Crash in this little condo perfect for a couple. Find this quaint 1 bedroom 1 bath condo located right at the bottom of the slopes perfect for a winter getaway. Pet friendly with a fee. The single bedroom connects to the single bathroom and has a king bed. The living area has access to a private patio, a sleep sofa, Wi-Fi and a TV. Whip up a nice meal in the fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you would need. Regardless of if you’re visiting in winter or summer, the mountains have much to offer. Located not far from grandfather mountain, Boone, NC, and the Linville cavern, this unit makes the perfect place to crash after a day of exploring.

Great location

Overall we enjoyed staying there. The location is perfect. There were a few scenarios where we were required to connect with the property manager but for the most part, everything went smoothly. If there are multiple adults from different groups, make sure you are okay sharing a bed because the pull out sofa is really not of the greatest quality.

This is a great location to Beech Mountain. The condo is well equipped, comfortable and clean.

Snowboarding

Nice apartment with close proximity to skiing/snowboarding. Parking lot is limited but overall good for a weekend getaway.

Ski location, location, location!

Chosen b/c price & local. Bridge to Lot #2 is 25yrds. Easy walk to #5 lift. Parking tight but close. UTILITARIAN arrive, eat, sleep, board/ski, eat, sleep, repeat. Wi-Fi great. Roku T.V. but no account info given. Will upgrade if do another ski trip b/c unit needs repairs. BUT served our minimal needs for 1st Looksie winter trip to Beech. 2,000 in repairs could make unit sweet b/c location.

Weekend get away

We initially had a one bedroom and Angie went and looked at it, and didn’t realize that there was some water moisture, problems , possibly some damage at the bottom and She was able to get us a house. what an incredible person and good customer service I couldn’t ask for better. We loved the house and will be back. seldom do you see good customer service anymore thanks for a great time

Suitable

Suitable and basic accommodation for a couple or small family. The walk to the ski slopes was quite tiring. We drove to the parking lot when it wasn't full to make the walk easier. Saw 3 black bears and 2 deer which was cool. Property management was helpful. Our code combo for the door was wrong but was corrected in short order upon arrival. They also got the tvs working the next day for us. I would consider providing better directions to get there since gps is somewhat unreliable up there. We'd go back.

Disappointed

Small apartment has all the essentials and it’s conveniently located if you want to go skiing. Unfortunately place was very dirty. Only “main” area was clean: sheets, sink, and toilet. Besides that there was dust everywhere, floor looks like hasn’t been swept in a while, carpet wasn’t vacuum for a while. Inside kitchen cabinets lots of dust and spider webs in many places. Apartment needs deep detail cleaning.

Great location to Beech Mtn and within walking distance as stated on the site. Host was quick to respond and helped make a quick last minute trip possible.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Super convenient location, with only a 8-10 minute walk to the main lift. The place was well furnished, affordable, and very clean, but is kinda old and worn as many ski condos can be. 100% would stay here again. Parking can be tight, and would love to have onsite boot driers and/or laundry, but the trade-off of super affordability was worth it.

Reviewer Comments: After a long day of snowboarding the pull out couch and loveseat do not help get a good night of sleep. They are both in desperate need of upgrading.

Very nice

It was very nice. A little cramped with excess furniture but overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Allowing the renter to use the digital key pad instead of retrieving a key would be a plus. Also my brother-in-law rented unit A102 and he had a code for the laundry room.

Great place to stay for snow sports

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just a walking distance across Beech's middle parking lot to go snowboard! So Convenient. I liked the fireplace and having some games and sleds. Bring garbage bags and paper goods tho! Easy in n out.

Accesible to Ski beech

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is very convenient, but the furniture was pretty old and broken, they could do a little better with cleaning and provide cleaning supplies. Only one trash bag for 4 days not enough, one toilet paper. Even though we have a good time, I think they will take some of the old furniture and leave only what is necessary and in good working condition. Charging for cleaning when we have to clean the bathroom and kitchen I don’t think is appropriate. Management was great.

More for locals rather than tourists

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was told there was private parking. First, the driveway is very steep and covered in snow and ice. Secondly, it is very small. So when locals and other people that are not actually staying in the rooms park in the parking lot, there is no where for me (a paying customer from out of town) to park. So after calling the front desk I was told nobody could help me and call the police department. Of course nothing was ever handled so I had nowhere to park Saturday. We ended up leaving Saturday night and driving 8 1/2 hours back home.

great location

although the location was great and the staff at front desk was very friendly and helpful the house wasnt very clean and the parking is horrible. Too many cars and people were blocking us in. We hated to leave to eat or see the town once we had a good spot.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ultra basic accommodation, but easy walk to slope entrance. Nice king size bed, but you’ll need the extra bed space for additional the pull out couch is un-sleepable. Front door lock is tough to operate and marginally operable.Unit advertised with dryer, but not true. Staff did attempt to accommodate us in another unit, but ended up just staying put so kudos to them for the offer upon request
