This spacious condo is one of the largest two bedroom units in Mainsail. It is our second home and we would like you to enjoy it with us. Our family has owned this condo since the mid-eighties, and we have enjoyed every minute of our time here. Unit 238 is on the third floor of beach front building #2 overlooking the White Sands and Blue Water of the lovely Gulf of Mexico and Miramar Beach. View the gulf (from the balcony or living room) while watching the kids play in the Newly Renovated Pool Area Complete with Water Fall and Large Hot Tub.

This is our Beach House. We enjoy our time on the Beautiful Beaches, but if you get the itch to shop/eat you are a short walk or car ride from Silver Sands Outlet Mall and many of Destin’s nicer restaurants. However, if you want to stay inside you can enjoy the newly decorated surroundings and incredible views. As an added bonus, if you want to cook at home, you can walk out to the New Grilling Patio (by the pool) while the kids enjoy the video game room. After dinner work off your meal in the workout area or grab a racquet for a game of tennis.

When you walk in the condo, you are at the beach. The master features a king bed with a spacious bathroom and LCD TV/DVD. It opens onto the balcony. The guestroom is decorated with twin beds, LCD TV/DVD, and plenty of closet and dresser space. Our living room is huge and has a queen sofa bed, LCD TV, and DVD player. The dining area offers a table with seating for 6 and breakfast bar. Our newly decorated kitchen is fully equipped, and the cabinets and Corian counters add to your beach experience.

beautiful stay at the Beach

Getting to the beach was just an elevator and boardwalk, away with no steps. The pool area was lovely. The condo was just as advertised on line. The condo had beautiful furnishings and all you wanted for every day use. We ate breakfast and lunch every day in the condo for this reason. The 6 seated table and 3 bar stools were a plus if you had friends for dinner!

I would give 6 stars if I could.

This property is amazing, we took advantage of the beach service almost every day we were here and also used the pool a bunch, the beach and water are perfect and they really live up to the emerald coast legend. The area is just far enough away from Destin to not be right in the middle of the craziness but also close enough that you easily get a sample of it if you choose. Any of the wonderful things that I have to say about the property and area however, pale in comparison to the host. Dawn absolutely bent over backwards to help us deal with the flight delays and cancellations that happened to us, I cannot say enough good things about her, if you are weighing this property against another one please consider how much value she can add to your trip! Dawn you are INCREDIBLE! Thank you so much we hope to come back soon!!

Beautiful Condo on Miramar Beach

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful two weeks at Mainsail “Room with a View”. The condo was as described in the listing, most importantly it was clean when we arrived. The king bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable, as were the pillows. The beach chairs included with the condo were definitely a bonus! I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a family friendly beach vacation.

Beautiful condo

Pictures were spot on. Great view of the beach and pool. The kiddie pool was a must for us. A lot of condos don’t have a separate area for the babies. Very quiet considering it was a holiday. Master suite was very comfortable and nice. Will definitely try to stay there again.

Sweet Retreat

Our family has stayed at Mainsail over 25 years. This Condo ranked high on our list. Very clean, beautiful views and very good location. Close to the pool area. Views of the ocean was amazing. The owner was quick to answer any questions I had. The Wiggins/Chambliss family from Illinois

Wonderful Condo for a Young Family

The condo was lovely - perfect for our young family. The kitchen came equipped with everything we needed and it was wonderful having 2 chairs at the beach. Dawn was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. Highly recommend.

Property was clean, as advertised. Location is wonderful! We have been coming to Miramar for 10 years. Always a great time. Dawn was very good with communication - and willing to help with anything needed. Overall a wonderful stay.

Great family property!

We really enjoyed this condo complex. The beach is very clean & not overly crowded. Parking was easy, and the facility was in good condition, including the pool area. The unit was nicely updated & included extras you don’t often get from larger property management companies such as beach toys and chairs, a keurig coffee machine, etc. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had and left a binder of helpful information. Book with confidence!

Wonderful and Relaxing

This condo is exactly as pictured. It was very comfortable and offered everything you need! Almost every day of our trip was spent on the beach and having beach service provided was an added perk! We were so happy, we are going back next year!

Spring Break 2023

Great location- steps to the beach! Location was quiet- close to everything but away from all the hustle and bustle. Condo was adequately stocked. The roll away beds were a pleasant surprise as we had a family of 5. I booked this place based on the high ratings of the hosts and other reviews, no disappointments!

Excellent property!

We enjoyed our stay at this location! The pictures and on-line description could not have been more accurate. The place was clean. The location to the beach was great. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy. We would love to stay here again.

Nice stay

The condo was decorated nicely and the view was great! There were a few maintenance items that need to be taken care of such as a few of the closet doors off track and bottom of dishwasher falling off. Owner was called and they said they were aware of items and were working on it. The king bed was very comfortable.

Amazing Find!

The pictures do not do this condo justice! We had an amazing time and Dawn was super helpful even when I had questions about Chinese take-out! Steps away from the non-crowded private beach and across the street from grocery! Perfect location for our little family. Thank you!

Perfect Location

This property is perfect for any beach trip. You can literally walk directly from the condo to your two beach chairs. The water and sand are beautiful here too. Dawn, the owner, cares for the property and the renters. It is the perfect location!

Perfect Beach Retreat

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was beautifully decorated and spacious. It was a very short walk to the beach and the included 2 chairs/umbrella service was a plus. The condo owners allow us use of their additional 3 beach chairs stowed in the condo too. Start up pack of 2 dishwasher and clothes detergent pods, dishwashing liquid, 2 trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, and toilet paper in each bathroom (bring extra). There is a smart tv in each bedroom and living room. Plenty of books to read. This condo has all the amenities needed to cook etc. The full size washer and dryer was really nice because some condos have a stackable. The view of the beach and pool is beautiful (the pictures online don’t do it justice). The grounds are well-kept. We loved that this gated condo was tucked away from the main road. Dawn, the condo owner, was super friendly and responded quickly to my texts. Some of the things we did nearby were parasailed with Wet-N-Wild Destin, ate at Dewey Destin’s restaurant (next to Wet-Wild) then had one of their New Orleans Snoballs (best snocone ever), Hurricane Oyster Bar in Grayton on the way to visit Seaside for the day. All were delicious and the service at WetNWild was great! This was our first trip to Miramar (we usually go to Navarre and wanted to try some place new) and we loved it! The beach was beautiful…crystal clear and very minimal waves most days. We can’t wait to go back!
