We did look into this and unfortunately did not receive your initial request on our end. It’s possible it may have been sent to a different email address or phone number, but we completely understand how frustrating it was to have that experience. We also wanted to confirm that your refund was processed on September 18th. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to make their way back to the original payment method, depending on the bank or card provider, so you should see that reflected very soon.
