Navarre Beach Regency 7th floor with great views, huge balcony, all glass facing the gulf. Beachfront gulf condo -1100 sq feet of living space. Large 300 sq foot balcony facing gulf. 2 bath/2 bedroom - 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, WI-FI, washer/dryer, cable TV, Live and Streaming TV, Blu Ray DVD, 55 inch HD TV in living area, 42 inch HD TV in master,32 inch HD TV in second bedroom, new flat surface cook top/range and new super quiet dishwasher, microwave oven, touch pad key code entry - no key required. Large balcony facing gulf with 300 sq feet.
Unlike other condos, the Regency is very quiet with no sounds or noise from surrounding units.
Common area amenities include:
Large pool, gas grills, bike rack, ping pong, bike jogging path directly across street, convenient storage of daily beach items at pool area- no need to carry beach chairs and umbrellas and toys up to the condo, public boat ramp for sound/bay access - 500 yards away , Navarre Beach Pier 300 yards away, beach service can be reserved to include umbrella and 2 chairs just waiting for you every day. 3 Restaurants within walking distance.

This was our first time traveling to Navarre, and this location was perfect for our family of 6! The home was very easy to find, and getting to the beach was quick and convenient. The location made it easy to enjoy everything Navarre had to offer while still having a comfortable place for our family to come back to. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again on a future trip!

We had a great time staying here. It was everything that was advertised! The room was very clean. The beach view was amazing and the balcony was so big. I had to text the host a couple times and he texted me right back! Very nice stay and I will definitely come back!

Navarre June 2025

We loved this condo. It was one of the best stocked condos we have ever stayed in. Very spacious and clean. The location was perfect. Very easy access to the beach. The view was amazing.

Super! I was lucky to be there before and after your stay and the water was the clearest I have ever seen it. And the beach had not one speck of seaweed.

Wonderful

This condo was very spacious(could use a little updating)well stocked with everything we needed. Location was perfect with a beautiful view. Will definitely be coming back. Oh and also loved that it was quiet and peaceful very relaxing!!

Little Getaway

This place has everything you need for a quick getaway (except paper goods - make sure to bring all your paper goods!!!) It is comfortable and an easy place to stay - close to everything. The balcony was a great place to watch the dolphins play each morning.

Sorry about the low supplies. Typically, there are enough but ran low after the high season. Replenished 2 weeks ago!

Great Stay !!

My wife and I have stayed in many condos for vacation. This condo was nice and affordable in a great location. Would highly reccomend staying there. We had a slight problem getting in but Brian quickly got it fixed ( no ones fault, just a misunderstanding in check in time ). Thank you Brian

Vacation Time

First time staying at this facility, we were very pleased with the unit.was clean and had everything we were looking for. Large rooms, with a relaxing atmosphere. Thanks for the memories. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Condo review

The ac unit was hard to manage and the tv in the master was not working properly. Condo was very spacious and in an excellent location. Kitchen had everything we needed

The entire A/C unit was replaced with new u it and new thermostat on April 25. New carpet and a new TV was also installed at the same time. I am sorry the a/c was acting up.

Beachfront Oasis

Once we had the screen removed, that was up for hurricane protection, it was an amazing view! We were able to walk to the beach easily. Watch dolphins playing in the mornings and in the evenings! It was walkable to a couple of restaurants that were good! Only negative thing was the slide door from primary bedroom we couldn’t get opened. Definitely would stay here again.

The sliding glass doors are indeed very heavy. But the good news is the the entire building is getting new sliding glass doors for each unit. This unit will be completed in about 4 weeks and all units will be completed by end of March.

Family Vacation 2023

Overall very nice property that was equipped with everything you need. Could use some minor improvements. For example, the knives in the kitchen made it difficult to cut food for dinners in, and the kitchen cabinet door under the sink fell off the hinge the first time we opened it (Old particle board). Other than those minor things, the property was accomodating, the owner was very responsive, and the beach & ocean views were stunning.

Needs cleaning and updates!

We arrived to missing tile on the balcony. Our host said it had been that way for a while.The dishwasher was gross with mold/mildew and unusable.The master bedroom shower curtain had mildew from top to bottom and the tub had a layer of dirt that easily wiped off when I checked to see if it was stained.The sofas had a bad odor and need cleaning or replacement.

I can only suggest that the other reviews are nothing like this one. I am sorry to have to clarify that the balcony indeed is tiled with only 2 square feet under repair where 6 cracked tiles were removed.

We loved this place!

This unit was great for our family of 4. Every room was a good size. The view from the roomy balcony was beautiful! There are 4 lounge chairs with a small table between each pair. My daughters used the bigger table to sort their shells. There were plenty of extra blankets & pillows for the bedrooms & there were enough towels in the bathroom & kitchen. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the essentials. No beach chairs or boogie boards available with this unit, which was fine, so we brought our own. There is an area on the ground floor to keep your beach toys. It’s for the whole building, but we didn’t have an issue with our stuff being bothered. Even though this building is 10 floors with 12 units on each floor, we never had to wait more than a few seconds, and there were only a few times that someone else rode with us. There are 2 elevators on each end of the building. We only ate at one of the restaurants on the barrier island. Windjammers was a quick easy walk with good food & super friendly staff. There are lots of restaurants either direction once you cross the bridge. Brian was great to deal with. He responded quickly each time I messaged him before & during our stay. We only had one issue, which was the WiFi not working, and it was resolved the next morning. So we were very happy with everything! We would return to Navarre Beach and stay in this unit again!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and offered easy access to everything we needed. We loved that the overall property wasn't crowded, making for a peaceful and quiet getaway. Plus, the ice-cold A/C was an absolute relief from the summer heat. We would definitely stay here again!

We Found our Perfect Vacation Condo

We stayed for a week. 4 generations. 4 adults and 2 teenage boys. This Condo is exactly what it says. Home away from Home. Close enough to pier for the boys to get up early and go fishing, and amazing view for me to have coffee with a view of the Dolphins. This is the perfect Condo for Vacations. Absolutely no complaints. Brian is a Wonderful Owner / Great communication with us. Thank You for our stay. We Will book this Condo yearly
