This is a relatively new property situated right on the water with 160 feet of private beachfront. Cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, chalet style home with 1500 sq feet of living space . Perfect for a relaxing swim ( as the water temperature is nice and warm on this side of the island ) and a short 10 minute drive into the quaint community of Summerside , which has all the amenities you could possibly want.

Wonderful experience staying at this beautiful property. The views and privacy made this a unique vacation for us and I highly recommend. Our young children had a great time exploring the bay.

Great vacation home as described online with direct access to the sea. The house would benefit from a basic cleaning. The kitchen is well equipped and the deck outside offers hugh space and great views.

We absolutely loved our stay at this PEI cottage! We had an amazing time at this beautiful property. The views were incredible, with the most beautiful sunsets right outside our door. The cottage was spotless and smelled so clean when we arrived, which made us feel right at home. We loved waking up to the beautiful view and soaking in everything PEI has to offer.The owners were also wonderful. They were so responsive, helpful and easy to communicate with leading up to and throughout our stay. And we had a lot of questions before travelling from Ontario with two little kids! A beautiful place, an amazing location and the perfect spot for making family memories. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a fabulous time at this cottage! We came from Ontario with our 2 kids and grandparents to make some memories and that we did! Great amount of space for the 6 of us. Very clean which is great! Linens and towels provided. Huge plus when coming from a distance. Lovely views and close to places to explore! My kids loved walking the ocean floor at low tide to find some treasures! Would recommend coming to this cottage for sure. Thanks for hosting!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The view and proximity to the water are absolutely spectacular. The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals with ease, and lots of towels!We had the opportunity to meet the owners, who had stayed at the property prior to our arrival. They were friendly and welcoming, which made our experience even more enjoyable.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway. We would gladly stay here again!

Great location , nice house at first glance until we went in , and the issues started to appear . Entryway closet , is where the recycle bins are , and the odour was not nice . Kitchen looked ok , until we opened the cabinets again not a good smell . Living room chairs grimy . Windows , and door's screens are either missing or broken . Some important issues need to be addressed , the bbq , the strings on the blinds , and shower heads . Good internet , but you can’t watch tv in the afternoon . The sun from the top windows makes it impossible to see . The deck needs more than one umbrella , otherwise the sun will cook you . The side of the house needs the broken furniture etc removed . Beautiful beach , and sunsets . I have used VRBO for renting eight houses in PEI over the years . This one was supposed to be special , because it was our 50th wedding anniversary . I read all the reviews from 2023 until now . The earliest reviews are correct , the issues are still there , and I do not understand the latest reviews . The cottage is not what it is advertised on the website , certainly not a luxury cottage by any means . I hate giving reviews like this , but it’s the truth . Aug. 15th to 29th . Fantastic cottage in a gorgeous setting! It was our first trip to PEI and we loved spending our time here. Easy access to other parts of the island if for some reason sitting in peace on the beautiful deck and looking at the beautiful ocean isn’t doin’ it for you!

This cottage was a perfect location for our family getaway. It was great as ‘home base’ as we set off on adventures around the island but our favourite pastime during our stay was exploring the beach each day during low tide - beautiful views, stunning sunsets and everything we could possibly need provided at the cottage. We would definitely return to this location!

The location was peaceful and quiet with beautiful views of the ocean. We had everything we needed and the owners responded quickly to our questions/requests. Summerside was about a 10 minute drive away with shopping and restaurants. A clean and comfortable home to spend some time on PEI

Lovely spot to explore

Stayed for 1 week. A great location to base your trip and explore the island. The cottage was equipped with everything we neede. The beach front was great for little ones. We would definitely like to come back!

Relaxing oceanfront

This lovely cottage was in a great location, inviting and clean. We loved exploring the tides right from the deck. Owners are easily contacted and check in was very smooth. We had a wonderful time exploring and relaxing at the cottage, as well.

The setting is fabulous. Loved the beach and how the low tide goes out so far. The view from the deck and inside the house are beautiful! The kitchen was well equipped and the living room seating was comfortable for us 6 adults. The only reason I did not give a full 5 stars are the 2 downstair bedrooms had squeaky beds. The upstairs bed was a little soft for us. I would definitely consider staying at this property again.

Beautiful location

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect for kids and we went into the ocean multiple times a day. The house lay out was great for kids and relaxing. The only reason I didn’t put a 5/5 for our stay is because a few things in the house were broken and low stock/missing some house essentials. We would definitely rent again!

Location! Location! Location!

A beautiful setting on the shores of Northumberland Strait! Fabulous sunsets , sunrises , and a full moon shimmering over the water. The home is in wonderful condition & perfectly set up for a memorable family vacation. Sitting on the patio viewing the water ....so relaxing after a day on the golf course. Memories to last !

Amazing beachfront stay

We had a great time at Brian & Jacqui’s place. This was our first visit to PEI - the place is perfect for families. At low tide, you can walk out for miles. Our kids loved digging for clams & oysters and finding crabs & shells. The sunset at night is also fantastic. Strongly recommend bringing bug spray as the front of the house can be buggy but we were able to relax on the deck/beach without issue.

The location is fantastic. We were able to enjoy beautiful sunsets. We also enjoyed visits from the local bald eagle and great blue herons. Don’t forget to use bug spray when heading out in your vehicle. They barely exist on the ocean front side. If you’re a fan of the sky, the views from the back deck are stunning. Six of us stayed here, and the home was large enough that we were never tripping over one another. The hosts have thought of everything. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, with plenty of towels; both bath and beach. This felt like a home away from home, and we hope to return soon
