We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. We loved the private, quiet setting and spent much of our time in the large lanai. Having use of the attached garage was a nice benefit, and the location was convenient, with shopping and restaurants only eight minutes away.While the Wi-Fi was a little slow, everything else was perfect.

Great stay

Everything about this property was excellent. We so enjoyed our stay here. Never to far from restaurants and shopping, but far enough away for our privacy. Enjoyed so much, coming back again next year. Host was very attentive and checked up on things periodically. Would recommend this place very much

Everything was wonderful and the place looked just like the pictures! Host was fantastic and so very easy to work with! Wanted to book for 3 weeks next year but already taken!

Florida for a month!

Had a fantastic time in a well maintained home. Loved the lanai! Close enough to everything we needed and wanted! Owners were extremely friendly and helpful with a couple of small issues that were resolved quickly. Would love to come back again next year but already booked. Great fenced in area for our almost 14 year old dog.

The home was very well appointed There was literally nothing you could want for. Pots, pans, utensils, laundry soap, dryer sheets, airfryer, crock pot with liners, and more. There's a large screened in patio with table and chairs, lounges, and a very nice grill. We enjoyed several afternoons out there. The heater and A/C unit worked exteremely well with house temperature evenly distributed throughout. The garage was well lit, and the opener worked flawlessly. Washer and dryer is in garage.

The "perfect for us" rental

It was perfect. No pool, because we were looking for a property without one. A large lot, a corner lot in fact, with a belt of trees between us and adjacent houses. 3 miles to shops and restaurants. Two bedrooms as we often have different sleep schedules. Open design with plenty of lighting for older eyes. If we come back we'll try for this place again.

Over all we enjoyed our stay. Master bedroom bed is not comfortable at all. Kitchen well stocked. Communication with host was poor at best. The day we checked i asked to arrive early due to lack of traffic amd never received a response amd took

Host was out of Florida the whole month of March. visitors did not concede with the no smoking rules and host had a lot of cleaning to do to remove the odor. . All bedding and linens had to be washed over to remove the odor of cigarettes. They will not be welcome back.

Winter Vacation

Very nice place to stay in Port Charlotte. House was wonderful for two people. Screened in patio was great. Owners were very accommodating. Would rent again.

Welcoming Stay

All you could want.

Very private and fully furnished and functional. Quiet area, a short drive to most places. The internet and Netflix was very good. No complaints at all.

Acceptable stay

The on line depiction of the home was very accurate. It’s an older home - far from modern and elite, but it met our needs as we waited out a building delay on our home. The kitchen was very well equipped and we appreciated all the supplies at the house (cleaning, laundry, dishes). There were ample towels and linens. We missed very little except maybe a cookie sheet and cable TV. The neighborhood is walkable although traffic noise was occasionally intrusive. We will remember our stay there fondly.

Convenient to shopping & restaurants, large screened patio with grill, large lot & private neighborhood. Owner & management were very helpful.
