Take in all that the Gulf Coast has to offer in this completely renovated home located in the quiet and safe residential community of the Spanish Park Section of W Bradenton. Upon arrival, easily access your unit with a keyless secure door code with no need for an in-person key exchange. This code will be yours for the duration of your stay. The home will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy.

Whether your group prefers pools or beaches this modern 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has everything you will need to experience this historic area. Not only will you enjoy the newly screened in, resurfaced, in-ground heated pool, but you will love it's proximity to all the area attractions ideal for all types of recreational activities. For the beach goers, Anna Maria Island is just 6 miles away. If you're into kayaking or hiking, you can enjoy the beautiful Robinson Preserve and if golfing is your thing, there are plenty of golf courses to choose from. Bradenton's historic downtown and Riverwalk are also near by with lots of shopping, restaurants and bars to indulge in. After a day or night out on the town, return to the comfort of your private home.

The house consist of:
- Master bedroom with kings size bed, walk-in closet, flat screen smart TV and
ceiling fan
- Master bathroom has 2 sinks and walk-in shower, all linens and
towels are included with your stay
- Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, ceiling fan
- Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed, flat screen smart TV and ceiling fan
- Common area bathroom is located outside bedrooms 2 & 3 and all linens and
towels are included with your stay.
- Living room with queen size, memory foam sleeper, sitting area, ceiling fan and
a 70" flat screen smart TV with cable
- Dining room with seating for 6
- Family room surrounded with windows, a large sectional couch, flat screen
smart TV, ceiling fan with a view of the pool area, access to the pool and kitchen
- The kitchen is fully equipped , spacious and open to the dining room and family
room. Features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, Keurig coffee

Wonderful stay!

Lovely home with excellent location and amenities! The house was well stocked with everything you could need, including beach chairs and a cooler. We really enjoyed the private pool and short drive to the beach. The host was very responsive and we really appreciated the gift basket at check in. Would absolutely stay again!

Hospitality at its Finest

We stayed here for a friend's wedding in Palma Sola and it was very close. The property is clean an inviting and also close to Anna Maria Island. The hosts went above and beyond to welcome us and make us as comfortable as possible.

Summer vacay

The house was beautiful and super relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice. The house it’s super close to Anna Maria island and the drive then was super short. We love relaxing by the pool and exploring the area.

Clean house, great location

Very clean, beautiful home conveniently located near everything. Host was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Check in and check out was smooth. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Perfect place to stay in Bradenton

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament at IMG academy and this home was very conveniently located to IMG. For the moment the house was booked the owner was very communicative. When we arrived we were greeted to a very clean house that was so inviting, and a hostess basket filled with snacks. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were quite comfy. The bathrooms were very clean and updated. The open concept kitchen with island seating was well equipped with everything you might need. Relaxing by the screened in pool was just what we needed after long days at lacrosse games. Conveniently located to stores, and great restaurants. Cannot say enough about what a great stay we had. Definitely will rebook if we head to the area again.

A lovely place to stay

It’s a beautiful holiday home to stay for several weeks. Everything you need is available even an air fryer, a microwave, an oven, coffee machine and many more. We stayed there for two weeks during the hurricane Idalia and Joe, the host, contacted us and provided instructions how stay safe and be well prepared for the storm. We got luck and the storm turned in north directions, so that our area was not really affected by the hurricane. The pool area is great and the pool service is Wednesdays. Pool/ Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are also available and stored in the garage. The beach is only 12min away (by car) and the neighborhood is very quiet. The grill and the bikes need a little love by a technician in the near future ;) but I am pretty sure Joe will take care of it.

New Year’s in Florida

We traveled from Richmond to enjoy New Year’s in Florida. The house was even nicer in person with a great layout and lots of amenities and thoughtful touches. Loved the personalized note and snack basket. Having a heated pool was extra nice!! Owner was super communicative and friendly. Laundry on premises was awesome especially to wash beach towels. Linens provided a major plus. Location was safe and also very convenient to downtown and beaches. Thanks for sharing your beautiful beach home!!

