A Room with a View: Beautiful Beachview Condominium
This spacious condo is one of the largest two bedroom units in Mainsail. It is our second home and we would like you to enjoy it with us. Our family has owned this condo since the mid-eighties, and we have enjoyed every minute of our time here. Unit 238 is on the third floor of beach front building #2 overlooking the White Sands and Blue Water of the lovely Gulf of Mexico and Miramar Beach. View the gulf (from the balcony or living room) while watching the kids play in the Newly Renovated Pool Area Complete with Water Fall and Large Hot Tub.
This is our Beach House. We enjoy our time on the Beautiful Beaches, but if you get the itch to shop/eat you are a short walk or car ride from Silver Sands Outlet Mall and many of Destin’s nicer restaurants. However, if you want to stay inside you can enjoy the newly decorated surroundings and incredible views. As an added bonus, if you want to cook at home, you can walk out to the New Grilling Patio (by the pool) while the kids enjoy the video game room. After dinner work off your meal in the workout area or grab a racquet for a game of tennis.
When you walk in the condo, you are at the beach. The master features a king bed with a spacious bathroom and LCD TV/DVD. It opens onto the balcony. The guestroom is decorated with twin beds, LCD TV/DVD, and plenty of closet and dresser space. Our living room is huge and has a queen sofa bed, LCD TV, and DVD player. The dining area offers a table with seating for 6 and breakfast bar. Our newly decorated kitchen is fully equipped, and the cabinets and Corian counters add to your beach experience.
