Beautiful 2 BR, 2BA Condo Gulf Views! Steps to BEACH chair set up and Amenities!

After spending a total of 7 years stationed in Hawaii, we wanted to honor our love for the Aloha spirit and the beauty of the islands and its people. Welcome to our Destin(y) Nei. Translation....our beautiful Destin(y). We hope that our condo will become your choice for your beach vacation for years to come.

Our 2 bedroom, 2 Bath fourth floor end unit condo features double balconies which include a view of the Gulf. Four sets of sliding glass doors allow access to both balconies. The unit recently was completely renovated to include kitchen, both bathrooms, new stainless steel appliances, doors and tiled floors.

As you enter the condo, you will first notice the patio doors which lead to the first balcony and view of the tennis courts and Destin.. This room offers a large dining room table that seats six with easy flow access to kitchen. The large full size kitchen with windows overlooking the tennis courts includes granite countertops, Bosch dishwasher, brand new cabinetry, stainless steel oven/microwave, and side-by-side refrigerator. You will also find the utility closet that has your full size washer and dryer to keep up on your laundry and keep those beach towels nice and fresh. Kitchen is well stocked with tableware, cookware, silverware, and bakeware to help you feel right at home. Toaster, blender, coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker.

Well appointed living room includes a sectional sofa which seats 8+ and contains a full size sleeper sofa. In addition, there is a cushioned chair, end tables, sofa table, coffee table and large flat screen SMART TV. Cable and WiFi is included with your rental. Master bedroom has a king-size bed with flat screen SMART TV while the secondary room has two twin beds and an additional flat screen TV.

There are plenty of toys, books and beach equipment to keep the whole family happy. During the peak rental months of March through October, your rental includes a two-beach chair and umbrella set up. This service is provided by Emerald Coast Beach Service. Just pick a set up and let the attendant know your unit number and our last name.

The condo was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The corner balcony offered beautiful ocean views, and the location, just steps from the beach, was excellent.The host was outstanding—responsive, attentive, and always available to answer questions or address any concerns. They consistently ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

Hidden gem!

Everything about the property was great! We stopped for a couple of days on the beautiful Myramar Beach before heading to Disney! Will definitely stay here again when in the area

This was an amazing property and my family enjoyed our stay. It was clean, well taken care of, and stocked with everything you need (even the best beach toys). It also had the best views and both sunrises and sunsets!

Family vacation

Everything was just as the description stated. This is our 3rd year at Mainsail we love the property, it’s quiet and relaxing. Each year we are amazed at how quickly our week is. Dealing with Mary was a pleasure, love her condo. Will definitely be booking in the future. Thank you for sharing your condo.

Amazing stay!!

Our family had a great time and felt at home! The property was clean and had everything we needed including beach toys for the kids! Beach access was located on site and super convenient . The host was easy to communicate with and very friendly. Thanks for a great place to make memories. We look forward to visiting again!

Our stay was amazing!

Mainsail is awesome

We absolutely loved this condo. The location was great, right on the beach. The unit is on the end with a great view of the beach. The condo was beautiful and well maintained. The owners were very friendly. We enjoyed it and hope to stay here again soon.

Home Away from Home

This unit was just as described and more. Well appointed and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need. Lots of beach toys, extra chairs and great views.

Charming, well-kept property

Our family has been staying at Mainsail for a handful of years and this property is one of the nicer units. The condo has been nicely decorated with higher end finishes. Also, the owner is friendly and quick to respond. We would definitely book again in the future!

Daughters 16th birthday

Property was perfect for our family to celebrate our daughters 16th birthday! Condo is very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. Perfect location. Owner was wonderful and communication was excellent! Answered all of my questions. Will definitely stay at this property again!

Great place stay- Collins Family

My family and I went to Destin the last week in July. Mary’s condo is beautiful. I sat on the patio each morning and had breakfast and I could see the beach. The people were very friendly there and they were lots of things to do. We would definitely stay there again. Mary even reached out to make sure we made it safely. Actually it’s great to work with. She is very responsive.

Amazing

This was our second year to stay at this condo. We loved it so much last year, we booked it again for this year. It is homey and very comfy. There are plenty of pots, pans, silverware, plates/bowls, and even a crockpot. It is well stocked with towels, blankets & the beds are all comfy. The “beach closet” is well stocked with sand toys, buckets, goggles, & nets. The owner is very responsive & quickly replies to any questions or concerns. This is definitely a five star place to stay!

Great Property

A wonderful condo to stay in! Well equipped for a family of five and located right on the beach. Couldn’t had asked for anything better. Also to note, we have stayed in many condos to where the mattress simply lacked any comfort (after all this is vacation so sleeping is important!). This is not the case with this property. This is by far one of the better mattresses we have slept on in a rental property. Finally, Mary was very effective at staying in contact with us before, during, and after our stay. Wonderful property and property owner!!

Beautiful Condo easy elevator access

The condo was lovely and had all the amenities we needed. The master bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on and so were the pillows. I wish I would have looked at the type/brand before I left. There were plenty of beach toys for the kids in the closet. Washer/Dryer worked great - we brought our own detergent. Views: there are two sliding glass doors in the living room the north view is the tennis courts, the south view is rooftops and the ocean. Mary was super great at communicating with me and the checkin/checkout instructions were very thorough. I would definitely stay here again.

The perfect condo

Although I have visited Destin several times, this was my first time staying in the area. I perused tons of traveler reviews and looked at a multitude of condo/resort pictures while searching for that perfect condo. My search ended when I found #344. This condo was absolutely gorgeous in every way. The modern decor gives it a very chic yet homey feel. The beach is only a stone’s throw away. The complimentary chair setup was a nice bonus. It felt great sitting on the beach while completely losing all track of time. The location is ideal as it is close to many shopping and eating establishments. Mary, the owner was excellent with communications. I appreciated her for providing clear and detailed instructions. She responded quickly whenever I contacted her during my stay. I cannot say enough good things about this condo. It truly is that perfect condo!!

Excellent Family Spring Break Condo

Worked out perfectly for our family of 5 Spring Break getaway. Prime location to surrounding shopping, places to eat, grocery, etc. Not a waterfacing condo but who cares when you still can see it from balcony or walk to it in few hundred feet. You get a good glimpse of the gulf from side balcony and great views overseeing tennis and basketball area, which worked very well for letting son play ball. Couch and seating were comfy for after beach time, beds great, and updated baths were very good. We appreciated having the necessities covered in kitchen and baths. We really liked having beach chairs and toys (might add basket ball, think they have tennis rackets to use at office) and the use of clothes dryer/washer. The place is clean and well suited for families. But that all takes second place to the beach! Our favorite part was the easy access to beach and the free chairs and umbrella by the beach attendant. We enjoyed the pool after beach time and the ease of quick walk back to the fitness area for the beach restroom breaks. The fitness room was good too for treadmill, etc. So it's a solid 5 stars considering that this isn't to be classified as some luxury resort, it's perfect for 4-5 people for week+. The buildings are not brand new but interior is modern and recently updated, casual and comfy. If there were any faults (and this a stretch) I'd say that the noise was bit much few times from the neighboring houses next the resort and the storm doors are aged with the building. This wasn't bothersome and should be expected with some families just having good time with their music and such, they were within control and it quited before too late. If I were to stay long term I'd want the storm doors updated (if the same neighbors were there routinely). Only other recommendation is think ahead about planning your check out time 10a is fine, but if you might want to squeeze in last few hrs of afternoon beach it would be far better for later afternoon checkout. Again great place, well suited for families and very good location. Lastly, The owner- Mary was excellent with communications, super quick to respond and very flexible with our needs.
