Secluded home nestled in the forest on 5 spacious acres among huge Ponderosa Pine trees. Plenty of entertainment for the entire family, and includes a beautiful deck and outdoor patio with a gas fire-pit , and a gas grill for entertaining all your guests. Dog friendly with a fully fenced yard able to contain medium sized dogs and larger. Elk and wildlife frequent the property and neighborhood, with plenty of hiking trails and a nearby stream/waterfall for the outdoor enthusiast. Great vacation home for individuals or families with kids, and can accommodate several families comfortably without tripping over one another. Enjoy all Flagstaff and the northern Arizona area has to offer as the south rim of the Grand Canyon, Meteor Crater, Petrified forest, Sunset Crater, Lake Powell, and other Arizona highlights are all within a 2 hour drive from the property, making it the perfect stepping off point to explore these Arizona wonders. When you're on the property you'll feel as though you're deep in the woods, but the property is just 10 minutes from the Flagstaff Mall, Harkins movie theaters, and other east-side Flagstaff restaurants and just 15 Miles to Arizona Snowbowl Ski Resort and Northern Arizona University. The home has 3,600 total Sq. Feet - 1,800 up top with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen, and the basement has an additional 1,800 Sq. ft and is the perfect retreat for the kids. The Basement Rec room has a Foosball table, Big Screen TV, Electronic darts and plug-ins for streaming devices or video gaming systems to keep everyone entertained. The basement also contains the 4th bedroom, which, with its queen sized bed and Twin/Full bunk beds is perfect for a small family.

Ceiling Fans are located throughout the home and additional stand fans and portable A/C units are available as needed.

Please note....we do welcome dogs at the home, however, we have had to institute a $50 dollar per-pet, per-stay fee to reimburse our cleaners and offset extra wear and tear at the home. This fee will be added on to your stay after the time of booking as the system will only allow one pet fee per stay at initial booking. Thanks for your understanding!!

Very fun house to stay for the weekend! The house was clean and spacious. Our dogs loved exploring the property. Overall, we had a great time and look forward to our next visit.

We stayed at the property for multiple nights, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The house was incredibly clean, spacious, well-equipped with amenities, and conveniently located. All check-in and check-out procedures were very easy to understand. We would highly recommend this property to anyone planning to stay in the area. Thanks, Mike!

We went to Flagstaff with our young kids and dogs for Fall Break. I wanted a place where they could run around and came across this wonderful property. They all had a blast running around exploring the fully fenced-in 5 acre yard. The also loved the game room, specifically the foosball table, but did enjoy some ping pong and shuffleboard as well. Of course, we also grilled on the patio, roasted marshmallows by the fire pit and gazed at some stars in the evenings. We will be back soon!

This property was absolutely perfect! We couldn't have picked a better place to suit our needs! The communication with Mike was the best we've ever experienced in a VRBO! Anything we needed was there, plus games and TV. The house was clean and fully stocked. The beds were even really comfortable! The backyard is an oasis and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view and weather! The plus was seeing elk right outside the fence! I HIGHLY recommend this property. I know we'll be back! Thank you, Mike and Lori for everything!

We had a great time with our family at this property! We rarely are able to travel with our dogs and this was such a treat to have them with us. They absolutely loved the property and enjoyed exploring. Our toddler had such a great time too and all of the rooms were great for us. Mike was so helpful and responded to every question. Thank you for having us!

Our stay at the house was incredible! There was so much space for our teens and their friends to hang out and have fun…both inside and outside. The basement game room was a hit! The fully-stocked kitchen made making meals for everyone a breeze. We would definitely stay again, given the chance!

The had a fantastic time! The house was in a great location, close to all of the sight-seeing we wanted to do. We had a large group and this was perfect for us. The kids had so much fun playing in the big yard.

Very attentive & fast responding host . Amenities were great we loved the fire pit. Good location plenty of stores / restaurants close by. Our friend group enjoyed the stay & plan on returning in the future

We love the grounds! It was peaceful and private! They have games for the family including corn hole, horseshoes and Mountain View’s. The host were friendly and welcoming! Kitchen was nicely stock with pots, pans, and supplies. We will be back!

The house was as pictured. It was a wonderful time for our extended family including our two dogs. There was plenty of games for the kids and relaxing seating for the adults. Easy access to the local city for food and supplies. A short drive to the grand canyon.

Our host Mike was fantastic! Home was clean and very comfortable. Loved the location!!! Super close to town but felt very private! Our dogs loved the yard. Definitely would like to go back!

Nice house and met expectations. Kitchen had all the gadgets and items we needed. It was nice to have a pantry with sugar, coffee, syrup plus other odds and ends that we didn’t need to supply every last item to get up and running.Basement had nice variety of game items.We didn’t spend time out back, but there is a nice amount of space, fire pit, deck. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful property, great communication with the owner. Everything was just perfect. Beautiful indoor and outdoor space and tons of activities for the kids. We will absolutely book again, this is a great space for a large family or weekend retreat.

Great location! Just out of town which made it feel secluded, yet only 5 minute drive from town. Great views of the snow capped San Francisco Peaks. Awesome game room down stairs. Clean and comfy rooms.

We had a great time in this home. Plenty of space for the 4 kids. They loved the game room and the big yard. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The Host was fast to respond to questions and super nice. I would book with this property again.

We stayed for NAU Graduation and held our family comfortably and never felt like we were on top of eachother. Being able to be out of the hustle around town during graduation but still so close to campus,stores and whatever we needed. We spent most time outside enjoying the weather and scenery. Having use of a BBQ was wonderful and being able to eat outside enjoying the views. We enjoyed the fire pit for smores and the all the Games to keep us busy. The kitchen was well stocked with all pots and pans. We had plenty of towels for the showers. The beds were comfortable, and having great leaving room with plenty of seating. Communication with Host was very easy when we had only one question. Going for walks or playing Corn Hole outside with pleanty of seating for everyone. I am looking forward to staying here again!!!

We LOVE our home, which provides a secluded "deep in the woods" feel while only being 10 minutes from the grocery store, restaurants or other entertainment. We also love that our property is large enough that you and your friends and family will probably never see our neighbors!! As we tell everyone who asks, if your goal is to wake up, take your coffee out to the deck and wave at the neighbors 30 ft away (Like in a subdivision) our home is probably not for you!!! If on the other hand you'd like to wake up, take in a peaceful quiet sunrise, and watch a heard of elk wander through the yard, our place is for you!!
