The space
This is a very bright and open, brand-new 3 bedroom (king, queen, 2 queen) , 2 bath home that sleeps 8. Beautiful new furnishings, high thread count linens, fluffy towels and robes, soaking tub in the master suite and outdoor fire pit help make this a truly relaxing stay.
You'll find some sweet details in this open home. Perfect for lounging, inside and out. Out front, you'll find a private entry and two car garage and plenty of parking. Explore downtown Woodland by bike (2 adult bikes available for use) or by foot, or stay in and relax by the fire and watch a movie on one of the three big screen Smart TV’s, WIFI included.
*There is a Pack n Play and High Chair provided for your stay
*Third Street Villas are NOT appropriate for noisy groups. Quiet hours begin at 10pm and are enforced by local law enforcement

Photos don’t do this property justice!

This is such a gorgeous property. It’s set up so well I might just ask what the house plan is! The kitchen is outstanding, the furnishings are tasteful, and the location is perfect for getting around in Woodland quickly. Loved it!

Wedding weekend

We stayed for the weekend for a family wedding nearby. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house, but everything was perfect! Great spaces for hanging out, kitchen is amazing if we had needed to cook. Walked up the street and grabbed some great tacos, and took a nice walk to the nearby park.

Very spacious!

This place is beautiful and has plenty of space! The outdoor space is very nice and calming. We had everything we needed and I was impressed there was extra common household goods and toiletries in case it was needed. We would absolutely stay again. —side note, we were able to check in early after a very long day of travel. We were very thankful for that even though the person cleaning it had to turn it around fast. Thank you!

The house is exactly as advertised! We had only 1 night (a Saturday) when we could hear the music from across the street until after midnight. Other than that, we had a super enjoyable stay.

Beautiful VRBO

The place was beautiful, comfortable, and super clean. All the extra amenities were really nice, a variety of coffee pods for the Keurig and all the extra touches made it extra special for my family. However, if you like fireworks, it was 3 days of very loud fireworks, (Woodland goes on for a week, apparently a tradition). If you don't mind the noise, this place is perfect.

Wonderful Property!

This is a modern, super nice, spacious home. It has comfortable furniture and beds, a well stocked kitchen, a beautiful garden and deck, and luxurious towels and robes. We were in town for a wedding at the lovely Adeline Farm so the Woodland location was ideal. It’s nice that there are two units. Other family members stayed next door and it was really convenient. Loved our stay!

Great getaway!

The four of us have stayed at this property a couple times in the past. It’s a wonderful house for two couples. The furniture is comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and the owner is easy to work with. We plan to return in the future.

Beautiful, Clean & Tidy

This place is classy! Very modern; very clean; very tidy and organized. The tall ceilings and doors and bright white walls and trim and fully handicap accessibility made the space look extra spacious. A lot of "above and beyond" features we truly appreciated - Keurig with plenty of coffee pods, an abundance of quality pillows on the comfortable beds; well stocked kitchen supplies; a garage you can actually park in (though we didn't). High quality interior features such as granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms - ceramic tile in bathrooms and handicap showers, and a well designed floor plan. The host was very helpful and friendly. Though the location is not exactly a "vacation destination" it was surprisingly quiet for being downtown. The downtown business buildings have a lot of potential to be filled with a variety of quaint, and even swanky coffee shops, restaurants, and specialty stores. Currently it has a safe, quiet, vintage, sleepy town feel to it - which we enjoyed.

Good Family Home

The house had everything we needed and is in a great location for seeing the sites. Coming from England it was very large & could sleep 8 due to all beds being doubles.

Super clean and new house deserves 6 start out of 5!

Super easy check in. Codes for both house and garage door. We parked both of our cars in side, nice size garage. House is essentially brand new, high end appliances, huge no curb shower, deep soaker tub. Will plan on staying here anytime we visit the area for our extended family. Would recommend this property in a heart beat. Great location

Volcano experience for a teen

Our goal was to get our 15 year old friend who is extremely interested in volcanoes up to see Mt. St. Helens. We were very disappointed that both Johnson Ridge Observatory and access to Windy Ridge as well were both closed but she got a good view of the mountain anyway. The house was ideal for us to have "together" time in the evenings but also give our teen privacy. Thank you for offering this lovely home!

Amazing property and Hosts!

I can’t say enough about this property and the hosts. The property is absolutely gorgeous. We had a wedding close by and if I would have found this place earlier I would have had the wedding here. We had our rehearsal dinner here and our guests all loved it. We also rented the speak easy which was a big hit with all of our adult children. The host is so wonderful. Great communication, very accommodating and a lovely person. I will definitely be booking this property again!
