This was a lovely home for our small family while we vacationed in Alaska. The mountain views from every room are spectacular. It is also conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants, and the entire Mat-Su region is filled with outdoor recreation opportunities. The hosts were also wonderful and responsive.

Overall this property is very nice and easy to find. Located close to everything and well appointed. Could use a little TLC in certain areas but nothing major. Great view out of the living room windows.

Eric H. and his guests were terrific - they stayed with us twice in one week. We should have included in our welcome message that we've gone through 5 terrible windstorms this winter with sustained winds of 90 - 100 miles an hour that caused minor cosmetic damage. There are many homes throughout the area that are still needing repairs and without shingles because of a lack of available contractors.

Loved the location of this home, minutes from shops and restaurants and close to the larger town of Wasilla. We used it as home base for 10 days and traveled up to 3 hours away so we could see it all. Felicia was very accommodating when I had requests for our stay. Two master suites were perfect for us and our best friends traveling with us.

Beautiful Chalet!

The chalet was beautiful and felt like home with all the amenities provided in both the bathrooms and the kitchen! The heated floors were a great touch for the chilly early mornings getting out of bed! Would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous property

This place is absolutely beautiful. I loved everything about it. Spacious, amazing views, easy to get to, not far from town, but far enough that I felt I was out on my own. Quiet, clean and had everything I needed.

We enjoyed our stay at Abby's Place in mid-August for three nights with friends. The most exciting part was seeing a moose on the driveway when we came back from dinner! The view was gorgeous and I would recommend this place. Communication with the host was excellent.
