Emerald Surf Condo is a 5 story building. This condo is on third floor and overlooks the heated pool. The entire complex has been updated recently. Condo has been recently renovated. Looks great and is comfy. All new tile, new kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, new TVs on wall, new beds. Just beautiful.

The condo is located on beautiful Navarre Beach in the Flordia Panhandle. Located between Destin and Pensacola beach.

Beautiful location

The kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need. The beds were very comfortable. Nicely decorated condo. The living room fan worked but the light fixture did not work. The master bathroom toilet needs fixed. The tank does not fill up like it should. Like I read in another review the floors need a good scrubbing.

Fell asleep to the sound of the surf pounding the white sand beaches

Girlfriend says, "A little slice of heaven." And she had to work remotely from the unit! View, comfort, and feeling of being safe and secure - and heated pool - and beach access from the parking garage downstairs - make this an excellent value. Kitchen had everything needed to cook. Host was responsive, patient, and kind. Would positively stay again.

Perfect location

What a fantastic week my family and I had in Navarre. The Emerald surf is an older building but nice and not over crowded. The pool was great and the location couldn’t have been better. The beach wasn’t crowded and the view from the 3rd floor balcony was the perfect spot. The condo itself did have issues with the in room laundry and the host was quick to let us know after check in and provided us with the information for the onsite laundry, it does cost money. The bathrooms both need a good deep clean. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable as were the recliner and couch in the living room. The AC worked very well. The kitchen had most of what we needed. The balcony was spacious and I spent many hours enjoying the gulf view and listening to waves. It’s a quick couple minutes to the white sand beaches. We did survive our first hurricane with the outer bands of Francine. For the cost of the unit and the amazing location, we would definitely book again.

My 2 sisters and I stayed at this property and it was perfect for us. The property manager was always quick to reply to my questions and so great to work with. We will definitely will be back to stay.

Great Location, Great Property, & Great Owner

This is not our first time staying at this property. We are repeat vacationers to this location and will be in the foreseeable future. The location is awesome with its balcony beach view. The condo is nice. The owner is super quick to respond and easy to arrange check in and check out processes.

Fantastic Location for a Great Family Vaction

This condo has an awesome location for a relaxing family vacation. The beach is fantastic and there is plenty of room to spread out. The condo is a little outdated but it served our family of five comfortably. There were quite a few burned out light bulbs and the plumbing in the master bathroom need some work (tub would not drain and toilet would not flush). Overall, we really enjoyed our trip.

Expect more

Tile flooring was chipped and dirty looking. The complex itself was average for a small complex with some parking under the building. I will not stay at nor do I recommend this unit.

Relaxing vacation

Enjoyed being right on the beach! Time of year … late October.. was perfect; no big crowds. The condo had all we needed plus bonus beach chairs and swim toys in closet! Having the washer and dryer in the condo was fabulous!

August 2023 Vacation

The condo was nice. Location was good. There were a few things that need to be addressed. The washing machine needs cleaning and it is giving off a mildew smell. The dishwasher didn't seem to have a drying cycle, cleaned the dishes good just didn't dry them. Would i stay here again? Yes. Price was good and beds were comfortable. Plenty of dishes and utensils. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Dreamy Location

The views from this room were phenomenal. The location is perfect, beach is not crowded infront of this condo. The walk to the beach is not far. I have stayed many places and we feel at home and safe at Emerald Surf.

Great condo

The only complaints are the washer smelled moldy and it doesn’t sleep 7 people unless someone is expected to sleep in the recliner. We didn’t have 7 people, so we didn’t have a problem with that.

TLC needed desperately

The first thing I noticed upon walking into our condo was that the condo did not look like the photos on VRBO. I did let owner know that condo needed TLC explaining that a deep clean of the showers, tubs, and floors were needed. The showers and tubs had mold/mildew in the grout and the floors of both were stained and dirty. The master bath shower had two different types/sizes/colors of tile. The master bath also has a non-working jetted tub. The jets also had mold/mildew on them which I tried to clean the best I could. I also had to vacuum the sofa and recliner the night we arrived as it had A LOT of sand in the cracks of each one. I also let the owner know about holes in eilings and walls. All was not upsetting though. The master bed is super comfy with its very thick mattress topper. And of course, the beautiful Gulf view. Can’t wait to get back to the Gulf soon!

We had a great stay at this condo! The view of the ocean from the balcony was wonderful. The condo had everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable. The owner was easy to get a hold of and was always quick to respond back. We will definitely stay again.

Disappointed

I have been using VRBO for over 20 years. This is the first time I’ve felt the need to take pictures of a condo because it was not as listed, and the first time I’ve left a negative review. Unit did not match description. It hasn’t been updated in YEARS, and it’s FILTHY. There aren’t any dressers in bedrooms, only wire baskets. Owner turns off the refrigerator in between rentals, so it takes 2 days for the refrigerator to get cold, so don’t plan on going to the grocery store for literally, at least 36 hours. Master bathroom needs a good scrubbing. Shower liner has mildew and needs to be replaced. Shower curtain has rust from metal shower hooks and is also missing shower hooks. Master shower has section that has been replaced with different size and color tiles. Jets in jetted tub have mildew. Neither the tub, nor the sinks have stoppers. The guest bathroom has mildew in all of the tiles. The sliding glass doors to the balcony are nearly impossible to open. Four of the 7 bedroom light bulbs, and 1 dining room light bulb need to be replaced. I will say that the master bed foam mattress topper was comfortable. This is an older unit that needs some serious TLC.

Great weekend!

We had a peaceful weekend with great accommodations and a beautiful view. Water pressure and air conditioner were great, and the bed slept well. The kitchen was well stocked with needed items. Property owner was prompt in all correspondence, especially when a new coffee maker was needed. He went above and beyond! Comfortable den furniture (might want to make sure sand is vacuumed off furniture before next arrival/ sand on furniture when we arrived). Also, den sliding door is very hard to open and would not lock. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again. Thanks for a restful weekend!😎

A really nice place to stay

Spent a few nights here and had a very enjoyable experience! Loved the view from the balcony and steps away from the pool and beach. Lots of extras in the condo to make ur stay easier. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay

This is a great place to stay, our son loved the pool and beach. The place is very nice and has almost everything you need or want. We sat on the balcony and watch the Dolphins we actually saw more dolphins from there then on the dolphin cruise in Pensacola Beach.

Perfect stay!

Fantastic View! We loved the place. Robert was easy to get ahold of. The heated pool was nice. Everything we needed was there for the kitchen (pots,pans.cups,coffee maker both kinds (one to make a pot and the the k-cups) silverware, plates, bowls.) Wonderful view from the master bedroom with a comfortable bed and its own spacious bathroom. Extra pillows and blankets in closet. Will definitely stay again!.

Fantastic View

This condo is on the 3rd floor, right on the beach. The view is fantastic. The grounds are very clean. Perfect for couples or a family of 5. The owner responds quickly to any concerns and very accommodating. It’s needs a good cleaning and some items replaced. I would recommend this condo.

Comfortable stay with very responsive host!

The property was very well appointed with a beautiful gulf view! My husband and I were very comfortable. Robert was quick to respond when I had a few questions arise during our stay and was very accommodating. I look forward to staying again in the future. I highly recommend!!
