Property was great, and hosts were very friendly and responsive. Views are fantastic (we even saw eagles and foxes), and house is equipped with everything you could need, super-clean and spacious (we were 7 adults and never felt cramped). Highly recommend!

Perfect spot for a quiet family vacation. The place was well supplied with kitchen necessities and paper products. We would highly recommend this beautiful house for a large group.

We had an amazing stay at this beach house in PEI! The location couldn’t have been better—right on the beach with beautiful views and easy access to the water. The house itself was spotless, very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy everything PEI has to offer. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, beachfront getaway.

This was the perfect family vacation spot! The property is beautiful with an amazing beach where our little one was able to search for crabs and shells and splash in the ocean. The house itself is stocked with anything and everything you could need, games and toys for kids, both indoor and outdoor! Emily was an amazing host, very quick to respond to any questions we had. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer since the place was booked for the week following our stay! We will definitely be back.

Fantastic property! We were a group of nine people and comfortably fit. The view is smazing and the access to the water was enjoyed by us regularly. Property is close to Summerside for easy access to groceries and restaurants. It also made a good home base to explore the island overall, about 45 min to Csvendish and 1 hour to Charlottetown. Communication with the hosts was great. They responded quickly at all times and ensured our stay was a good one. Highly recommended!!

The house and view are both beautiful! There were nine of us (5 adults and 4 children) and we had plenty of room. We loved having access to kayaks, clamming equipment, and yard toys. Close enough to everything to be convenient but feels private. The hosts Emily and Joe were responsive and helpful.

This property is amazing! Very warm and family friendly. Everything was provided that we would ever need. The views were unforgettable and many happy memories were made. Having two large tables and chairs was awesome to do puzzles and games on one and eat on the other. The windows in the closed in porch which we called “the fishbowl”, were awesome to get a cross breeze on the warmer days. Also got to see a family of foxes playing next door! Just beautiful! Thank you for sharing your home with us. We will never forget out time here!

Fantastic beachside cottage

Loved our stay - beautiful part of PEI just a short drive from Summerside. Cottage was spacious and a very quick walk to the beach. We would be excited to come back!

Beautiful waterfront property. The hosts were responsive and helpful. We travelled with our two young children and the location and amenities were ideal. There were details such as lawn games, kayaks, and children’s plates that were appreciated.

This beautiful and spacious cottage with all its amenities and luxurious furnishings far exceded our expectations! The location, directly on the Northumberland Strait offers peaceful relaxation with its huge backyard and a sandy beach. Our hosts were very helpful, accomodating, and informative. I highly recommend this property!

Best stay ever

Warm Waters Landing was a dream place to stay with our family. The perfect location to nearby towns but tucked away for a secluded feel. The beach access was incredible and our family loved exploring during low tide. Emily was an amazing host and responded quickly with any questions we had. The home itself was beautiful, neat and clean. Thank you!

Beautiful house and property with all the amenities and many extras. It’s a short drive to Summerside and there are a few small town places about 5 minutes away. Host’s were quick to reply and everything was as advertised. The beach is a mix of sand and huge tidal area that goes on forever. The views from the house were spectacular. Great place for families.

Beautiful stay in PEI

Really enjoyed our stay at Emily and Joe's home. The hosts were super responsive, and the home was comfortable and clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood. The views were spectacular, and we enjoyed evening strolls on the beach. We can't wait to visit again soon! Thank you for having us!

Memorable vacation

What an incredible week!

This home was just awesome with every amenity and in a gorgeous setting. The owners could not have been more attentive. PEI is a very special place and a place I hope to visit regularly!

Relaxing by the water

The whole family loved their stay at the ocean front home. From the well appointed kitchen (we had a seafood feast) to the comfortable bedrooms and all the extras like kayaks and beach toys made it all enjoyable. We were able to relax after a day at the beach ( a few steps away) or visiting museums, lighthouses, Cavendish and more. Being just over an hour from the airport was very convenient.
