Used the home as the base for hiking locally and in nearby Sedona. Great amenities, awesome kitchen and outdoor balcony. Highly recommend.

Ponderosa Pines was an amazing stay!! This house is fantastic and lived up to everything listed. We'll definitely be recommending this location to our friends, and we'll definitely be looking to stay here again.

We had an outstanding stay at this property. It exceeded our expectations with the amenities... we loved the gift basket provided by the hosts and the fully stocked coffee bar, was a fantastic touch. We couldn't keep the kids off the zip line in the back. We would highly recommend staying here for multiple families traveling together.

Great spot especially for anything going on at Fort Tuthill park. It had almost everything we needed except reading lights in the bedrooms. The deck space and the game room downstairs were particularly delightful. Tina was very responsive. Really easy checkout. Great stay! We will be back.

Great property, great hosts, and another great time. Our second time renting here and just as much fun as last year. Beautiful house in a great quiet location. Perfectly situated near everything in zFlag and just 25 minutes from Snowbowl.

This house was exactly what we needed! In Flagstaff for my niece’s graduation and needed room for 5 adults. The house was clean, pretty, and well-stocked. One of the few houses I’ve stayed at where the beds were comfortable. I definitely recommend it and would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful spacious home perfect for our Flagstaff weekend retreat! Love the neighborhood, fabulous location close to NAU & downtown. This property had so much to offer with the pool table/ping pong & games in the basement and the gorgeous views from the patios.

Our stay in Flagstaff was absolutely amazing!This home was immaculate. Kitchen was fully stocked, beds were comfortable, and the kids really enjoyed the game room, including pool table, big screen, TV and tons of board ! The property was centrally located so we were able to access downtown Flagstaff and some wonderful restaurants! We will definitely be booking again in the future!! FIVE STAR property!

Wonderful Flagstaff Retreat

What a great weekend skiing at Arizona Snowbowl for our son’s 17th birthday. The house is close to everything in downtown Flag. It is beautiful and wellMaintained. The hosts even left us a welcome basket of goodies. It had a very well stocked kitchen a great grill, fantastic fireplace (gas) that warms up most of the house. Would definitely stay here again.

Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, coffee, tea. House was neat and clean, minimalistic no clutter. They had everything we needed. Zip line and pool table were great. Definitely family friendly and the space allowed the kids to play without being worried about breaking things. Great location to Flagstaff snow park, only 10min away. The only thing I’ll say is the property states “no pets” but there was definitely dog hair, not a ton but remnant's. We are not allergic but if you are may be double check they got rid of it otherwise great time and quick response from host.

This was honestly one of our very favorite VRBO stays! The house is perfect, the hosts are wonderful and the location is beautiful. Hope we can make it back soon!
