Enjoy a stunning view of the 16th Island Tee of the Links golf course from one of our four beautiful Adirondack chairs. Whether you’re sipping your favorite drink, soaking up the sunshine, or stargazing at night, this is the perfect spot.

Our rental includes a 4-seater golf cart with brand-new LITHIUM Batteries and Wheels to take you anywhere on the property.

This incredible condo features an updated, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay. Relax in the cozy living room with a large 65-inch flat-screen Smart TV and a dining area that comfortably seats six.

The Master bedroom with a king-size bed is a spacious retreat with a large walk-in closet and bathroom. The guest bedroom offers comfortable queen bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. There is also a pull-out couch with a Queen mattress, so the condo sleeps 8 comfortably.

You’ll have quick access to four championship-level golf courses, a beach with snow-white sand and crystal-clear water, a top-tier tennis facility, pickleball, watersports, community pools, and fantastic dining options.

Grand Boulevard, Baytowne Marina, and The Village of Baytowne Wharf are just minutes away, offering impressive experiences both day and night. Enjoy this amazing getaway with your family or a romantic escape with your loved one.

Our condo is located in the beautiful, gated community of Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort, near the Linkside Conference Center and Fitness Center.

Please note: This is a family-oriented resort. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent. No smoking, and unfortunately, no pets allowed.

Family trip

This property did not disappoint! It was beautiful and the perfect spot to get away from the grind of our busy lives. It was close to everything and the golf cart was a great way to get around to the beach, shops and dinner. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to come back!

Quiet area of a busy resort

Wonderful Location and Property

This is an excellent property, and the community is breathtaking. The perfect place to stay to be in Destin, but also have your own slice of slower paced, relaxed living. The view is amazing and it was overall a 10/10 stay for us. Owner was very communicative and helpful, and we highly recommend.

Great vacation

Great location. Lots to do. Easy access to beach and Baytown, golf and fishing. Only downside is beach is packed but that has nothing to do with the accommodations. Great time!

Look no further!

We had a great stay! The property is as listed and in a wonderful location just minutes from everywhere, shops, eateries and the beach. You can drive the golf cart there too which is neat. I will definitely book again!

Great place

We’ve always stayed on the beach when vacationing, so this was a little different. Our stay was great! There was a hiccup with the golf cart but the owners were quick to respond and take care of the issue. This was a great hidden place.

Quiet and relaxing stay !

The weather didn’t cooperate but the property was clean, quiet and relaxing. Our teenage boys enjoyed the catch and release fishing and getting around on the golf cart.

Can't beat the location

We had a blast, thanks to the great location of this property -- and with the golf cart, you never even have to leave the resort. We jumped with our kids and scooted over to the Beach, to Baytown Wharf, to the Pool -- you name it. We'd definitely recommend.