This rental was nothing short of amazing. House was spacious and nicely decorated.

The host was so nice and easy to work with. He responded to messages quickly. The house is probably the best rental I have ever stayed in as far as having all the items you might need. The kitchen was phenomenal. Would highly recommend2. We will stay here again.

Wonderful house

A wonderful house near to Ana Maria Island in a quiet neighborhood.We were able to enjoy our stay, the house was super clean and equipped with everything you may need.The heated pool was a plus, since the weather was a bit chill.The host was very attentive and the check in, check out very smooth. I will definitely be back

Minutes from Anna Maria Island

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our 20th year anniversary. The house was beautiful, welcoming with an open floor plan and perfectly decorated. We felt right at home. Everything we needed to make it a perfect stay was included. House is minutes from Anna Maria Island with it's pristine white sand beaches and clear blue waters. Pool was so refreshing during the hot sunny days. It lit up at night creating an inviting and tranquil atmosphere. And to top things off, the amazing hosts, Joe and Alexa, made it a hassle free rental. They provided excellent communciation, recommended restaurants and activities to do. Simply a memorable experience. We look forward to renting again.

Home owner was awesome, excellent location and house

The house was clean, had everything you needed and owner even ordered an air fryer because a previous guest suggested it. Joe was very responsive, nice and even ordered my daughter a small gift for her birthday which was so kind. I would highly recommend this house - pool was great and the location was excellent and so close to the beaches. I would definitely rent this house again. Thank you to Joe !!!

Girls Trip 40th Birthday

Great location….Joe was an amazing host! This property was gorgeous for us to celebrate our Girls Trip/ 40th Birthday! Joe was very attentive and responsive to us as guest and gave great recommendations for our stay! He was extremely thoughtful to leave our friend a 40th bday kickoff package! Beautiful house with a swimming pool not far from the sea.

The house was clean and comfortable. There was a nice heated swimming pool. A lot of table games and stuff for beach. Beds were very good. We really enjoyed our vacation in this place. I hope we could come back there soon.

Wonderful holiday stay

We loved everything about our stay!! The home is beautiful, wonderful amenities and perfect location to the beaches and shopping. Our family had plenty of room to spread out and everyone enjoyed the pool and living spaces. If there was a question the owner was very quick to respond and taking care of any issue we had…we didn’t!! It was a wonderful way to spend Christmas in Florida! I HIGHLY recommend this property!

Wonderful Escape

We had a great time on our one week stay. The location is amazing - so close to the beach. The rooms are all large so the home feels extra spacious and has great natural light. Very clean and Well equipped with everything we needed. The kids had an amazing time at the pool and they can’t wait to go back!

The best ever. Everything including the property owners support exceeded our expecrations.

The property was very well furnished, extremely clean and comfortable. The pool was perfect and we were provided with pool rafts, bikes and beach chairs. The owner truely goes above and beyond to accomodate his renters.

Wonderful 10 weeks

My husband and I had a great trip. The home is in a nice area with very friendly neighbors, close to shopping, and restaurants (Bella Mia is within walking distance). Due to the pandemic we only used a portion of the house, but it was such a treat to have the pool which was used almost every day. Joe was very easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. We were sad to leave and are already looking forward to next year. Thank you Joe for sharing your house with us.

Vacation Christmas

What a wonderful home and host! Everything was so simple with the check in process and when we opened the door- it was obvious how much effort is made with ensuring the home is extremely clean, welcoming and comfortable. Everything you could think of or need was there, making it truly feel like home away from home. (Kitchen essentials, laundry, bedding, games, pool and beach supplies and toys, bikes... even down to an extra toothbrush, which was needed:) We asked about a pack-and-play and Joe responded he did not have one there, but that he ordered one right away and it would be there for use for our 2 yr old! We had an issue with the pool water temp due to several reasons. When we called Joe to express disappointment, he was very accomodating and kind and helped rectify the problem as quickly as possible. Thank you, Joe! I can't imagine finding a better host and home for yourself getaway! The Husted family
