the comfort of your stay at Mountain Lodge 132. Looking for a first floor unit with the best location in Mountain Lodge with a brand new finished deck? Then this unit is for you! ML132 is literally steps away from the back door which takes you out to the slopes and the high-speed Ballhooter Lift! This cozy condo features updated hardwood flooring throughout with super cool and unique ski decor! Prepare your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen which includes refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Full size stove and oven. Coffee maker and toaster. Cozy living room with a fold-out sofa bed. Great views of the slopes and lift! Flat screen cable TV. Dining for four. Coin operated laundry facilities are located down the hall by the elevators.

Ski In/Ski Out. Great Value.

We had a great stay at this ski-in/ski-out condo! The location is perfect for anyone who wants easy access to the slopes and Snowshoe Village — literally just steps away. It’s not fancy or upscale, but it’s cozy and functional with everything you need for a ski trip. The space was clean, and the kitchen had all the basics to cook meals when we didn’t want to eat out. While it’s not a luxury spot, the convenience and great location made up for it. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a no-frills place right on the mountain!

As close as you can get to ski in/out !

As advertised, close to the parking lot for unloading and close to the slopes and the Ballhooter lift as can be!

Perfect location, very comfortable

This is a great unit, has everything you may need and the best location on the mountain. Very clean and the mountain lodge staff are always available and helpful. Highly recommend staying in ML132!

Clean room, great location

We were very pleased with our stay. Mountain lodge is in a great location on slopes and this room being right next to the back exit made out time on the slopes very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, comfortable

Everything was spectacular about our stay and we had a great, comfortable time. A note or two, there are windows in the master bedroom that expose to the atrium outside, so bring blackout curtains if small amounts of light disturb anyone in your party. The deck is also railed in, but the room is right by the doors to exit the lodge. Very convenient location. We would definitely consider again for our future ski needs.

Great Ski In -Ski Out Location

Overall it worked great for us. Kitchen is dated and large stove burner wasn’t even properly connected. But we didn’t cook so that didn’t matter. Dishwasher was very loud so don’t run it at night if you’re using the sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa mattress was also very old and beyond uncomfortable. There were lots of hooks in the hallway to hang gear which was great. The location was perfect. I stayed there with my 17-yr old daughter for a long weekend and the ski in - ski out was awesome. You look out at the Ballhooter lift and are right by the lockers and back door and can be skiing down Hootenanny in literally seconds. And you’re a 2-minute walk to The Village. If ski in-ski out is most important like it was for us, this place works great.

Great location and time

The place was located right next to the lift and slope and in a great location to bounce around easily to the village. Only complaint is the sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable and no one got a good night sleep, the sofa mattress needs to be replaced.

Closest to the lift, perfect for a short weekend

Great spot, the room was good and accommodating for a few people. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Right outside of the ball hooter lift. Better of the rooms I’ve stayed at in ML.

Great location

Location is the biggest plus of this condo. You look right out at the Ballhooter lift. Even considering some of the issues experienced it was a good value on the mountain. It was clean, easy to check in though you can’t get in the parking lot early so plan for that as 5pm is the earliest you can get in (even though there were like only 12 cars there the day we got there. Some of the issues we experienced There needs to be an internal lock over and above the doorknob for security. Looks like there used to be one, but it’s not there. One of the 3 burners I tried didn’t work and unfortunately it was the large burner so it took forever to boil water in the large pot. You need to consider upgrading the cookware and silverware. There were only 3 butter knives and the pot selection was either a tiny pot or an extra large one. This I was actually prepared for since it’s mentioned in many reviews. There were no sheets for the foldout couch. We used the comforter to sleep on and a blanket. The pillow cases wouldn’t fit on the pillows either. The bed in the bedroom is extremely hard. If you like that it’s fine, if not it is not so comfortable. So, this is a personal choice issue. The internet kept glitching, which made it hard to work and not keep losing connection. This was a major issue since my Verizon phone doesn’t work up there really without internet and I was working for 2 days while my kid rode.

Prime location for the price

I’ve never been to Snowshoe. In fact, I ran across an article about the village on Pinterest and found this location (and others) on Vrbo. The theme/vibe was a selling point, but the images our proximity is ultimately what made me select this stay. It was so cool to be that close to the activity and be able to stand on the balcony and watch the bikers! I had no idea what to expect in the off-season, but we were able to swim, enjoy music, fire, riding the ballhooter, playground by the lake…we really had no need to leave the mountain and the condo was perfect and central to the village, eats, shopping and people watching.

Great place to stay near Ballhooter lift

We really enjoyed staying here during the UCI World Cup at Snowshoe. It was convenient and close to everything. I found the bed and the couch to be comfortable. The view is awesome. The owner is great with communication and responds quickly. If you plan to make your own meals instead of eating out, you might want to bring a few things from home because there aren't very many kitchen supplies. Other than that, everything was awesome.
