Relax in this retreat with gorgeous views of the Gulf! Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail with the view from the balcony, plus the beach is just steps away. Beach service included in rentals from March-October, providing two chairs and umbrella during your stay.

Mainsail 483 is a spacious two-bedroom condo that is perfect for a couples get-away or family vacation. Each room serves as a its own Master, with private access to a full bath. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room has a Serta gel mattress for extra guests.

The kitchen features granite counter tops and is fully-stocked for those who like to cook, plus gas and charcoal grills are available. Or there are plenty of nearby restaurants for those who want a night-off. The complex offers tennis courts, 24-hour security, hot tub, two pools, one of which is heated for year-round enjoyment, plus private beach.

Part of the collection of the Beaches of South Walton, Miramar Beach is conveniently located between Destin and San Destin. Baytowne Wharf is less than two miles and the Silver Sands outlets are directly across Hwy 98 from the complex.

Host is very responsive and accomodating. Property is in a gated community with security. Check-in was a breeze. Parking is ample. Unit is on the 8th floor and the view was perfect. Unit is equipped w/ a smart tv so i was able to just sign in to my streaming services. Beach service included with the unit is a nice touch (umbrella & beach chairs). We love Miramar Beach we come every year. I will definitely book this property again. Thank you Shelli, we had a perfect stay and wonderful overall experience.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful condo on Miramar beach. The beach view was beautiful and the condo was clean, modern and comfortable for our family vacation. We would definitely stay here again! Sam

The condo was great and very comfortable! It was clean and had everything you would need for vacation and if you waned to cook in. Beach chairs came in handy as we used them daily:) The host was very responsive and quickly. There were a couple downfalls which were out of the host control, but made this review a 4 star instead of 5…Only 1 of the 3 elevators were working, at least it was an elevator in the middle between buildings that worked.. The other issue was parking… They decided to level the parking garage the week before we arrived, so parking was first come.. Needless to say that was a hassle:/Would definitely recommend and rent again

Beach Week

This was the perfect place for our small family beach week. We enjoyed beginning and ending each day on the balcony viewing the ocean. We loved how close the beach was each day. A great getaway for us!

Great Place

This is a great location, close to the beach, and close to shopping. The kitchen has everything you can think of and the bed is extremely comfortable. Shelli is very nice and accomodating.

Beautiful property with amazing view

Condo was very clean and was absolutely gorgeous. It was decorated beautifully and had such a cute beach vibe! King bed was so incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Wonderful week in paradise!

We have been to Mainsail many times and this condo was awesome. We enjoyed the sunrise from the front of the condo and sunsets from the balcony. It was decorated beautifully, comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy or stay. Host was easy to work with and address all my questions in a timely fashion. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Unit For Family

Very beautiful unit with fully equipped kitchen including Tupperware 🤩 Extremely comfy beds , short walk to the beach. If we ever visit Destin again , we will definitely rent from Mrs.Shelli.

Birthday/Winter getaway!

We were so pleased to find everything as described and more! Beds comfortable, kitchen fully equipped, very clean, and views of the ocean outstanding. We where in such need of some R and R!! We hope to be back again next year.
